Greg Santos did an AWESOME JOB on the side of my hand. He was very thorough and professional and explained in detail how to care for my new tattoo and was an all-around nice guy. Highly recommend. This picture was taken right after it was done.

Greg is THEE MAN! This was my very first tat! I lost my mom 5 years ago and wanted to get a tat then, but was too afraid to for many reasons. This year, I lost my BFF of 30 years to COVID, so once again I was faced with wanting to get a tat. Well, this time, I did it!Greg was waiting for me at the appointment time scheduled. The chair was sanitized. He showed me his original sketch and patiently modified it to the way I wanted it! He laid out his tools/equipment explaining stuff every step of the way. Once the work began, he frequently asked me if I was OK, if I needed to take a break, etc. Greg had a gentle touch. Dont get me wrong, the shading part took the pain level up a notch or two, but it wasnt at all unbearable or intolerable. I didnt need to take not one break. The session lasted a little over an hour. He genuinely engaged me in all of my questions and stories. Once he outlined everything on my arm, I got up from my chair, looked in the mirror and just began to cry because he captured the exact sentiment I wanted in getting this tatoo! During the session, I sent out pics to family members who upon seeing the art began to inquire into the who/what/when/wheres of the artist/studio. 🥰 Greg also repeatedly made sure I knew what my post-tat duties were. My ink couldnt be more perfect!!!! 🦋 My experience was unmatched. Not to mention the rate I received in studio was actually much less than quoted over email (his preferred method of contact)! I give Greg 5 stars! Thank you Greg for making my first body art experience the very best possible and memorable! 🌻

Mishayla did an excellent and outstanding job on my daughters tattoo. Shes a professional artist in her craft, with an eye for details.The shop is very clean, and she makes her customers comfortable, even the ones that wait🌞 WAY TO GO MiSHAYLA!!!

Let me start by saying I have had a couple of ideas for tattoos and had chickened out a time or two. I had been feeling the desire to actually get my first tattoo to honor my mom and did my research on this shop.This shop was clean and welcoming. I didn’t feel nervous about going in at all. All the staff was professional and courteous. I was very excited they were able to see me without an appointment.I am absolutely thrilled with this shop and with Brandon. He made me feel at ease and took the time to explain the process and let me be a perfectionist on sizing and placement because he understood that this was a permanent thing and wanted me to be happy.After all of that my small tattoo didn’t take very long and barely hurt at all. He was amazing and I will be going back for the other ideas in my head! I hope to connect with him soon so we can draw out some ideas. Well worth the price and will not go anywhere else unless I end up moving. Great shop with great artists!

Contacted via Yelp, heard back within an hour from Rio… Had something come up had to change the time Rio accommodated… Rio was very detailed and professional made everything smooth and easy… I had an incident and the whole team responded quickly and now I know better to be a bit late and eat prior… Thank you y’all!!

I booked an appointment with Greg yesterday. I chose him because he has nice artwork and very clean lines. He really took the time and extra effort to lay down the stencil the first go! He has a very smooth and light hand. He explained everything very well from the design, pricing, prep work, during the tattoo(what to expect), and post tattoo(after care). I will definitely recommend him to family and friends and whoever is reading this comment right now. Im looking forward to book my next appointment with him.

I went in for an emergency issue from a trach piercing that someone else at a legitimate shop had done. Brianna took such great care of my ear and was able to find a solution that saved my piercing and within a day it was already better. She didnt rush even though she was actually done for the day and I am so pleased and grateful in the way I was treated.

Called to make an appointment a couple months ago when my other piercer had cancelled on me and they were able to get me in literally next day! I was so glad they got me in and will say this is my #1 place for piercings now. Bri is the literal best!! Highly recommend stopping by :). Also had an issue with my nose piercing falling out and was able to get it fixed immediately. Thank you guys so much

So about a month ago I decided to get a finger tattoo. I was calling around and asked on Yelp. I got a quick response from Hot Ink and was told to reach out to Alex. I wasnt ready yet. On April 5, 2022 I sent him a text and he responded the next morning. He asked what kind of finger tattoo and if I could come in later that day. When I got to Hot Ink I was greeted at the counter and they let him know I was there. Anyway fast forward. I had a couple of ows that came out my mouth but it was not very painful. Price was reasonable and he did a excellent job.

Got my ears pierced by Brianna and I absolutely loved my piercings! She was very cool, easy to talk to, and very professional. Overall, the environment felt very welcoming and I will definitely go back! :)

Austin was cool, place was clean and pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Despite being in vallejo, i will be going back.

I wanted a tattoo for my 23rd birthday. My tattoo artist whos done all my work prior, moved out of state so I went ahead and looked around for new artists. Whatever you do.. DO NOT go to SCOTT. I made an appointment with him July 7, 2017 for a back piece. Fast forwarding to LATE OCTOBER.. And guess what? STILL NOT DONE. He hasnt even tried to get in contact with me to finish his project. Whats even more F U C K E D UP in my opinion.. Is that I paid him $500 in CASH UPFRONT for the entire piece (even though it wasnt done) because he ‘NEEDED it for his kids.’ SCOTT doesnt care about his clients and finishing projects he started, especially when you pay him in full. He STOLE $250 from me. Ive NEVER had anyone that Ive done business with, EVER TRY to get over on me like how he’s done. I was super patient with him, but after multiple excuses to get out of finishing his work, he clearly has shown himself to be one SHADY ass person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, LET HIM TOUCH YOU AND DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE BY HIM. HE’S A LIAR AND WILL JACK YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. I honestly shouldve just went out of state and got it done by Jeff Martinez. SMH.
