People need supplies, however if you go in and ask for them, she will say she will order them or the truck is running late but the truth of the matter is that she NEVER ordered them! Its a lie! Everything about this person is off. She lies, manipulates, will say she has something and doesnt, will say she will order something and doesnt. I would advise you to go somewhere else. Especially with how far this place is, dont waste your time. Also, my friend had a piercing done, but she isnt a professional and had to repierce. I know people who have had piercings done by her and theyve had to take them out due to not healing correctly.The point of this is, its one thing to have a bad business and be honest about it. Its another to have a bad business, lie and manipulate people and not have the correct credentials. I dont support anyone who manipulates, lies, steals, says one thing and does another. Thats not how businesses should operate. Own up for what youve done, change and reform everything and watch your business succeed. Period.

Very poor service I bought some fake skin and did not need one I needed 2 the lady told me that there was 2 in the pack and there was only one I called up there to notify them and they told me there is nothing they can do but give me 5 dollars on another one well the problem with that is I did not want to spend more money on something that I shouldn’t have to I would not recommend this place and if you do you should read all of directions because the workers don’t know there products all they know is they want your money I stay 35 min away from this place and the best you could do for me is give me 5 dollars off something else and I can’t return the item this is offal not everyone deserves to run a business

Do not answer phone calls, drove two hours and ended up no one being there that could sell me supplies even tho it showed they was open, this was also on a Tuesday or Wednesday in the middle of the week

I had gotten a Industrial piercing from here the first time the piercing come out of my ear and was basically pierced in to thin part of my ear so I had to have her repierce my ear and it got infected but it all healed now but I also feel like she should of at least offer some cleaning solution for paying 60 dollars. I will never go back for another piercing.

For starters, the combination of being far out of the way on top of never having stock is a huge inconvenience. I’m not sure if I have visited and called on every bad day possible or what. 10+ instances of products not in stock.There has been no improving on quantity of products in the entire year that I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt. Everything is always sold out. Why have a store if you have absolutely no back stock after being open for years? Especially around the holidays.You are much better off ordering products online and paying the shipping to avoid the headache that this business is, Quite literally all I’ve ever gotten from here.

They honestly have good quality stuff and they have great prices, it just seems like every time I come in they don’t have anything? Maybe I’m coming at bad times every time I stop in, everybody I’ve dealt with has been great though.

How about updating your new scheduled hours to the website so we’re not driving 40 mins for nothing

They have kawdron needles which to me are the best out there. Great selection of ink and all other shop needs as well. If they dont have it they will order it for you. Not a bad place if you need a box or two of just some quick supplies. Very convenient!

I’m a new artist trying to learn the basics and get started. The guy at the counter was super knowledgeable and hooked me up with the right tools even with me giving vague instructions. He also offered tips and pointers for beginners which helped immensely. Will definitely be returning.

They weren’t open in March 2024 - the website and hours aren’t updated!! I think they’re permanently closing.

The owner or employee or whoever she is ... The best , nicest, and knowledgeable person ever... I never leave without a 20 to 30 minute discussion. Weather its about tips of the trade or just life... I can order online for cheaper. But wouldnt dare miss my chance at our conversations.

Awesome place! Staff was super helpful in recommending a replacement power supply. Honestly unbeatable prices too. I will definitely be visiting this place again for supplies.

Lackluster at best I’ve been at least 5x in 60 days (for small things I could order and had delivered) their ink is Always grossly understocked they USUALLY only have 1oz bottles when we need 4ozplus they have a very limited brand selection. The needles they carry come from china and are not of good quality all the locals know to only buy needles if u absolutely have to, plus they are a bit over priced for the same things you can’t get from other suppliers online. We only deal with this company because they are the ONLY tattoo suppliers in the area. Their machine selection is horrible not 1 quality machine in stock they have $8 eBay machines selling for $50 They truly need to stock the store and supply artist with the correct tools we should not have to shop in several different places. But on the more positive side they are lovely folks and conversation is usually good when we visit them

Love love love this place always has what I need on hand and the lady who works behind the counter is extremely friendly And kind great prices for everything not to mention quality products I do recommend to anyone who is interested in getting into tattooing and or already is an artist not to mention their selection seems endless

Get bunch if guys dont know if alit of people know this but I also am a trained licensed tattoo artist did an apprenticeship years ago and besides ordering on line this is the only place . Well I shouldnt say it like that I have known the owners for some years and they are polite knowledgeable and always eger to help. Its what small business should be ran like can say enough nice things . Congrats on new store . I know you guys will do well

Ive been coming here for 12 years before they moved to this location its really convenient when they have everything in stock

They sell counterfeit and knockoff products that is a low quality from a 3rd party, possibly China. No returns or exchanges and they do not honor the warranty on the machine’s or equipment as their policy states.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable owner.got everything I need and was able to get good recommendations for what would suit my needs

Complaint 1. Bad service. The workers will literally give you the wrong items on purpose.Complaint 2. This supply store has limited items. No good tattoos needles and no good tattoo ink.Complaint 3. The lady sold me EXPIRED tattoo ink from behind the counter and it damaged my skin.I would not recommend this place.

Big variety of inks, sanitizing chemicals and piercing supplies. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking them out, we need to support these kinds of local businesses.

This place sells the cheapest made chinese junk body jewelry I have ever seen had to do a piercing 3 different times because the threads stripped out or broke every time Then called to see if they would make it right an the guy who answered the phone wouldnt say anything he was rude about what he sid say
