BRANDON IS AMAAAZIIINGGG!!!! I went with my daughter to get our nose pierced,I caught him a few mins before closing and was really scared. He was so patient and understanding and waited for the longest until I came around with the right courage to get it done. He was very gentle to the point I really felt like all my panic was unnecessary, lol. Will definitely be getting more done with him once my nose is healed. Plus,cant beat prices!!

I had a great experience getting my nose pierced by Jeff. He is super thorough, keeps the space sanitized, and his calm demeanor makes the slight discomfort of the piercing seem much more bearable. After losing my nose ring a few days later, I returned to the shop, and Jeff patiently helped me to decide on new jewelry and install it for me. I love it here and will definitely be back! 🤗

This place is amazing. I got my helix pierced here. The piercer is kind, patient and understanding. He let me change my mind a hundred times. This place is affordable and my piercing healed perfectly. I will be coming back 10/10 service

Went to Just Pierce It in Green Acres Mall for the first time took my daughter and her friend to get their nose pierced came encounter with Brandon who usually works at Queens Center Mall he was real nice and funny very professional very easy going with the girls and made them feel comfortable he took time to explain everything including how to take care of the piercing.. I would recommend( which I did my sons going to get his piercing)

Please do not get anything done here. Go elsewhere, if you care about yourself or your loved one. My daughter got piercings done here and it was the worst experience. Go to Claires or somewhere else.

The young man behind the counter deserves a raise for putting up with my family and I! We went to get my goddaughters nose pierced, and we completely invaded his booth. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. It was an easy process (it wouldve been quick for anyone other than us). It cost me $50 for her piercing, which also came with a saline spray. She was very happy.

After MANY failed attempts with other “professional” piercers I finally came across Chris who is truly heaven sent. He understood my concerns and made sure I was at ease and took very good care of my ears and paid very close attention to the smallest details and made sure the job got done THE RIGHT WAY. This man is truly outstanding at what he does and truly takes passion in what he does. He triple checks everything before proceeding with the piercing and makes sure you are aware of every step he’s taking never leaving you in the dark. After the piercing he cleans and once again and makes sure you are happy and in detail answers/handles any further questions or concerns. Chris once again I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart I appreciate you for being you man ! If you are ever looking for a piercing and iffy about this place DO NOT HESITATE OR THINK TWICE because trust me when I say.. CHRIS GOT YOU SECURED !!!!!

Cute variety of jewelry. A lot for belly buttons but they do carry nose jewelry and earrings etc.

What a great exerience with Chris today. I have been wearing an old hoop in my nose that had changed color and causing me mild infection. Chris took the time out to select the right size nose ring to replace and made sure I get real gold to help with healing. He cut out the hoop and showed me how bad it was. Thank god I changed it out when I did. I have to say....its been a few hours and I feel like a brand new person! I love the piercing and my nose feels 10x better. Great selection and prices and everyone was so nice and helpful! Thanks again! This will be my go to store for all jewelery for future piercings !😊

I was looking for a place to pierce my ears again. I read the good reviews and decided to go to Just Pierce It at Green Acres. It was an awesome experience. This girl Tai was so patient and professional! She let me guide her into showing exactly where I wanted the piercing, and she was so kind and polite. The procedure was clean and completely painless for me. I definitely recommend it! =)

Scam Scam Scam!!They sell you fake jewelry that they claim is 14kt gold! it’s actually cheap and when you take it to a professorial to get pierced they will refuse because it’s not good for your body. Real gold doesn’t bend so test it before you buy. $20 for a fake nose ring that’s worth Pennie’s. Buyers beware

So I got my nose pierced by them. I would definitely recommend to go to them. They are clean and sterile, the costumer service is great.The girl who pierced my nose (blond with glasses) explained to me how to take care of it and even haloed me with another piercing that I had a problem with. She told me how to take care of my infection step by step and it helped. After few months (now) I came back and got a 14k nose ring from them, and again they were so nice and friendly, they changed it for me and cleaned it. The staff is just great. Came with a smile and left with a bigger smile.I love them. They are awesome.

I just got my double helix pierced and Im super in love with how perfect they came out. Im horrified with symmetry and needles in general but this was a super fast and painless experience. The guy who did it for me was very patient and calming. Not at all like what I was expecting. I wanted that piercing for a while and finally got the courage to go and do it! I wish I went to Just Pierce it since my first one! From now on its my favorite place and will never go anywhere else!Love it!!!Highly recommend on doing your piercing at any of their stores! And they have amazing jewelry as well! Great workers ! Great job!

The gentleman that worked their was very pleasant and great with my 8 year old niece who was super excited to gwt her ears pierced but nervous about the pain. Profesional and good prices. I pick them over claires for eat piercings.

I took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Everything seemed great at first (of course she cried after getting them done). However, about two weeks later, I noticed her left earlobe become swollen. The rod was way too small for her ear to heal. Had to take her to the ER to remove both, for goodness sakes she is 4 YEARS OLD! How will you insert such a small clasp to her ear???? Im beyond livid/horrified/traumatized, it was bleeding and extremely painful. Do not take your young child to this place. I regret it with all my heart

Every time I go to this Just Pierce It, there’s a different attendant at the post. This clearly shows poor management. On Saturday, I went to Just Pierce It to inquire about an earring and there were 2 young people there (not old enough to Pierce), they weren’t even knowledgeable about the products. Ashley (one of the workers) was very adamant about my earring being the same size as the one she showed me. I even showed her the earring to compare her product to. When I got home I realized she put the wrong item in the bag (due to size and the screw ball on the earring) and sold me something completely different. Ashley robbed me of $65 for a product that I cannot use and they won’t return the product. I filed a dispute with my bank. Beware of buying things here. You’re stuck with whatever the item is even if the merchant sells you whatever they feel like stuffing into your bag. Smfh.

Esai L is very good at his job and his customer service skills is awesome. I meet him in Queens Boulevard Location and he was transferred to Green acres mall closer to my house which was awesome for me because hes the only reason why I continue to purchase and do my piercings with this company. I will recommend anyone to him.

I will NEVER get anything else pierced here again. I went to just pierce it in Green Acres Mall to get my nose pierced. The young lady which pierced my nose (Brianna) was very nice, courteous and very customer oriented. I got it pierced on Sunday. By Tuesday, the earring was hanging half out of my nose. I took off from my job to go there. The time was almost 11:30 and no one was there. Not to mention, I was in extreme pain. While there, I contacted the store in Rockefeller Mall. They immediately told me to come there and tried to get it back in my nose. They were very pleasant. Well it came out again a week and a half later. I called green acres. The woman told me it was nothing she could do and if I wanted to get it redone, she would take 10% off. I thought piercings were suppose to last a lifetime. Mine lasted a week and a half and they wanted me to pay 90.00. Take it from me, DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE THERE. THEY DO NOT EVEN VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WERE THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL. SMH

Just wanted to say that as usual my experience with you guys was awesome! Clean, great costumer serves, and they actually know what they are doing.Everytime that Im in new york Im coming to visit them.I have got so many jewelry from them, and every time that I come I pierce something.My last visit (sunday), I came with my family, and ones again we have bought jewelry and my daughter got her ears pierced.I always (for the past 3 years) get everything done by the same girl, the manager (Ira).So I recomend them very much, and specially her.Until next time...

Me and my friend went here the other day. Asai was so friendly and professional. He changed my earrings for me and we also watched him pierce someones nose. He is confident in his work and thats something that I appreciate as a customer. Overall it was a good experience and I will definitely be visiting here again

It was a pleasure going to this place. With the friendly staff members and the cleanliness of the tools and gloves they use when you are getting a piercing done. Who would not mind getting good customer service and value for their money.

Came With my cousin to this location he bought a chane from them. He told the kid who was working there that day, that he has a sensitive skin and that he cannot wear fake jewelry. The sells person told us that this is not fake and that it will not change color. Not even a week pass my cousin had an allergic reaction to the chane. when from the beginning he told the sells person that he has sensitive skin.When we got back to the location the blond girl change that for us with not a problem. That was back in January.About a week or 2 weeks ago, I went back to this location, wanted to buy something for my girl.The same guy was working there.He had a very bad Attitude.And wasnt pleasant at all.Now I know he is the manager, which surprised me even more.The bottom line is, they do have nice things but we will not coming back again, Im personally not a new Yorker so I dont really care, so I gues you should care less as well.But to all who goes there Just be aware.

I am sorry but I would never recommend this place to no one again.I am coming to shop by you from Bermuda twice a year, every time I come I am being help by two amazing girls, Irene and Michele.Few days ago I came and asked this young man about the girls, and in a very unpleasant way he told me they no longer there, and that he is the manager now.He had a very bad attitude, and he was rude.I know I come to you often, but I spend a good amount of money with you each time.And I sent a lot of people to you from bermuda.But no more.He was very extremely unplessent for a manager!!!

Just got my two helixes pierced Nd idk if i have a high pain tolerance but it was easy and quick and painless I swear to you, ask for Matthew if you want a quick Nd painless experience 10/10 he was very gentle and polite

Got my Nose pierced for a little under 50 cash. Fast Clean. No pain just a little pinch. Call and make sure a Manager is there before you go because thats who usually does the piercing. Its a little tiny device and he just pressed down like a little stapler looking thing and it was done. Friendly and helpful. Theyre piercing is an 18 gauge nose ring to start. They give you a small piercing gel like tiny tube to put on your nose piercing. We brought the nose Saline solution spray they sale for about $16. They normally say wait about 3-6 months before switching to a hoop. I waited a month and got a 20gauge(slightly smaller) hoop. Recommended sleepin with a small bandaid over it because you will forget its there.

I went today Wednesday, July 26th and the girl working there was so abnoxious. Not only didnt she even greet me (she was too busy using her phone) I literally had to go to her and ask her to help me. She was rude and a disgusting person. I do not recommend anyone go to this place if this girl is working there.

I brought $80 nose ring, I didn’t even get a chance to put it in my nose. It broke in my hand. I been calling the place and haven’t got an answer.
