Got my septum stretched by Betty here June 19th. She was cool but her things were lowkey unorganized. Took her a bit to make sure she was finding the right jewelry and stretching needle just for her to still be wrong lmfaoo. I was at 12g and had told her I was at a 12g and wanted to stretch to 10g. Well guess what! She ended up stretching me to an 8g :| It was super painful and literally could have blown my nose out but just judging from other reviews, the owner will probably not care and Betty will get no more than a slap on the wrist. So discretion is advised if you’re thinking about coming here. I’ve heard Why Not Ink is pretty good and I personally love Nathan’s Tattoos and Piercings (Super organized and they explain everything to you!). My friends and I went to get back dermal piercings and since the moment we met the piercer Daniel he gave us the most unprofessional nasty attitude, so we decided to leave. When we asked him questions related to the piercing, he barely answered anything. His answers were the bare minimum and when I would ask for more elaborate answers, he would respond in a condescending manner as if it was all common sense. When he drew the lines on my back, he let me see if I liked the placement. As my friend and I looked at it to see if it was symmetrical, he seemed beyond annoyed. When we modified the lines a little bit to our liking, I asked for his professional opinion ,which I was genuinely looking for, and his response was extremely rude. “Well I mean that’s where you placed it”, he said. Then I said “I understand, but in your professional opinion do you think this looks straighter or not”. He responded again in the most bothered way possible with “I mean that’s where you put it so I can just Pierce it there”. I tried my best to give small talk and be as friendly as possible but he created the most hostile environment possible. Considering how dangerous this piercing is in general, the least the piercer should do is provide a comfortable environment. There was no way we could trust a piercer as disrespectful as he was.

The waiting time took awhile but it makes since since i went on a Saturday as a walk-in but overall the experience was very good. I got a bellybutton piercing done and the piercing itself was super quick. I especially loved the attention to detain in explaining the aftercare of my piercing after it was done. I felt super comfortable and cared for. The price was also pretty cheap and a good deal for $40 with the jewelry included! I will definitely come back again for another piercing:))

So I just had my first tattoo done by Cat (and I have many), but can finally say that I have no regrets because she did it perfectly. She definitely found her calling, and luckily I have found my artist.

Great experience with both the piercers I’ve gotten my stuff done by. They’re willing to help with any questions you have and don’t push after care products. They provide after care instructions thoroughly and patiently. I called in about 20 min before closing time, according to Google, and the guy was really cool and told me to go on in. Overall good vibes. I called several other places and they’re piercings are waaaay more than what we get ours here for. Plus good customer service. Always a plus. Will definitely be going back for more. RECOMMEND FOR SURE .

I am not here to bash, I am just here to share my experience. I was in the shop yesterday to have my dermal removed. Half of the post was already sticking out so I went to the shop closest to my house. I was attended by Leslie and although she was very nice, I did not agree with the process of the way she pulled out my dermal. Considering that this was my 2nd time having to get one removed (which was removed at a different shop), she did not use anything to make any slices on the area where the dermal was still attached to my skin. She pulled on it really hard until it snapped. I would have appreciated if she explained her process on how she was going to remove it rather than laying me down and pulling on it the way she did.

I have gotten all my piercings here. I don’t trust going anywhere else. I first got my nose done elsewhere and it got infected. I went to NP and they were so kind, very thorough with home care and are always available for any questions. Angie is the absolute best! Love her! The whole staff is amazing! I’ve gotten piercings done by others too. Nose, Industrial, Conch and Tragus

Great place! Adam is a great guy, you can hear the humbleness in his voice and just makes you feel welcomed. They have cubicles so the privacy is on point! Came here to get my nose pierced a while back with Ryan and it was a good experience so I came back recently to get my bridge pierced and I love it ! He took the time to make sure the placement of the piercing was just right and explained everything thoroughly. The staff here are great and talented! Will definitely be coming back!

Update; I think it’s been about 2 months and my piercing is healing well. Still healing, but no issues or inflammation like my last piercing at a different shop. They used good material for the piercing, since it didn’t get all gross like my last one did, lol.—-I had been thinking about getting a third piercing for the past 6 months or so and finally decided to do it.I saw Needle Pushers had very high reviews on Yelp and Google, so I decided to give their shop a chance. I’m not sure if they do appointments, but I did a walk in.They take card payments, but charge 3% for fees (understandable) and can also take tip via electronic payment. They also use surgical steel (which is great because my second piercing’s jewelry got nasty and was metal alloy that was plated).When I went to the shop there were some people hanging out in the front, and they were polite and friendly and greeted me in, let me know the piercers will be right with me, and had me sit and fill out some forms.Not too long after, Leslie greeted me, handled the forms, and they got a room prepared; there were several rooms, and it was kind of private (maybe too private tho, but that’s just me because I’m awkward) so that’s kind of nice.Angie and Leslie asked me what kind of piercing I wanted, which was a high lobe. They cleaned my ears with alcohol and made the markings. It was clear they deeply care about the craft, art, and their work, and I wouldn’t have thought of piercings in that way until I visited today.They were patient and kind with me even though I had the location of the piercing readjusted a few times and I had trouble telling how centered it would be. I really appreciated that Leslie and Angie also checked, double checked, and wanted to make sure the piercings looked level/equal.I think this piercing was a little more painful than my second one, but it was a quick process. Leslie gave me the aftercare instructions and answered any queries I had. Really liked how friendly and patient they both were. Angie also gave me her card in case I had any questions later.Thanks again for doing the piercing! It’s what I hoped for as I kept imagining it! I’m not sure if I will do any more, but the industrial one looks super cool.

If you want great quality piercings or credible professional advice, Angie is the one for you! She is truly amazing whether its your first piercing or your 13th, she treats you no differently! She is incredibly professional, friendly, always cleans her station between guests, and is very thorough in her process- even going to the extent of explaining each step of the piercing process. She tends to get very busy and its for a reason!! No matter how busy she is though, she will take the time to make sure that you are satisfied with your piercing choice/placement before she pierces. Never once have I felt rushed by Angie when getting piercings (and Ive gotten plenty from her) despite her being busy. She is also really attentive to any concerns or questions you may have regarding your piercings and takes time after to explain the cleaning process as well as any quirks in the healing process that may occur. You will make the right decision by getting piercings from Angie!!

Came here last January and paid an insane amount for piercings and jewlrey. Ended up paying $120+ for piercing and some very low quality steel studs. Aftercare instructions were to just wash with water, nothing else. One ear got infected and the doctor had to cut the ring out. The other spent months agitated by the poor grade steel and eventually I needed to change studs to get it to heal. Had to get the other ear re-pierced elsewhere, for much cheaper and this time I actually got aftercare instructions

I went and got a tattoo basic on recommendation. I went asked for mizzy, she acted like a washed up rock start. She gave me her number, I called to set a appointment. She didn’t call me back. I went in there and ask for color and black ink. She only did black. She said that my skin was the color. Super unprofessional and she asked for more money after finishing the tattoo. What a rip off. Avoid this place.

I went in to get my ear pierced and the staff was friendly and attentive. After he was done he told me the price and since I didnt have enough cash he took half the cost. Very easy going guy. Will definitely come back here for my future tattoos.

Angie was awesome! Went in for my 7 year old to get her ears pierced- Angie was booked solid but when our turn came she didn’t rush us, took her time, talked to my daughter like she had all the timein the world. Super nice and made us feel super comfortable.

Been going here for a few years and gotten multiple ear piercings and a couple chest dermals (all prior to this year). Marvin is excellent; hes knowledgeable, explains everything, answers all my questions and is happy to help with suggestions if I have any issues with aftercare. When any of them ball up or get irritated I crush a little aspirin, add a drop of water and apply it overnight for a few days and it works like a charm. Pricing is fair and jewelry selection is good. The shop is in a small plaza with free parking but its usually packed so you can park on the street.

Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My friends and I have had all our piercings done here and weve been pierced head to toe. Never had a bad experience. I get a lot of compliments on my shark bites and I always recommend this shop to people who are looking for somewhere to go.

I am absolutely in love with this place. I went to get a piercing, and Marv was phenomenal. He made the experience fun (which is difficult because I’m always nervous every time I get a new piercing) and was very knowledgeable about every step of the process. Great place! Went to get my first ever genital piercing, which can be a very *ahem* sensitive topic. Marv alleviated any concerns I had by being absolutely professional and keeping everything very lighthearted. This was a great experience. Im born and raised in Cali and recently moved away. Came to this shop as it was highly recommended, while on vacation. Hector was amazing. My tatt is vibrant and just what I wanted.

I went in to get a piercing and some new jewelry, as we walked in the guy at the front didnt even greet us until 5 mins later, then told us to sit outside and told us hed be back . He then took 5 minutes to hand us a clipboard and then went back inside the shop and took 10 minutes to even hand us the consent form. It gets WORSE, the woman who was supposedly going to do our piercings kept staring at us once we were allowed inside until she finally spoke to us and asked us why we were here. This woman piercer has THE WORST customer service skills and piercings skills. She gives no warning and is very rude and bland. We still tipped her 20$ but she acted as if thats what she deserved. There used to be a good piercer named Marv , the place was better when he was there, he actually cared about the service he gave and was never rude. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE

Very professional and clean place! Liz was my artist and she was fantastic. Very informative, friendly, and great attention to detail. Have tried 2 other shops in the past, Needle Pushers blows them out of the water. Will definetly be back and this will for sure become the only shop I trust.

Horrible service. It was more like a lame kick it spot than a business. Went there for a simple piercing. No one maintaining the front desk greeting customers. After 15 minutes of waiting someone finally acknowledged we were there. Got told we would be seen soon. Cus they were finishing up another piercing. 10 minutes later a tattoo artist seemed to have finished with client. Didnt acknowledged us. And walked out with the client. So after waiting for 45 minutes no one came to check the front or acknowledged that anyone was there. And surprisingly more people showed up and were left waiting as well. So we left. Would give this a negative star rating if possible.

Ryan is THE MAN! He is a PHENOMENAL Piercer with great attention to detail, very clean and aftercare guidance. He made my experience double N piercings super comfortable and even helped replace the bars months after (for free)! You won’t regret getting your peircings done with him.

I had an AMAZING experience getting my first tattoo here, and would definitely come back here again and recommend to all my friends too!I first called on the phone to ask some basic questions, and the guy was extremely friendly and helpful, and encouraged me to come in whenever I had time. I drove there immediately and, although the waiting room was full of people, someone greeted me immediately (the guy from the phone eyyy). As it turned out, one of the artists, Resa, was actually free and could do my tattoo right away! She introduced herself, gave me a quote, and was upfront about how long it would take her to set up, and that she had a quick consultation with another customer later - which was all fine with me, I was happy to wait. She showed me the first draft of the tattoo Id asked for, and was really flexible with tweaking it as I wanted.During the whole tattoo process (I got a dragon on my upper arm), I felt super comfortable, and super taken care of. Resa really took her time with outlining it and filling it in. We talked about a bunch of things, and she answered all the questions I had about tattooing and aftercare. After my session, Resa texted me full instructions of proper aftercare, and told me to reach out if I have any other questions. Again, I felt so comfortable and so taken care of, and I didnt feel uneasy or confused at all.I will definitely be coming back to Needle Pushers, and to Resa, to get future tattoos! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Damon does amazing work. Had my really bad garage tat covered up into a beautiful piece of Art. Super friendly artist. For Piercings really dig Marv. Uses freehand piercing. Quick, and as painless as getting pierced can be. Had nipples and ears done. Thanks you guys!!!!

I got my latest piercing done here, and I plan to go here for any I get in the future! Everyone working here was great to talk to. I got my tongue pierced by Marv; He had me feeling ridiculously comfortable and the piercing itself was super quick and painless.

Def have to give this place a 5 star took my daughter to get her cartilage pierced and the girl that helped us was Angie she was super helpful and informative, even helped answer questions for my daughter after we had left the shop. Even changed my nose ring and help give advise for it to heal. If you are looking for a place to go def go here and ask for Angie.

I got my snake bites today at needle pushers by Angie and I love them everyone there is so nice and welcoming 10/10 would recommend me and my cousin keep going back for our piercing, Angie explained everything to me perfectly and the process was short and easy :)

Staff is very friendly and accommodating--the atmosphere of this place is great overall. I wish I could give a 5 star review and return to this place for future piercings but I cannot. I enjoyed my experience during my appointment, although my piercer was very late. It was a good day, so I did not mind. My issue lies with the follow up.Several things went wrong--so many that I cant recall them all now. I was given the LITHA (leave it the hell alone) method for my 8G piercing and told to just rinse my ears with hot water in the shower. When the flare of the single-flare plug took to the habit of painfully slipping into the wound daily, I was told it was normal. After a while the back of my ear was turning black-ish and my ear still hurt. An acquaintance of mine said it looked fine. After a bigger reaction sent me back to the piercer, I was able to confirm I had an allergy. According to the piercer, it was an allergy to silicone and I was given nitrile rings. I now know its an allergy to the black dye used in o-rings, not the silicone itself, but I digress.To hop to the point, though the piercer was kind and counted my allergy as his mistake, I was given the wrong sized o-rings (which was okay once I sized up later), then later when bumps appeared on my ears and they continued to hurt, the piercer said it was normal. After I continued to insist, he said he would hook me up and never got back to me. And finally, when I pointed out my ears were pierced too close to my face to stretch, the piercer said it was due to migration, but he offered to repierce them if I let them close. Im sure there was no migration, I wasnt too sure my ears would close, and I did not want to start from square one particularly after, at this point, 3 months of discomfort. I went to a doctor for a check-up, had the idea to ask him about my sore, runny, lumpy ears, and he informed me my ears were infected. I had completely ruled out infection due to following the LITHA method and the assurances I received.Again, I loved the atmosphere and the actual appointment went smoothly. But the follow up was disastrous. Luckily, once I figured out what was going on through trial and error (as described above), I nursed my ears back to health, and also luckily, I was able to stretch to my goal size--any larger and I would not have been able to do it. I have a second piercing planned and would love to return to this warm environment and Marvs great personality but after this experience it would not make sense for me to do so.

My tattoo looks 20 years old but its only been 8 weeks. Im embarrassed to wear it and the person that did it to me is ignoring my request for touch up. Dont go there dont waste your money dont trust these people with your body.

Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Walked in with a friend as moral support. She had vocalized concerns regarding her chosen body modification. Staff were able to explain what previously went wrong with the procedure and how to prevent and future issues. They also offered a phone number for her to contact with any questions and concerns she may have.

This is my first tattoo at this place...Needle pushers are the best...I called and told them I would not be able to make it till the exact second they are closing and they told me they would stay and wait on me to get there....they didnt even charge a deposit...I got my martial arts school symbol on my arm and it came out super super clean and the price was so good it was unbelievable...I recommend using my guy named daniel Kats he will work with what you have and he is cool as hell...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

Went to get my tongue pierced and it’s completely crooked and the piercing he put in is way too small for what it’s supposed to be.Gonna have to take it out and wait to get it repierced somewhere else. Don’t get ur piercings here.
