Emily is hands-down the best at removing tattoos. Speaking from personal experience, I have been to other Madison area offices and none of them even come close to Emily. She is thorough, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about the process. Emily numbs your site up with ice packs and continuously blows ice cold air on your skin to help dull the laser. (And not all offices do this). Her suite is very clean, professional, & private. I love knowing Emily has a nursing degree so she makes sure the patient comes first and has medical knowledge.

As one would expect, I had much trepidation regarding the tattoo removal process. I have three tattoos and two of them I had just reached a point in my life where they were irrelevant to me and I wanted them gone however a few friends who had their tattoos removed in the past it appeared that their skin was scarred and it looked almost as bad as if they had just left the tattoo alone in the first place. I did my homework online and after reading the reviews and contacting a few places I decided on Madison Laser Tattoo Removal. Let me say I was really nervous about this whole process, I wanted my skin to look like it was pre-tattoos and I had lots of other questions. I found the office and it was very spacious and clean. Emily greeted me promptly and warmly. The first visit was the consultation and she answered ALL of my questions with patience and in clear detail that I could understand. She covered all of my questions and concerns. She asked if I wanted to do a session that day and I opted not to and she put absolutely NO pressure on me. She said okay just take your time to think about it. Because of this positive first impression she earned my trust and business. I will just bullet point the rest:*Clean, spacious office with lots of rooms and natural light.*No pressure to commit to anything.*PHENOMENAL COMMUNICATION. Emily has been very prompt in responding to any text messages or emails that I have sent her.*Her and her staff are genuinely interested in your health and happiness and getting the process done correctly.*State of the art equipment and even though I had done my homework prior to my visit she still took the time to explain everything.*Emily has been nothing but kind, professional and above board on the whole process so far. I highly recommend this business.

Beware! Do not pay this woman up front for anything. I was told she could remove my tattoo for a certain amount and that if I paid it up front, I would receive a “discount”. She told me she could definitely remove it in about 6-8 treatments. 14 treatments later she’s asking for more money and my tattoo isn’t even close to gone. Now she’s saying I’ve missed all kinds of appointments which isn’t accurate. As a matter of fact, she wasn’t there when I arrived for multiple appointments. I’m beyond disgusted by the lack of professionalism and the fact that she completely misjudged how many treatments it would take. 6-8 is nowhere near the 14. Initially she told me she could get it off by summer when I started treatments in March. She was doing my treatments every 4 weeks when they shouldn’t have been done any sooner than every 6 to 8 weeks. Just be very careful when choosing your “professional”.
