Staff was extremely rude! They botched a piercing for my wife, and wouldnt right the wrong unless we paid more money! Also, one of their associates gave us the middle finger!The manager was rude and condescending towards us, unsympathetic, and did not care! We will never go back their again, and word to the wise... Go any where but here if you value good service, time and money. Good luck

Dont recommend! They would not give me a replacement bracelet i had warranty and everthing but the lady was so into the guy she got distracted and put ring instead of bracelet so wen i showed them she said no all you have is a ring wheres the ring i said i never bought a ring i got a bracelet....too much i cancaled my account screw them!

I am extremely displeased with the customer service I recieved at the victorville location. I got my 2 yr old daughters ears pierced on Sunday the 2nd. I was told the earnings came with locking backs and i wouldnt have any issues with them falling off or my daughter being able to take them off.I was surprised when only 6 days later I discovered they had both fallen out. I quickly put in other earrings and searched the house. I found 1 earing but no backs.I called the store and was told that if I went in on Monday, when the manager was there, with my receipt and the 1 earing I found, I would receive a replacement set of earings. I was told it would be no problem because it was not normal for them to fall out so something must have been wrong with the backs.I went back Monday and spoke with the manager, Samatha, just like I was told to. She acted like I was trying to scam her. And couldnt understand why I wanted another pair of earings or why I had any issue at all. She was rude and completely unwilling to help me in any way.I left very upset because I had paid 70 dollars for earings only to have defective backs put on causing them to fall out in less than a week. I made it very clear to the manager that I would not be back when it came time to pierce my other daughters ears. Claires is only a few doors down and I will go there for every piercing from now on. And I will make sure I reccomend people stay away from the piercing pagoda!

I will never return to this location the manager was helping a blonde employee #1352916 who was not honering a verbal deal from a special the had advertising of 75% the lost my bussiness after they countinued adding charges insurance the employee said was free after I seen them not honering there special they started presuring me to leave my $100 for layway to lock me in not only was Istanding for 30 minutes then only letting me see total but not what I was charged I just ask for my money back the employee and manager started to presure me to leave my money and yell across the mall that I. Lossing out on the special they didnt apply to my purchace . Never NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN YOU CAN NOT BASE A BUSSINESS ON RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I STRONGLY SUGGEST IF YOU SEE SOMETHING YOU LIKE RUN FAR AS YOU CAN HORRIBLE UP TO THE MANAGER

This place has horrible customer service it deserves 0 stars I’ve been buying earrings from here since my kid was a baby but the way they treated me last time and lied to me and till this day they haven’t called me to tell what is the status of my earrings I won’t be going back very upset with this place!!
