Comfortable, professional, and enjoyable experience.Ive gotten tattooed by Dan multiple times. My son recently passed unexpectedly in April and he is the only artist I would trust to do my tattoo to honor my son in a permanent way❤️Thank you Dan !!Highly recommend

Dan has done all (7) of my tattoos and each one is fabulous!!! He takes the time to ensure design, size, placement and final satisfaction. Great to schedule time with, work with and converse with during the session. Absolutely the best!!!

Very responsive shop, Owner and Artist Dan did a phenomenal job. Hand drawn, included the elements I wanted, and an amazing final result. This shop is my new place for all future tattoos. This is the sort of piece I will be showing off forever. Thank you!

My daughter had her ears pierced by Alaska for her 7th birthday. Alaska took the time to explain every step to her, make sure she was comfortable and ready and the piercing turned out perfectly. I was really impressed with the selection of starter earrings. I highly recommend Alaska! She is awesome!!

Been going to Dan for a few years for all my tattoos. He is very professional and kind. I love his work! This tattoo specifically he drew up for me and my sister. Looks amazing!

Dan is always so professional and such a pleasure every time I have gone and seen him! Environment is always so clean and he always makes sure I’m comfortable before he gets started, during, and after! My tattoo results are always AMAZING and exactly what I wanted! I would 100% recommend him over and over again!!Today my friend and I got tattoos and needless to say, I’m not surprised with how much I love them and how amazing my experience was! Go check out Bearded Buffalo Tattoo and Body Piercings if you want quality tats and piercings! ❤️

Dan and Alaska are the best! I went to both of them previously when they were at a different location and I was so sad when they moved, I had no idea where they went! After recently finding out Dan had opened his own shop I booked my appointment right away. (Excuse the weird angle of my arm and picture lol). It’s still fresh from yesterday and today so not fully healed yet, but I love it!!! Not pictured but I have also gotten my belly pierced by Alaska and it healed beautifully! The shop is clean, professional, and I felt super comfortable the entire time. I will for sure be making more appointments with both of them! :)

After backpacking the Arizona National Trail from Mexico to Utah I wanted to commemorate my adventure with a tattoo on my leg. Dan was able to recreate the artwork from my copper buckle award onto my calf. It turned out awesome! I’ve gotten so many compliments on how well done it is. Being retired from a healthcare career, hygiene is important to me. Dan nails it in his process. This is not my first tattoo; however, it is definitely the finest.

My husband, daughter and I went to see Dan. He designed something so special for us...we lost our son, Andrew, back in May and we needed the perfect tattoo to memorialize him. He turned Andrews fingerprints into the most beautiful piece of art. The new shop is gorgeous...and Dan is the best. His knowledge is second to none! We would recommend Bearded Buffalo 1000%. Thanks Dan! You are an absolute pleasure to work with! See you soon...

Weve gone to Dan for several of our tattoos... And today our son got his first! Dan is great! Patient, kind, soft technique and an amazing artist! Love the new shop - clean, bright, welcoming! See you in a few weeks!

Alaska is awesome ! I got a piercing done here, She talks you thru the whole process, and you feel relaxed/ at ease. my piercing healed , it looks amazing, no trouble at all with anything going wrong since she explained everything in detail and she cares about clients. Best place around .

Dan is amazing. His shop is clean and sanitary. He is the only artist that my husband and I go to. Great work and pricing. If you’re looking for small and fun or large and extensive Dan is the guy you want! Today my daughter and I got matching unicorn tattoos!

Alaska is very knowledgeable about what she does and extremely educated! She will help you change jewelry as well if you are struggling. Beautiful arrangement of jewelry!I was also tattooed by Dan. Very gentle touch and was very down to earth and did a fantastic job with shading and detail!

Dan is great as always! I love my newest tattoo for my grandkids! I also had piercings done by Alaska she is so sweet and explains everything as she goes. I will only trust Bearded Buffalo! Great people!

Dan is amazing. He did my rib cage and it turned out great. He designed it and then did the tattoo. They also have a large selection of after care products as well. Come here for your next tattoo. Dan is the best in the area!

Dan is extremely talented! I started going to him about 2 years ago and have only had him do my tattoos since. His line work and shading is off the charts. He never ceases to amaze me when I go back to him.

Bearded Buffalo is an awesome place to go for your tattoos or piercings! I always look forward to my appts with Dan. His new space is super welcoming! I recommend Bearded Buffalo 100%!

Dan does all my tattoos and he is awesome! The prices are fantastic and he is a great artist!Alaska has done piercings for me as well and she is great, awesome prices and is super sweet!I LOVE this place and highly recommend them to everyone!

Alaska is the nicest and most calming piercer i’ve ever had. She knows above and beyond about what she’s doing and I couldn’t be happier with my final product. I’ve never felt more comfortable than in her chair!!! 11/10

Dan was amazing and did excellent job, he did exactly what I asked for. His art skills and line work is amazing. The studio is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend him.

First time here and I will definitely be back Dan was amazing, the shop was clean I love my tattoo and can’t wait for the next

Dan is fantastic! He is Professional and nice ; shop is clean!! The Shop over all has a really awesome vibe to it. Although, my tattoos, were very simple & basic, it’s just what I wanted and I’m very happy! ( he also got me in very fast !! ) Thanks Dan!

I drive 16 hours to get tattooed here because I refuse to go anywhere else. My first tattoo with Dan was my favorite and the latest he did for me is also my favorite. Everytime I am blown away by his work and show it off to everyone! I have tattoos by different artists, but once I got one tattoo from Dan I never went to another artist. He always makes my ideas come to life and the tattoo process is comfortable and enjoyable and extremely professional. Ive also had the pleasure of having jewlery changed by Alaska and she did such a great job helping me pick out what I needed and making sure it looked perfect. This shop is The Shop that I will always recommend to anyone, and if Dan goes somewhere else thats where Ill go! I followed him shop to shop. Thanks Dan, and Alaska, I cant wait for next time!!

Comfortable, professional, and enjoyable experience. Ive gotten tattooed by Dan multiple times, and I always recommend him to friends. Alaska changed the earrings out for me that I bought at the shop. Im definitely getting my next piercing from her. :-)

I got my helix and upper earlobes pierced by the lovely Alaska! She is so kind, patient, personable and will walk you through everything you need to know from the process of the piercing to her letting you know shes there for you if you have any questions on how to care for the piercing, to letting you change the spot of your piercing until youre happy and sure about the placement. It was my first time getting my ears pierced from her and I will 100000% be going back to get more piercings from her!!! It was the best, most fun experience I have had in a long time and Im so overly happy with the outcome of my 3 new piercings!!! I HIGHLY recommend going to her if youre thinking about getting a piercing of any sort! Thank you Alaska!!!😁 I have been here a handful of times before my piercings to support my best friend when she gets her tattoos from Dan and I have always felt welcome even though I was just there for moral support. Alaska would go out of her way to talk to us even though we were not her customers that day which we love! Dan is so welcoming and accommodating! Hes a true artist! My best friend can attest to this as she always says to me, I can bring in a picture of what I want, but I can tell him what I want changed from the picture and from my description he draws spot on what I am imagining. Both my best friend and I highly recommend getting tattoos from Dan!!! Overall, their new place rocks and both Alaska and Dan rock!!! Thanks guys!(:

Ive gotten a handful of tattoos done by Dan so far and LOVE every one of them! Hes an excellent artist and works with you to make sure you get exactly what youre looking for. The new shop is so nice. Its clean, comfy, and parking was easier than expected. Ive also gotten quite a few piercings from Alaska and she is the best. Talks you through the whole process, is very respectful and communicates well so there are no surprises. I highly recommend them both!

Alaska was AMAZING! Knowledgeable, patient, kind, & took the time to answer all my questions. I’m obsessed with my conch piercing!

Everyone at the shop is super cool, and Dan does excellent work. The shop itself is wicked cool inside, and Dan has done an awesome job setting up the space. Can’t recommend enough!

Dan did a really good cover up on my unwanted tattoo and gave me something I wanted it was all designed by him (for the first time) he picked the colors for everything and did an amazing job 10/10 highly recommend

Daniel Sankey is an awesome tattoo artist. He runs his business as every tattoo shop owner should. A+ rating from this guy.

Dan did an amazing job recreating a signature to add to my tattoo. He is always honest and so accommodating.

First timer and will definitely be a repeat customer. I don’t even know where to start on my experience as is was amazing overall. Can’t wait to get back in the chair with Dan Sankey

Dan is not only talented but honest and professional. This shop is very clean and we always feel very comfortable. After getting several pieces done here we can not recommend this shop enough!

Dan is incredible! The new shop is a super welcoming environment!! Dan has done all three of my tattoos and I love every single one! They turn out so nice and he’s always more than willing to talk you through it and help relax you when you’re nervous! He is super nice and makes sure you’re comfortable! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get tattooed!!!

Of all my tattoos I have had done, Dan has done the best job and for multiple reasons. I would continue going to him for all my work. He is so professional, everything is so sanitary, he is so honest about how things will look and will help you make your tattoo better than you could have imagined it. His years of experience shows in everything he does. Dan is just the best

Alaska is the best around! I feel so comfortable in her space, and she is very knowledgeable about what does. If you’re looking for someone who is clean, confident, and passionate to do your piercing- go here!

Dan has inked two of my tattoos and fixxed another. He is very talented. I will be going to him for more ink.

I have gotten multiple tattoos from Dan, and have always had the best experience with him! Always a clean shop, always timely and does a beautiful job on the artwork! My favorite tattoo artist, I won’t go to anyone else, highly highly recommend.

I cant say enough about my experience at The Bearded Buffalo. Dan is a great artist and makes you feel super comfortable. Ive gotten so many compliments on my thigh tattoo I got last month and am looking forward to many more tattoos to come. The shop is very clean and has a great vibe. Also a killer playlist is always playing. If youre looking for high quality work, definitely give the shop a call.

I’ve gotten a few piercings from Alaska now and had a fantastic experience every time! She walks you through exactly what will happen and is fantastic at preparing you for what to expect. The whole shop is extremely clean as well. She is also very responsive (in person, over the phone, and through Instagram) and super helpful at answering any questions you may have. Overall, I highly recommend Alaska for any piercings you want!

Dan is incredible! He is friendly and makes the tattoo appointment a comfortable experience and his new shop is very welcoming. I have been going to him for a few years now and recommended him to anyone that asks! His line and color work is amazing. Highly recommended!

Alaska is one of the best piercers I have ever met. She makes you feel so comfortable and walks you through step by step on what’s she’s doing. Not only just that she is 100% professional and really considers your anatomy. I recommend anyone to go to her whether it’s your first piercing or your 20th. Lastly her jewelry options are amazing and I can’t wait to get all mine changed by her ☺️. I wish I could give more stars honestly.

I got a couple more tats done last night from Dan. Im always so happy with the end results. I have been to other artists over the yrs and regret not having Dan do them all.He is AWESOME. I will never go to anyone again but him. My son feels the same way. The shop is also very kicked back and cozy!!

Alaska is the absolute best! She has pierced me and my sisters twice now and it has been a fantastic experience. She is so knowledgeable and really cares about what she is doing. She pays a lot of attention to placement and makes sure you are getting the most hygienic experience possible. She will talk you through why she is placing it where she is, and if you want to move it she will. She walks you through every step and always makes sure you are comfortable. I will never go to another piercer and could not recommend her more.

I am absolutely THRILLED with the four tattoos I have had done by Dan. He takes my ideas and brings them to life and the detail he puts into them is stellar! The shop is super clean and Barthalamuel the Buffalo is a RAD beast! Highly recommend.

After doing a google search of tattoo artists in my area I was not sure what I could expect but after reviewing Bearded Buffaloes pics I was impressed by his work and thus set an appointment. He contacted me shortly thereafter and in a few weeks, after submitting a design to him, he not only designed exactly what I wanted but he added flourishes and details exceeding my expectations. Far and above the best tatoo experience I ever had; and, to boot, his shop is immaculate.

Lovely place, clean and comfortable environment with even lovelier staff. Alaska was so helpful and friendly for an impromptu septum jewelry change. She made great recommendations and was knowledgeable and extremely honest about jewelry options to find the right fit for me. I highly recommend this hidden jewel. Will be going out of my way to go to them instead of my previous piercer.

Amazing place love the building and Dan the artist did a knock out job. Couldnt be happier with mt experience here and I already have my next appointment scheduled

Dan is the best!! My mother and I drive 3 hrs south a few times a year and wait until then to get tattooed by him. He is worth the wait every single time and we have never been disappointed by anything he has tattooed. He works with the vision we have and tweaks it perfectly to fit the space we want. He is always so kind, considerate, and welcoming.

My best friend and I drove a little over an hour to have more piercings done by Alaska! We first met her 2 years ago at their old location & have not gone to another piercer since. She consistently asked for consent with hand placement and ensured we were comfortable. She provided very thorough explanations & insight into the piercing process & aftercare.Alaska genuinely cares about the wellbeing and excitement of her clients, always keeping their best interests in mind.Thank you for being so awesome Alaska!

Dan did a tattoo of mine. He was awesome and the tattoo is gorgeous! Lovely shop, he tattoos in his own area rather than totally out in the open. Excellent experience!

Alaska is absolutely amazing! The only person I will have do my piercings. She just did both my kids ears and they look great. Both my kids left smiling and happy. She made the experience so enjoyable and explained everything to them and was so kind! She’s my go to and I refer her to EVERYONE

I’ve been to Alaska twice now for piercings. Every time I’ve met with her she’s been very soft and comforting. She walked me through the piercing process for both piercings and what to expect. She has such a calming presence and it really made me feel less anxious about getting pierced. She’s professional and friendly and I can’t recommend her enough! Thanks Alaska! ◡̈

It’s super important to find a piercer/tattoo artist who is patient with their clients. I really appreciated how calm and patient alaska was with me while getting my bridge piercing. she gave me a rubber duck to hold which was so sweet. she also took her time lining up the piercing and checking my anatomy beforehand. 100% recommend going to this shop, especially if you want to experiment with anatomy piercings! I love my bridge, tysm alaska :D (fyi my bridge is very fresh so it looks a little swollen in this photo)
