Me and my friends had the best experience at one chance tattoo and piercing. The girl at the desk was so friendly and so nice and sweet she made us feel so comfortable. Joshua pierced me and my friends and he was so kind. He made us feel so welcome and he had the most soothing voice. he made a really nervous situation turn out to be one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had a tattoo shop. They even customize our take home bags so cute. If you need a piercing try them out, they are the best.

Took my son to get his ears pierced there after other local spots didn’t have availability. I’m so glad I went with One Chance. The place was super clean and inviting. Everyone was friendly. I called to see if they had any availability today and was told they do walk ins! It’s on their website, however I wanted to make sure they had time for me at that moment. This place is spotless, professional, and welcoming. They were even playing Halloweentown on the tv which helped calm my nerves. I received three piercings today and I am very happy with choosing One Chance as my go to. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt I was treated respectfully and was cared about as a client. I would recommend this place over and over. I have a few tattoos from a few different places and i genuinely do not want to go to anyone since have first gotten tattooed here! there is nobody i trust more with my tattoo goals- fine lines and minimal shading with a lot of detail! he nails it every time. the shop is very relaxing and personable .. you don’t feel like you are just another dollar to be made like some places. everyone is SOOO nice and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. the second one tattoo is done i immediately start planning the next! if someone mentions tattoos to me i tell them every single time to come to him no matter if it is something very big and detailed or just something small. this is by far the best place to get tattoos & piercings. if i could give more than 5 stars i would :)

My friend recommended a Daith piercing to help with migraines.. The people were very friendly, patient, and helpful. Called first with questions and they were very patient and answered every one.. wanted to make sure I was aware that it doesn’t always help, and gave realistic expectations.. will definitely go back if/when I decide to have the other side done too.

Came here to get a septum piercing and the place was amazing. A friend couldn’t recommend Joshua enough so I knew I had to go there. I was a walk in and due to not being too busy I was able to be seen in not even 10 minutes. The Lady at the front was nice and help explain. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. She was very welcoming. When I was seen Joshua did very well at answering my questions I had and really help put me at ease. Im not much for pain but he did it pretty quick. I very much plan on returning to get anything more done. Especially since they give a cute, custom bag that is adorable. The aftercare bag is very informative and I am very pleased they give a cleaning solution. Would recommend!!!

I ride past this place and shop in the plaza very often, but never knew it existed. I suggested to my sister that we check it out. We got our nose rings changed and Joshua was very delicate and gentle I was very amazed I felt literally nothing! I got my piercing and first ring change at a shop in Macon but the lady I went to was not so gentle and caused unnecessary soreness to my nose. I wish I discovered One Chance much sooner! I’ll be coming back for my next piercing for sure! The receptionist was very patient with answering the questions I had as well! I highly recommend this place also it’s very nice, modern, bright and clean compared to other shops I’ve been too!

Have used Joshua for all our tattoos and he is amazing. Does amazing work and perfectly matched my daughters drawing including her pencil strokes and imperfections on my tattoo and I am in love. Thanks Josh!!!!!

I went to get my upper ear(helix) pierced. I was greeted by such a nice receptionist who explained everything very carefully. When I went back to get the piercing done, I was prepared for it to hurt badly but it did not hurt at all. Yea! I would definitely recommend you give this place a try. You will not be sorry.

After reading all the reviews, I knew this was THE PLACE I had to go. The shop was so clean and everyone was extremely nice and informative. Joshua made my experience better than I could’ve imagined, even with how nervous I was. I will be going back. Amazing place went for the first time last year for my daughter’s birthday she wanted her nose pierced. I knew right then we would be back for any other services because of how friendly everyone in the office was and it’s very clean. We just went back on the 6th for their navel piercings. I have been clients of Josh and Morgan long before they opened One Chance, and I am so glad that they did! The space is so visually welcoming and everything is so clean and bright. Their space totally sets huge expectations of how tattoo shops should be. My husband and I both have several tattoos designed and drawn by Josh. He is truly so talented at what he does. Morgan is so great at easing nerves when you’re about to get a new piercing, and she is so knowledgeable about healing processes. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and willing to help. I walked in to this shop to get my nostril pierced after the staff answered my every question promptly on Instagram the week prior. Their jewelry/aftercare/piercing pack price was incredibly reasonable, and I was surprised to see that they offered more than the standard silver ball stud (I got the healing stud post with the pinkish purple shifting stone). The shop was quite clean and every employee I interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful. Joshua did my piercing and was very nice in adjusting placement to suit my end goal best and describing cleaning and healing process. Would definitely recommend to a friend and go back if I were to get anything else done (plus they wrote my name in a cute font on my goody bag of aftercare and cleaning instructions, which was just a nice touch)

One Chance is a beautiful facility. It is so clean and comfortable. I came in for jewlery replacement and a new rook piercing. I was thrilled to see my favorite piercer, Morgan! Morgan has done 8 of my piercings and is my go-to girl. The customer service is equally wonderful. I will be going back for more! I highly recommend choosing One Chance!!

I didn’t get my piercers name, but the lady with the bridge piercing did a wonderful job aligning my old nose ring on my left, to my new nose ring on the right. It was a really good experience and everyone is super nice. They even give you saline in your way out.

My daughter and I had our nose pierced.This was the second time having my nose pierced. First time was long ago and was pretty painful this time barely felt a thing. They where super nice on top of that. Would definitely go back. Side note: my daughter loved the personalised bag. Was a great first experience for her.

Consultation was in person which I prefer because it makes it more personal. I filled out a form first online to give an idea of what i wanted so when I got there for the consult Joshua already had some ideas of how he wanted to set up the piece. We added some things as we went too and it turned out awesome. He took care to make sure I liked the placement before we went ahead and started each piece. I even ended up getting my wedding ring tattooed by him after the last session of my leg and so did my husband. I would definitely recommend and would go back again. Im sad Ill be moving out of state because its hard to find such a great artist that really cares.

I got my septum pierced here today. Unfortunately my body does have a keloid problem. I asked Joshua plenty of questions of what that could Intel with piercings or eventually tattoos in the future and he really informed me about the condition more than other professionals Ive contacted about this. He talked me through the whole process and really made me fall in love with my piercing. He definitely knows what he is doing! 🙌

This location was recommended to me by a family member who received a piercing a few months ago. The process was smooth. The staff was professional and courteous. My piercer, Joshua, explained the process and after care before performing the piercing. But above all…IT WAS ACTUALLY PAINLESS. I walked in, was served and finished within 15 minutes. I went to this shop on a referral from a tattoo shop that didnt do piercings. Initially I just needed a jewelry change for my forward helix. I decided to get an additional forward to match. The staff is super nice and personable. My piercer, Morgan, was very good and Im incredibly happy with the results. When I left they had a personalized gift bag for me including saline wash, aftercare instructions and a lollipop. Overall fantastic experience and will definitely go there again.

This place is AMAZING!! I’ve gotten 3 piercing done here (belly button and 2 helix). Everything is clean and very open. They accept walk-in and have never had a problem piercing me on the same day without appointments, and even when i walk in i’m done within the hour. Everything is sealed and one time use, and they give free cleaning saline. NOT TO MENTION THE PRICE, they’re extremely cheap for such amazing quality earrings and piercings. I will absolutely continue to get piercings here.

I just brought my 12 year old daughter here to get one ear fixed that Claires had pierced wrong, we also got her a second set on her ear lobes. Joshua was her piercer, as a mom I was immediately comfortable with the way he explained everything to us both, was polite, gentle, and quick. My daughter left smiling saying she didnt know why she was scared in the first place! The lady up front was equally pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. I will be going back to get a tattooed from him because it hard to find someone that professional nowadays.

From the moment I walked in I liked the place. The employees were super nice and the tattoo shop was very clean with a nice set up. The girl at the front desk and Joshua were really nice and answered all questions. I got a belly piercing me and my friend and we were given nice bag with our names written in a font with aftercare solution. Which most places don’t do so that definitely added to the experience. I got my nose piercing from Morgan and it was a great experience. I am terribly afraid of needles, but they had it done in under a minute and all I felt was a little pressure. I also have received a tattoo from Joshua in the past, and am incredibly happy with the results. I will be using him for all future tattoos while Im in Macon. Shop was pristine, staff was helpful and kind, and so friendly. I would recommend to anyone, especially if you will be getting a first tattoo or piercing.

My friend and I went looking to get piercings and a tattoo. On the website it says walk ins welcome, but when I walked in they said tattoos were by appointment only. Thats the only reason for 4 out of 5. The girl that did my friends piercings was really nice and knowledgeable. She was quick with them so it wasnt as painful. Would definitely go back for a piercing the next time Im in the area.

I came here on June 21 ask the young girl in the front when choosing the earrings if they contained nickel and she said yes but not alot and that it wouldnt cause a life or death reaction. She never offered an alternative and since I didnt get told there was an alternative I proceeded. Now on the 27 I came in because I need both taken out because it gave me an allergic reaction to find out they do have an alternative to the ones that contain nickel.Boss man came and said that it was basically my fault and when I said that the person in the front should offer the alternative especially of someone asks if they contain nickel he said at first he wanted to know who it was and then said it was irrelevant.Dont get me wrong Morgan is great at piercing its quick and the place is clean but dont try to blame your paying customer for your employees negligence.Gor my jewelry replaced nonetheless but didnt appreciate the way I was spoken to by this guy... I know the difference between an allergic reaction and some sensitivity. Just because I dont have 100s of piercings and I am Hispanic doesnt mean Im stupid.

I Went to One Chance after going to Beyond Taboo to get my septum pierced by “CRAWL” and he ended up piercing my cartilage instead of my sweet spot. (Which by the way was also uneven).The major difference coming here to get it repierced THE CORRECT WAY was astounding, At beyond Taboo I was leaking blood and it hurt so bad. When Joshua found my sweet spot and re-pierced my septum, I barley felt anything and he was super gentle and I was super happy with the experience and professionalism altogether! Sieanna was super sweet and knowledgeable and recommended me here. I’m super grateful I had the opportunity to get my septum pierced right by Joshua. I will definitely come back here again and recommend anyone needing a piercing or tattoo to come to One Chance. They also GAVE me the cleansing spray for my piercing and was 5$ cheaper then Beyond Taboo. (They didn’t give me any cleaning spray at Beyond Taboo either).If you want a professional and amazing experience I recommend to COME HERE!!.If you need any piercings done ask for Joshua or Morgan!

Got my nose pierced tonight, super fast, super friendly staff, my 4th nose piercing and deff the least painful. Very clean and nice environment. The artist/piercer is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was even given a goodie care bag with saline solution for cleaning and a lollipop! 🤣 will be hitting them up for all future piercing needs!!

I’m new to Georgia but some of the tattoo shops are just rude for no reason. This shop welcomed my daughter and I with open arms and they done a wonderful job on our piercings. Not to mention we had called over 9 shops and this was the last one from the phone service to In house service they were absolutely wonderful people thank you all. ❤️

Greg did a great job doing my daughters bilateral nose piercing. He was knowledgeable, sanitary, and he took the time to do measurements to make sure both sides were even before starting.
