Woke up this morning thinking we should go get tattoos. Not being familiar with any of the local shops or having any information from previous clients, we landed on Classic Tattoo after teading reviews. Cody was great to work with. We came in with an idea which he said wasnt a good idea; the lines would run together over time and he wouldnt put his name on it. Thats respectable and we appreciated his honesty. He showed us an option which was really close and we decided on that instead. About an hour and a half later we had our latest ink and we were out the door. It was a great experience! We will be back! If youre looking for a shop in Western NC, look no further than Classic Tattoo!!

Went in about a week ago and my piece is healing beautifully. Cody was such a delight to work with. Im so glad we wandered through the door for a walk in, he was personable, chill, and so easy to talk to. The work he did was stunning and had so much more depth than I had expected. I would definitely recommend stopping in to see him, and hope to return back for more of his work in the future.

I love Classic Tattoo! Cody is a dedicated artist and a kind person to boot. He genuinely cares about each tattoo he does and cares about the person wearing the skin too! The shop itself is pristine and beautifully decorated. Cody has a great flash book with lots of cool ideas ready to go, and hes also awesome to work with on a custom piece. The whole process was easy from consultation to aftercare and I would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Cody was great. I wanted a simple outline of my three pets ears on my ribs. He had a light hand and wasnt as painful as I thought it would be. Aftercare advice with saniderm was the best healing Ive had out of all my tattoos.

Cody was great! We were from out of town and he was super welcoming! Super personable and the parlor was very clean. My friend got one of his “Get whatcha get” tattoos and looks so good! If we weren’t from out of town I’d 10/10 come again. Would recommend!

Cody did an amazing job on both tattoos for my wife and I. Cody took exactly what we wanted and turned it into something for my wife and I to cherish for the rest of our lives. Classic Tattoo is now my go to shop for my future pieces.

If you are thinking about going here... contemplate no more! Do it! Cody listened to me and worked with me to design a beautiful tattoo to cover up some old stuff! Not and easy task but he over achieved. He is extremely kind and made me feel super comfortable. 👌 I am thrilled with this place.

This shop just had the best atmosphere! It was a very very welcoming space, and he was very personable which made the whole experience awesome. We came in for two walk ins, and he did not disappoint! We got just what we were looking for, and he was very knowledgeable and skilled with his craft. 10/10 experience, and the shop itself had wonderful and warm vibes~ i will definitely be returning!

Cody was so accommodating and flexible! He not only was able to take two out of town walk ins, but due to high winds knocking out the power, he nailed my tattoo in the dark! Now that is a tattoo artist to trust! He took my husband and my ideas and brought to life exactly what we had in mind. We totally recommend his services! Also, love the diverse music and the overall atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of sitting in Codys tattoo chair this afternoon...My best friend and I travel once a year for a girls getaway. Every year we get a new tattoo to remember the trip. This year we chose Classic Tattoo for our newest tattoo. Of all the tattoos I have got for the past several years, this is one of the best. Cody is very gentle handed when tattooing, I could have fallen asleep in the chair. I would highly recommend this place and him. If you are looking to get a new tattoo, call or stop by and ask for Cody.

I got one of the get what you get tattoos and it was amazing. The environment was amazing and clean. Cody was so great. His detail and precision is top notch! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Amazing shop! We were walkins and were treated great. Shop owner/artist took time to hear what we wanted and added suggestions that made the tattoos so much better. Clean shop! Very comfortable experience, we will be back next year when we are back in town!

My husband and I both got tattoos here yesterday. They are very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is so friendly and chill, the best of ANY tattoo shop I have been in. A lot to tattoo shops give you weird vibes, but not Classic Tattoo. Greg and Cody were professional and both do great work (I was tattooed by Cody and my husband was tattooed by Greg). 10/10, HIGHLY recommend.

I’m an out of state visitor (2x so far) from Tampa and have gotten 3 tattoos from Cody and absolutely love them. Super nice, chill people and a great vibe right as you walk in the shop. Cody’s line work and his ability to get all the details you’d want popping is fantastic. Looking forward to future appointments here 🤟🏼

I can honestly say Ive never been here, but I do have plenty of tattoos and have no desire to stop getting them as of any time soon. And yes, I did rate it all 5 stars bc I have been stalking watching the reviews and the work that has been getting done. They were mentioned on Facebook, and it happened to be at the time I finally got a job out near where they are located. I have gotten all my work done at the beaches and at my home or someone elses (all but some color in a tattoo on my hand) by someone I know and trust. So when this place was mentioned, I was super excited that just maybe I would have somewhere I could go once I moved to get work done and feel comfortable about it. I was really worried I would have to wait until I went to visit my children at the beach to get more work done, and I wasnt sure how often I would be able to go. (My children are grown, have jobs and lives) So I googled this tattoo place, readed reviews and looked at pictures I cant tell you how many times since Ive known that I will be relocating. I can honestly say that even with not getting any work done yet, Im not worried anymore that I will be living away from the beach and I will not have anywhere to get any of the tattoos I want done. I have my place.

Was on Vacation and decided to get my first tattoo, so I stopped here. I was a bit nervous since it was my first but the Artist Cody hooked it up. I went with friends and we all got ink and we couldn’t be happier with the results! These are some great dudes that do great work and will make you feel at home. The shop is nice and clean and their prices are awesome. Definitely stop by and check them out!

I had an appointment at indian Ink for over a month showed up and was told artist was not coming I never even received a phone call so I called classic tattoo company told them what happened and Cody wasnt scheduled to tat but said he would do it after hearing how upset I was. He did an awesome job! I will definitely use them from now on. Greg was really awesome as well! Thanks guys you made me happy!

I had my first tattoos (2) done today.... I am so overwhelmed by how beautiful they are !! Perfection!! Cody done a phenomenal job. Thank you Cody for making my first experience a pleasant one, you guys rock! My husband and I will be seeing you again SOON.

Cody did a fantastic job on a quote I had done. This is a small very personable and clean environment and the guys are super nice and talented! Ill be going back for a second this evening so if your in the area check them out! You wont be disappointed!

Cody did a fabulous job on my tattoo! The shop has a great vibe, super clean and super nice. I would drive 4 hours again to have him tattoo me! If you’re in the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area, this is the shop to go to!

Greg & Cody are both super personable & outgoing and give amazing customer service! Greg has been my artist for two years now and I travel 300 miles to see him as often as I can for tattoo work. He detailed oriented, clean, doesn’t have a heavy hand, and makes you laugh no matter how much pain you may or may not be going through. Love this place 3 of us walked in and got seen right away! We loved how he listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that. Cool atmosphere very chill and clean. Everything was new and open from a new pack. I got a chest piece and they told me it would hurt but made me feel at ease.

Greg was absolutely the best!! 100% recommend this business. Very clean, all new equipment every thing was very sanitized. My tattoo is absolutely amazing way better then I ever expected!
