I had a great experience, Natalie listened to my concerns and delivered exactly what I was looking for! I was nervous as it was my first time getting botox, but she was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Scheduling was easy and I had no wait time when I arrived for my appointment, will definitely return!

Ive been a customer of Body Details for over 10 years. Their lifetime warranty is fantastic and well worth it. While Ive experienced burns and reactions to laser treatments in the past, by recovered nicely. Ive noticed they’ve been closing some locations recently, and I hope they continue to stay in business.

Natalie is great – hands down one of the best Botox experiences Ive encountered. Despite receiving my usual unit dosage, her placement made the treatment remarkably effective. Everything feels light and natural. Her expertise really shines through her work.

**EDIT** apparently when you pay in full, they will not honor new appointments. Im so disappointed in the results - especially for the amount of money spent. Run, dont walk away from this company.Clean office, great staff, and good results! Natalie is kind and truly cares. The location is convenient and parking is super easy.

My Groupon was redeem almost immediately after purchase on 12/28/23. 10PM Never been in any Body Details ever. never received my Service After Natalie the injectionest gave me HER WORD TWICE 😒 there would be no problem in receiving my $300 Service guess what? They recently closed the store closest to me without any type of notice and now they are wanting me to drive over an hour to get the services that I paid for in advance and refusing to give me another alternative. They won’t answer my emails and they don’t have any other means of communication other than an email address to escalate the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone due to their poor business management and unresponsiveness.

The entire staff is so client driven. They’re all personable and made my whole experience of getting injectables a breeze. Having my lips previously injected I had a high level of expectation of what I wanted and needed. I have to say- Natalie is one of the most patient and gentle injectors I’ve had. She really listened to how I wanted my lips to look specifically and did her magic. My lips look so perfect, symmetrical, hydrated and plump. They’re just so beautiful.I would truly recommend her for anything you need. She’s made me feel so beautiful and confident! If you’re looking for someone- she’s your girl.

I started my treatment with Body Details in April and I’m on my 3rd treatment for hair removal.This time, I had a new staff member do my treatment and I must say, Natalie was outstanding! She took her time to review my chart and made sure I was receiving the appropriate treatment for the best results.I immediately saw someone who was passionate about her job and providing the clients with excellent service. I’m so happy now, I have Natalie doing my treatments. Not only is she professional but also makes sure her clients are doing well after their treatments and follows up with a text to check how her client is doing. I had an excellent experience with Natalie. I have very small veins by my eyes that typically bruise after Botox. Natalie did a great job marking out where the Botox was going to be injected , Took her time, and I thankfully I had no issues.

The ladies at this Wesley Chapel location were FANTASTIC! I didn’t catch their names, but the one who did my laser was so sweet, we talked the whole time which helped me to ignore any discomfort from the laser. She kept checking in on my pain level to make sure I was feeling okay. I’ve been doing facial hair removal for years with body details in other locations but this was my first time doing thighs and full bikini area. I was so nervous, but it was no where near as painful as I expected for that area, and nowhere near as awkward as I expected to expose certain areas of my body. Highly recommend this location, especially if you’re feeling nervous or shy about feeling so exposed during the treatment like I was!
