Chroma Tattoo Studio & Laser Tattoo Removal

It was a great experience from the consultation to the tattoo. Allison listened to what I wanted and put together a perfect representation of my vision. She was a professional through and through but also very personable. She has such a light touch that I could have fallen asleep at times if I had been lying down. It’s been over 30 years since my last tattoo but I know I’ll be getting more from Allison.

I had an amazing experience with Allison. She was so supportive while tattooing me, checking in with me, and working with me when choosing the spot for my tattoo. I had looked her up the day before on Instagram and liked her flash tattoos the best so I was very happy to be her first client of the day. She is so talented and very light handed. I plan on booking a very large back/hip piece with her for next year!

From start to finish awesome experience at chroma! The staff who checked me in were friendly and nice. Kim did a couple piercings for me and she was amazing. She took her time to explain everything to me and make sure everything looked perfect before starting. I am prone to fainting and despite doing everything I could to avoid it, it still happened. She handled it with such grace, took care of me, and made me feel totally comfortable the entire time. Will definitely be back!

Ben is phenomenal!!! I have gotten three tattoos from him and I absolutely love all of them! His work is so incredibly intricate and he is also very detail-oriented. He is also very willing to work with you to make sure your tattoo is both exactly what you want and practical for him to execute. Everything Ben has done has turned out perfectly! The facility is also super clean and all the rest of the staff is very friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and Chroma Tattoo Studios. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I scheduled a nose piercing with Kim, she was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She explained everything that she was doing as well as sanitized the room we would be occupying, prior to my service. Kim also gave after care instructions to follow immediately after. We laughed the entire time! My experience was amazing. I would highly recommend Kim and Chroma Tattoo to anyone!

It’s been many years since I have gotten a tattoo and I visited a couple shops prior to deciding on Chroma. The front counter staff is fabulous and made the process very comfortable and easy and welcoming. The shop is very professional. Cass was absolutely fantastic. She took an idea I had and made it even better. The three hours with her flew by. She was very conscientious about safety and hygiene.

Wonderful experience right from walking in to checking out. Friendly and very professional. I’ve had 3 other tattoo removal laser sessions at other locations out of state, Chroma and Jaime are by far the best and this was the least painful. Yes, it hurts like hell but Jaime cooled the tattoo first before using the laser and cooling together. No other place has done that before. Complications and after care instructions top notch and price was reasonable. Highly recommend for tattoo removal!!

I was serviced by Kim, and she was fantastic! Pleasant, patient, and empathic (I was a bit nervous), haha. I got a tragus piercing, and it was practically painless, and she made sure I was comfortable. My service with everyone here was extremely good. I want more piercings, so I will definitely be back.

It was easy to tell Ben has a lot of passion for tattooing and it was appreciated. Between just going through and making sure the sketch was exactly right, that the fit was flattering and the overall attention to detail, I would recommend him to anyone. I’d been pondering getting a tattoo for quite awhile. I really enjoyed receiving my first tattoo from Cass. I was very nervous but she took great care of myself and her equipment, and helped me feel comfortable during this experience. I was a little disappointed facing a blank wall, there wasn’t much to distract me from the sensation or time passing, but Cass was very kind and talked to me most of the time. When there were moments I didn’t feel like talking, she didn’t pressure me too. I absolutely love her art style and would’ve liked to see her office decorated more. After the tattoo, we stayed in contact so she could see how the tattoo was healing and provide further advice. Cass is so polite, knowledgeable, and I felt safe that she was also enthusiastic about my tattoo. The rest of their staff was also very polite and helpful, and the space is creatively decorated. I’d definitely recommend Chroma Tattoo and Cass to friends and would like to visit again.

I loved everything about my experience at Chroma. I appreciated the in depth consultation with the artist. We ended up changing my design based on the outcome I wanted and it was exactly what I wanted. Cam was my artist and was very knowledgeable about his craft - which is what you want when youre getting something permanent on your body! Jamie the owner was also very accommodating. She worked really hard to get me a time slot that I wanted. It was a little expensive based on other quotes, but you get what you pay for and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Chroma.

Very very clean, very sterile facility, the artist are perfectionist, you will not be disappointed, cam measured re aligned and measured again, to make sure it was the appropriate size and correctly aligned with my body, he would not let me leave until it was perfect. We had an awesome experience with Cam. He was incredibly professional, made us feel very comfortable, and did a phenomenal job on our first tattoos!

Chroma was very clean and the staff was very attentive. My daughter had her ears pierced and there was great attention to detail. The only thing I would advise everyone is to pay attention to the breakdown of your services vs purchases. Everything was rung up together and I was asked to tip at that point. I tipped generously and realized, once home, I tipped on the piercing as well as the purchase of 3 earrings, that were far from inexpensive and saline spray. 100% my fault for not asking for the breakdown.

When my daughter was 14, she created a painting for me. This painting was eerie and original (just the kind of thing I go for) which of course my loving daughter knew. I searched all over for just the right artist to bring my daughters painting to life.I found Cam Hubel at Chroma tattoo. His portfolio showed me that he had the skills so I sent an email. Cam and the rest of the Chroma staff treated me like family right from the beginning. They were eager to help me express my unconditional love for my daughter and were always professional.The day I spent (yes the whole day!) at Chroma will not be one that I soon forget, and I will look back on it fondly. Brought my young children here for ear piercings for fear of infections and hereditary metal allergy risks possible at other locations. They did an excellent job, kids were very comfortable and sanitary practices were excellent. One of the kids did end up with the metal allergy, but we had no idea until she started changing earrings because their surgical grade metals are excellent! Will be bringing another child in. Thank you Chroma!

I have been working with Karlos on a custom memorial piece for four months now. When I went in for the consultation he listened to all of my ideas and even took the time when designing it to put a few of his own ideas to help make it flow. This piece has been coming along better then I could have ever expected. The sessions are long and sometimes painful but he always takes the time to make sure Im comfortable and stops occasionally to see if I need anything. I cant imagine going to another artist or another tattoo shop for this piece everyone there makes you feel welcome.

The experience was extremely friendly and professional. The artists were super friendly and fun to talk to, the shop itself had a really awesome atmosphere and it was super comfortable being there. My fiancé and I got wedding band tattoos done there and they turned out really well we love them!!

I waited many years to finally make a decision to get a 2nd piercing and this was the best choice I could have made. I worked with Ben Moore on my tattoo and it was a really good experience. During the consultation, Ben and I talked about what I had in mind, tossed around a couple of thoughts and ideas, and he created a design that captured exactly what I had envisioned. The appointment for the tattoo went smoothly, Ben has a calming effect and the entire process was easy and very nice. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and once Ben began the time seemed to go quickly. The butterfly and stars tattoo is exactly what Id hoped for and is really beautiful! The receptionist (Im sorry I didnt catch her name) was friendly and welcoming. Overall it was a very enjoyable afternoon. I hope to visit again and highly recommend Chroma Tattoo.

My mom and I saw Kim for our piercings (I got my nose pierced and my mom got a third lobe piercing). She was lovely, professional, and education. The shop was friendly and welcoming, as well. I would go back!

I enjoyed the experience. Scheduling the appointments was quick and the text message reminders were appreciated. Working with Ryan was great! I love the tattoo I got and the environment in Chroma eased any nerves I had about getting my first tattoo. The studio was clean and all the needles were opened in front of me. The aftercare instructions were emailed to me at the beginning of my tattoo appointment which was helpful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning.

The piercing guy was very informative and entertaining, putting our friend at ease as she got a conch stud, telling us not to use alcohol or fragrance or anything on it, all in a very... fun way. He let us stand in the doorway and watch. They have free consultation for tattoos.

Chroma is great. Drew at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, we had a great conversation before and she was so sweet to ask to see how it turned out after. Kim was wonderful from beginning to end. She was so helpful in picking out jewelry, mapping out the placements and helping me to achieve the look I wanted. She walked me through everything, took her time and asked questions about the type of jewelry may want to explore for that piercing down the road. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, it was a very comfortable experience. The whole building was clean, the room was well laid out and it was nice to see both Kim and Drew prioritize cleaning between customers. The piercings were a breeze, I had 4 done and Kim really was kind to make sure I was OK throughout the process. I love how they turned out and will definitely be back to add a few more and add some jewelry to my collection.

Chroma tattoo has a great bunch of people working for them. Since I found out about them a few years ago I exclusively go there to get my work done. I highly recommend if you are looking to get tattooed or pierced you go and check them out.

This shop is beautiful and very upscale. Pay attention when driving to it because it sits off to the back somewhat. A little more expensive than your run-of-the-mill shops but this place is worth every dime. Louis Vo is the bomb. I like the fact that he listens and he is very patient to come up with the proper artwork. Dont get so caught up in the fame of those you will see mentioned on Yelp because I almost did and they had no openings. Louis Vo did an awesome job with my yin yang tattoo and he tried to clean up my Betty Betty Boop tattoo that already was on my arm.

Got my first ear piercings here from kim (2 lobe, 2 cartilage helix) and the staff were super nice and answered all my questions. my appointment was about 3 months ago and i haven’t had any problems - no pain, very minimal swelling. i’m excited to put my own jewelry in soon! would definitely return for more piercings, highly recommend!

Very clean and professional tattoo shop. Im coming here to do tattoo removal. The process of tattoo removal isnt great (nothing you can do about that) because the laser hurts, but Matt is very kind and understanding and he works with your pain tolerance. Hes great at noticing when you start to get to a point of needing a break from the process. Im very impressed with everyone Ive interacted with at this studio. It does also seem that the artists are talented based on the portfolio pictures Ive seen on Facebook.

My experience with Meg and everyone at Chroma Tattoo was the absolute best! Meg is an AMAZING artist, super friendly, and all-around awesome!! The design she created incorporating my son’s drawings is better than I ever could have imagined and it all fits together so perfectly with the Halloween theme. I had a great experience here. Kim did a great job with my septum piercing. The environment was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I felt comfortable coming here for my piercing even amongst the pandemic. The facilities were pristine and Kim took her time to ensure the room, and her tools, were properly sanitized. I would 100% recommend Chroma to a friend.

I felt very comfortable with my experience at Chroma Tattoo. Everyone was professional and very friendly. I know my health and safety, as for all customers, was a concern especially during this time (COVID-19 pandemic) and it showed. All precautions were taken and everything was sanitized. Great experience! The studio is comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and professional. I was just getting my ears re-pierced (Im 67 years old!) so it was all pretty simple but Kim explained everything to me in detail so there were no surprises. My appointment started right on time. Kim made me feel very confident and comfortable. Its only been a few days but so far no discomfort or problems of any sort. Im so pleased!

I went to Chroma for my first time a few days ago to get my first piercing and it was a great experience. Kim told me exactly what will happen beforehand and didn’t feel anything. On a scale on 1-10, the pain was a 1 and was so quick. Very sanitary, clean, and friendly. They were knowledgeable and even though Kim was booked the rest of the day, she was patient and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like she was rushing me at all. The place was clean and friendly! highly recommend. First time for all three getting a tattoo. Super great service! Ben was amazing! He was very welcoming, talked us through the process in detail. He calmed me down while I was stressed about getting the tattoo and overthinking the placement of it. My siblings and I felt like he did his best to make us feel at ease in general. He did a great job, the tattoos turned out great!! We couldnt have asked for anyone better. I will definitely recommend him in the future! HE WAS AWSOME! I love his stick and poke method. This was my first tattoo and Cam was wonderful! He’s so amazingly creative and I’m so thrilled with the result!! He explained everything really well, had fantastic music playing and put me completely at ease with the process. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful at both of my visits and the shop was clean and had strict COVID protocols in place. Chroma was great from start to finish. Hands down the best tattooing experience I’ve had so far. The front desk is run smoothly, I was able to make my appointment and put down $50 to hold my tattoo date. The aftercare instructions were also in my inbox before I left the shop. Super clean and comfortable surroundings. Cam was really great to work with. The consultation was helpful and got me to focus on what I really wanted. He created a completely original piece and even changed the color of one part last minute when I asked. It is pricey, but with tattoos - you get what you pay for and when it’s permanent, going cheap isn’t the best route. I’ll definitely be returning to Chroma for my next artwork!

Great place to get young daughters ear pierced! The owner was personable, friendly and very helpful. I liked the decor and set up - they have appropriate decor for customers of all ages. Go see Kim at Chroma, she is a professional and this is what she does (unlike other places in the mall - I wont name names but you all know who I am talking about). She explained everything step-by-step, was so sweet and friendly. We felt comfortable and I knew my daughter was in good hands. Kim was quick with the piercing (grateful for). I would recommend any parent whose daughter wants a piercing to go to Chroma. You wont be sorry. Plus the earrings you will get are high quality and very comfortable. My daughter has already forgotten that she has earrings bc they are not uncomfortable. They wont try to over sell you either. Great place to go!

I was in Chroma yesterday for a 6-hour tattoo with Louis, and it turned out beautifully - I had a loose idea of what I wanted, and the placement/design he came up with work perfectly. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who is a fan of fine line style tattoos; he’s clearly got an amazing eye for detail and took the time to ensure that every tiny aspect of the tattoo was perfect. The shop itself was clean and professional, and I think the pricing was totally fair when you consider the quality of the tattoo. If you want a beautifully designed, well-executed, one-of-a-kind tattoo I would totally recommend Chroma and Louis!

Ryan did my tattoo. He used a drawing that I created. I AirDropped it to him, he took a picture of my back, then he placed my drawing on top of the pic of my back, allowing us to play with sizing and placement. As requested, he tweaked my drawing to pretty it up. The tattooing part was not fun. But, that comes with the territory. I was happy with the outcome. My only issue was with how the aftercare instructions were given. They were emailed to me, but I wasnt told that. I dont check my email often so I didnt see the instructions until 2 days later. By then, I had already searched online for info on cleaning and products to use. But, this info differed from the instructions Chroma Tattoo provided. Ryan did tell me about using antibacterial soap and lotion with no fragrance/dye, but the email went into much greater detail about how to care for the tattoo -- things I wish I knew 2 days earlier. Id suggest sending the aftercare instructions before the appointment so the client can get what they need ahead of time. Or at a minimum, tell the client at the appointment that instructions were sent. Aside from that, all was fine regarding quality, timeliness, cost, friendliness, and environment.

I was very happy with my experience. Everyone was so friendly and I felt very comfortable while there. Louis did a fantastic job on my tattoo. He took his time making sure the placement was right, listened to my ideas, and suggested a color scheme that went well with my skin tone. It came out beautifully and I can’t wait for my next one!

Cam was very patient, it being my first tattoo. I am very happy with the results as well as the detailed directions on aftercare both verbally and through email. The girl working the front desk was also very friendly and personable and made me feel relaxed and confident with my choice to get my tattoo there. I liked the overall look and feel of the shop and felt that great care was given to make sure the building, people, and tools were all clean and kept up.

We took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced, after a lot of research we found that the piercer, Kim, was a great fit for our daughter. And, boy did she deliver! Kim, was very patient with our indecisive daughter who wanted all the sparkly earrings, we first narrowed it down and after Kim put each earring up to her ear she finally picked the one she really wanted. Kim went through all the steps and showed exactly what she was going to do before doing it. She made sure we all were happy with the placement of the earrings before she actually pierced. She made sure our daughter was calm and comfortable during the whole process. When Kim did the piercing, my daughter did great, didn’t even flinch.I would highly recommend Kim at Chroma Tattoo for anyone who is looking for getting their next piercing.Thank you so much Kim!!!

I couldn’t be happier with how my tattoo cover-up re-do turned out! Mike did an awesome job, it looks amazing, and you can’t see any of the original tattoo, Jamie was also incredibly helpful working with me on laser lightening of my original tattoo so the cover up would work. The shop is clean and the staff is polite. I enjoyed the atmosphere much more in comparison to other tattoo shops, that were slightly intimidating. Chroma has a very open, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere. Artist Meg Shire did an awesome on all 4 of my tattoos. I will for sure be back! Meg took time to design the tattoo that I wanted and her style was amazing. She is able to keep a conversation and make you feel right at home.

Check in was super easy and COVID friendly, the front desk staff were extremely nice as well. They didn’t over schedule appointments so there were only a few people in the building. It was super clean and I loved the atmosphere. My artist Louis is crazy talented, super intricate but works quickly with precision. I had a great experience with Chroma Tattoos. Cam is friendly, courteous, and responsive to his emails and calls. Everyone I was in contact with at the shop was very nice. Considering we are still in a pandemic, things have really changed. It was clear that everyone at the shop understand and made sure to follow the necessary protocols to keep us all safe.

It was a very comfortable experience from check in to check out. The staff were very personable. They and Louis Vo made the experience of getting a tattoo less stressful. When I had to call to ask if I could have a second tattoo done at the same time, the front desk tended to the matter right away and was able to find out from the Louis the next day and called me back soon after to let me know. Louis did a fantastic job with my tattoos and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They turned out exactly how I envisioned. Chroma Tattoo will forever be where I go to have my tattoos done.

Ive had a few laser tattoo removal sessions in the past at a previous place, and chroma blows it out of the park! Jaime, who is also the owner, is very attentive, genuine and caring. This is a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere with friendly people who take their time. I am super impressed with this place and would recommend it to everyone. Ive only had one session so far with Jaime, but I felt totally comfortable and confident with her removing my tattoo. Thats all I got! :)

My experience with Chroma was extremely positive. They were able to schedule my appointment right away. I couldnt have asked for more from Kim on my piercing. She was very clear on the piercing process, jewelry selection, feasibility of my desired piercing and aftercare instructions. Kim is friendly and made me feel comfortable during my piercings. She made the process of getting my triple forward helix quick with minimal pain. When my current piercings heal, I will definitely be back at Chroma to have my other ear done by Kim.

Meg was my artist and did a fantastic job of listening to my ideas and giving her own input. Very classy place with super down to earth and talented staff. Ive been pierced by Kim about 15 times now and she ALWAYS does a phenomenal job. Shes super professional, clean, fairly priced and she sources quality jewelry for my sensitive skin. Every time I try to go anywhere else, they get it completely wrong, lie about the metal purity of the jewelry Im getting and I have to remove the piercings 90% of the time. With Kim, I have the confidence of knowing shell get it right and if Im unhappy with something, she does her best to fix it. The owner Jamie and all the front desk staff have always been professional and kind. I could keep writing nice things but my thumb would probably fall off before I was done ;) thanks chroma! You guys are a breath of fresh air in an industry where being good at what you do is really important but not often found.

I cant even give them a 1 star. Im in disbelief as to my experience at this establishment today. The way I was treated and the way Ben Moore in particular behaves and speaks to clients is embarrassing, disgusting and continues to tarnish and ruin chroma tattoos image. My family and friends will not be coming back as long as long as Ben Moore works there or ever. What a horrible experience

Staff was very professional and courteous. Kim did my piercings and did an amazing job! Ive had trouble with ear piercings before and she gave me lots of info to help out! Their standard piercing studs are also really nice! Theyre flat backed so they dont poke at all. Will definitely be back to get my nose pierced, maybe even a tattoo some day :)

Very well plan of action in place when arriving, which is definitely needed with this Covid Pandemic going on. After plan is executed and you are called in for your appointment, you are then greeted by multiple smiling, friendly faces and took back for your consultation. After my consultation I was given my paperwork to complete for my first session of laser removal. The shop is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. I am also having my tattoo done by one of there very talented artists, on my second session we will be doing a consult with Cam, Jamie and myself to make a game plan on exactly what is needed to be removed and how much as well. They are totally professional at Chrome and I am extremely happy to have found them.

I researched a lot of tattoo artists before choosing Cam at Chroma Tattoo, and I am very happy I waited to get my tattoo done by him. He has a wait list for a reason....very talented artist! My first time at Chroma, and I will be back! The staff was friendly and professional. The shop was spotless and everyone wore masks. My artist Cam was fantastic. From my consultation to application he listened, he was creative, and he applied a flawlessly beautiful tattoo. I went in with a vague notion of what I wanted and Cam exceeded all expectations. I have over 10 tattoos and this amazing skull with flowers Is by far my new favorite, not to mention, technically perfect. I can’t say enough good things about Chroma and Cam. Makes me want 10 more.

It was a very comfortable place to be at. When I called they answered all my questions very nicely and were so nice when I had questions about my friend who faints! (They are able to accommodate for that too!) Kim walked me through each step and told me what was going on every step of the way. I got a septum piercing and it went by perfect!

I had a great experience at Chroma. Meg Shire was an incredible artist to work with! She took my tattoo idea and made it completely unique, which was exactly what I was looking for! She was also very conscientious and made sure the tattoo looked right to both of us. She was also very informed about aftercare, which was great because I had a couple of concerns. Everything went great. I cant wait until its fully healed so I can send some really great photos! As a side note, Meg was very fun to talk to and did a really great job of making conversation over the hour or so that I was in the chair. Sometimes its awkward to spend so much time with somebody you dont know very well, and then you worry if youre talking too much or not enough. Not the case with Meg :) She was also happy to answer any questions I came up with over that time. I had a really great experience with Meg and I will definitely be back when Im ready for my next tattoo!

I visited Chroma Tattoo almost a month ago now with my mother for us both to get new ear piercings.Everyone we spoke to was great and knowledgeable. The whole experience and the shop itself was wonderful, very comfortable inside.Their piercing artist Kim was very calm, patient, clean and professionally to say the least. I will be returning in the not so distant future for more ear piercings and very possibly my first tattoo to boot.

I enjoyed my experience at Chroma Tattoo. Meg’s lettering is crisp and detailed. She is a true perfectionist. Adding to her creativity her personality and patience made the experience even better. The studio is clean, inviting and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. My sister and I got memorial tattoos and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I only get tattoos of meaning. I got my nose pierced from here & they were extremely CLEAN and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable with where the piercing was going, and were extremely patient and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience at Chroma. It was my first tattoo, so I had no clue what I was getting into, but the staff was incredibly helpful in walking me through what was going on, especially with all of the additional COVID procedures in place. Louis was great to work with, and I am so incredibly happy with the piece that I got. I cant wait to see the final product fully healed in a couple weeks

I got my helix and forward helix with Kim after several recommendations from our community. I had made the dumb mistake in college of going somewhere like JCPennys or similar for my first helix piercing and had a severe reaction and therefore never used it. I know youre supposed to go to tattoo parlors now but I did not understand what an incredible difference it makes. The level of professionalism was remarkable. The facility was immaculate, Kim spent about 10 minutes sanitizing the room for my piercing (including the jewelry I chose and equipment to insert), she communicated clearly throughout the entire process which was quick, wore a mask and gloves the entire time, and made sure I was comfortable at each step. She did an amazing job. I could not have possibly fathomed the level of professionalism she provided. I could not recommend her anymore than I do!

Got a double helix piercing and two second lobe piercings from Kim, and she was fantastic! Very helpful with selecting piercings, explaining the difference in sizes and placement for what I eventually want to put in when theyre healed, etc. Helpful with aftercare tips, and for the first cartilage piercings ive ever had, they hardly even hurt! The only mild complaint I had was waiting almost a half hour after my appointment time, but I dont blame Kim for that, her prior clients seemed particularly chatty, and it wouldnt have been a problem at all except I was on my lunch break. Overall, would recommend, and Ill be coming back for my next piercings!

The staff at Chroma Tattoo are kind, welcoming, and professional. From being greeted by an associate at the door, offered water/coffee, seated in a quite space, I found my visit extremely relaxing, which is what I needed before my piercing. Then, the piercing process was clean and pain free, due to the skillful artist. She shared her process and helped me rest assure that I was in good hands. Chroma Tattoo is excellent. I went for microblading- Kaylee made me feel instantly comfortable. She was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and did an AMAZING job. She listened to any concerns and ultimately is very good at her job. Any other staff I had came in contact with in passing was very friendly and welcoming as well. I’m very happy with my experience, Kaylee and Chroma in general!

We took our very excited 6 year old here to have her ears pierced. They took their time with her and gave her the same respect as an adult. They talked directly to her letting, and made her feel just as important as everyone else. Choosing the earrings turned into an amazing shopping experience. She is thrilled with her choice. Cant say enough good things about how they treated her from start to end.In addition to the great staff, the studio was extremely clean. I waited to write the review to see if she was to have any complications and I am happy to say we have not had any. The swelling was almost non existent. No bleeding. And no noticeable pain.Highly reccommend this place for children ear piercings.

There aren’t enough stars to give Cam and Chroma Tattoo. I’d been following Cam’s work for some time - love his art and ability to do crisp lines (it’s really amazing). After 37 years and some medical issues that have changed my perspective, I finally decided to go for my first tattoo. My mind’s eye knew exactly what I wanted but I was nervous in my ability to explain it to Cam and have him incorporate his awesome artistic style. After our consultation, the custom design he came up with was 100% spot on and exactly what I wanted. The tattoo is absolutely beautiful and I’m proud to have it for the rest of my life.The shop and experience were fantastic. Clean, comfortable and very friendly. I highly recommend Chroma Tattoo, and especially Cam.

Meg was amazing!! She took almost the entire day to do a tattoo for my sister, girlfriend, and I. She took the time to really get an understanding of what we wanted, as well as making sure we had exactly what we wanted before making it permanent. She explained everything she did along the way. The other employees were super friendly. This place was also extremely clean, and everyone made sure all tools were sterile. They had comfy couches for us to sit on and relax while Meg cleaned between each of our tattoos, and offered us beverages. This place is AMAZING, and Meg is extremely talented. I will definitely come to her for my future tattoos if my location allows!

I had been wanting to get a dearth piercing for quite a while. It looks really cute! My friend also told me that it helps with her headaches, so I finally did it.When I got home, my daughter really loved it, so I ended up taking her and she got one done as well!The staff is friendly, professional. Absolutely loved this place!! I went for my first tattoo and the entire experience was way better than I possibly could have imagined. The facilities are amazingly clean and comfortable, the artwork in the entry lobby is amazing! Every single person working there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Jason worked on my tattoo and was amazing to talk to, plus my final product is absolutely stunning! He was able to recreate my grandmothers writing onto my tattoo and it came out just like she would have written it with the gun! Everything is very clean and comfortable, and there are beautiful earring choices. They made sure I was ready before doing the piercing, and asked if I had any questions. The piercing was done very professionally, and was over before I knew it. I barely felt a thing. I highly recommend Chroma Tattoo.

Kim Johnson was absolutely fantastic and really made up for my traumatic piercing from a different piercing studio the week prior. Ms. Kim was super informative and helped calm my anxiety by leading me step by step through the procedure for my doubles ear piercing. She was super relaxed and incredibly clean. It also helped to have her certificate in the wall ensuring she was trained to the maximum. Ms. Kim was INCREDIBLY professional and patient with me and all she encountered. Truly a positive and genuine being on top of giving me the most even and perfect placement of my doubles. Ive gotten many compliments on how perfectly symmetrical my doubles are. I made the appointment for a septum piercing (my fifth piercing over all) on my birthday and was told about the non-refundable deposit. I had not experienced this before with a tattoo place, but have seen it before many times in the art industry, so was un-phased. Unfortunately, I had an early appointment (an hour after they opened), and while I was just arriving, about 15min before, I got a call that my piercer had to take the day off, and because of the non-refundable deposit ($40 for me, not sure if standard), it was either reschedule with them or eat the $40 (and gas money) and go elsewhere. I was NOWHERE near able to just take the $40 dollar blow, so I disappointedly rescheduled for 4 days later. Not my favorite birthday experience.Appointment-Take 2 went much smoother. The shop is quaint, and though I always hate seeing stereotyped Native American statues, I did my best not to judge (maybe theres a fellow indigenous artist working there?) and kept myself distracted with the art on the walls. The selection of jewelry seemed rather small, but that might have just been that one display case at the front desk. I was welcomed and met with very friendly attitudes, with Kim Johnson being both kind and thorough. For extra thoroughness, you also get an email going over all the after care stuff, which is nice.The sternum piercing was a breeze. Typical wait for sterilization of equipment and what not, followed by Kim going through the procedure. She explained the reactions to be aware of, which I appreciated in helping me prepare. The only way I can describe the sensation is that it was a kin to consuming wasabi. My sinuses opened and, between my nose and eyes, fluids were just DRAINING. Kims bed-side manners were great, constantly checking in if the tears were pain induced, or where my pain tolerance was at. Honestly, its much like any other fatty-tissue piercing, with the addition of feeling like you constantly have to sneeze for a while.Overall, a wonderful birthday gift to myself. Love the piercing, satisfied with Kims work, and all around happy, despite the unfortunate start. 9/10, def recommend.

I got an ear piercing here recently and had a great experience. Kim is sweet on top of being timely and clean. I have another piercer I go see but this time around with the snowy weather I didnt feel like making the drive. Luckily, I stumbled upon Chroma Tattoo on instagram and saw they were only about 15 minutes away. While I do love my usual studio for my own convenience Ill definitely be back!

My teenage daughter wanted her ears pierced for her 16th birthday and after a lot of research, I selected Chroma Tattoo. BEST DECISION EVER!! My daughter has experienced NO PAIN, minimal swelling and the piercings are literally perfect!! I’m so impressed with our experience, I’m telling everyone I know to see Kim for their piercings. I first walked in just to browse and shop around for the right parlor. Zack, one of the artists explained the whole process to me and both he and the rest of the Chroma staff were so welcoming, warm, and genuinely looking out for my best interests. I went back to get my first tattoo. The studio is very clean. Practically all the work is done with one-time use needles etc. and I felt very comfortable. The process was quick and for the most part, painless. My tattoo looks incredible and upon leaving the shop I immediately called many of my friends to refer them to Chroma. I will definitely be coming back for any future work. Pricing is reasonable and the work/service is amazing. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Extremely positive experience here getting my 6 year old daughters ears pierced. Kim was great. Super upbeat and calming. Did a ton of research beforehand needles vs piercing guns. After deciding on hollow needles, researched a ton of places and Chromas hundreds of excellent reviews spoke for themselves. Did wish they had more options for earrings in gold but over all 2 thumbs up! Thanks Kim for making this a stress less, positive experience and memory.

Megan was my tattoo artist and she was absolutely amazing! She drew up exactly what I pictured and wanted. She even drew up two different photos because I told her I dont know exactly what I want between the images I had in mind. She has a light hand so this was great with a tattoo on my ribs! I had a really great experience here from start to finish - I worked with Louis and it was my first time having a more personal piece done that required artwork. He was an incredible artist and captured exactly what I was looking for. The shop was welcoming and bright - the actual process went by quite quickly (given it was actually an hour or so) and Louis had a very light, precise hand so the pain was minimal. Would love to work with Louis and Chroma Tattoo again!

Awesome! Kim is great. She loves doing piercings and was so excited and comforting the whole time. I got three at one time, rook, cartilage, and lobe. I love it! They turned out looking even better than I had imagined. Once these are starting to heal up, Ill be back for a couple in the other ear! Ill be checking out the tattoo artists as well. I like the atmosphere. It was not the stereotypical droning and death metal. It felt clean, comfortable, eclectic, professional. Really glad I found Chroma.

I had the best experience at Chroma! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Zack was the best! Its not every day a 64 guy with tattoos on his face calls you sweetheart....made me melt! He showed me exactly what he was doing and took everything out of sterile packaging. The whole place is clean and comfortable. I cant wait to recommend Zack and the gang to my friends. There is no going back...every time I want some work done...I am going to see Cam! The process was new (and long) to me. Meaning, Ive never booked a consultation just to talk about what I wanted, but I actually really liked and preferred this because it showed Cam really took pride in his art. It gave him time to brainstorm and put together the BEST design for me. I kind of liked the anticipation waiting for the big day too! When I arrived to my appointment, I fell in love with my design. We tweaked one last thing, but that also reminds me how patient Cam was, working with my indecisive self! He even let me tape the stencil on my arm to see the placement, which in his professional opinion...perfect! Throughout the whole tattoo process, I was comfortable, didnt feel pressure to talk, relaxed, and we even shared adventure stories. He is really down to earth and extremely talented. There was even a time, where I asked him to put my sun glasses on the table and he mentioned he couldnt touch anything...which I REALLY liked because it showed me he takes cleanliness and safety extremely serious!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my end result. The lines are so perfect, my new tattoo is so clean and we even added white highlights which really made it pop! Ill be back for sure!

I absolutely love Chroma and would not go anywhere else for a tattoo, honestly. My dad went there about 4-5 years ago for his first two tattoos after doing a lot of research on different tattoo artists and found Cam who did his first two which turned out awesome. He later got another one then we all once again, loved. My sister and mom both got matching tattoos done by Cam that looked great and Cam did my sister and my matching tattoo. I also recently went there to get a pretty large sized tattoo on my thigh, done by Sheng. She did an amazing job with the sketches and I absolutely love the design and tattoo itself and cannot wait until it fully heals! Nothing but good things to say about this place and this is where I would recommend for anyone who asks where to get a tattoo!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I got my left arm inked yesterday with a fairly larger piece for a first tattoo. The session was about 4 and a half hours and Barb was my artist. Obviously getting a tattoo isnt so bad, but after several hours its not very comfortable. Barb was super nice and an amazing artist, and made the experience amazing. I am DEFINITELY coming here when I get more tattoos, and I very highly recommend Chroma Tattoo. The attitude is chill and everyone is super nice and its just a comfortable place overall with amazing artists.

Over the summer I went to Chroma for a very detailed and clean Lotus flower idea in my back. It came out amazing!!! The artist took my idea and made it 1,000 times better! The staff in the front are very welcoming and nice! It was only my second tattoo and they went above and beyond after my service to make sure I had proper after care.

Everyone was so friendly and professional, I had a wonderful experience! I was nervous to try laser removal, but Jamie was so patient with me and let me feel the laser first without charging me anything, and after that (it wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting, so I was all worried for nothing!) I went ahead with a removal session feeling much more comfortable and reassured. They’re such a cool and kind bunch of people, so glad I found them!

Karlos is the best! He took my ideas and the pictures that I provided and made an absolutely gorgeous piece out of it, which was sketched up on a tablet and emailed to me prior to the appointment. This was very reassuring and I appreciated that he really put some time and consideration into my tattoo. I felt totally comfortable during the ~4 hour session, he was very chill and polite, and the result was good. The touch up (free!!) was even better than I could have imagined. All of my interactions at the front desk and over the phone were also very pleasant. Highly recommend!
