Walked in for a free consultation and the staff was very friends and professional. It was really fast and decided to go ahead with the removal which only took 5 minutes. The location was very clean and modern and I’m happy I called for information.

I highly recommend this place to anybody who is on the fence with getting their tattoos removed. The girls are beyond knowledgeable and patient with my trillion questions that I asked. It also helps that both of them have gone through the experience and know what it’s like and can also, show you their own results and share their experience. The process and itself is uncomfortable but tolerable. The rubber band snapping feeling is accurate, but I’d also say it feels like hot spicy salsa on your skin. I’m very happy that I started the removal process and very grateful and appreciative of the girls at this location. I joked that I would faint and that I would be on the news for fainting But it didn’t happen.

So glad I decided to get my removal here. It’s super clean, I feel safe, they use great new tech to make sure this ink gets removed properly. The process is quick. Staff is awesome! I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks y’all! 🙌🏽

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been going to this location for several months now and I’m so happy about my entire experience. I’m getting rid of a big tattoo so I’m going to be coming back for appointments for a while, and honestly the staff here make that something to look forward to (minus the actual removal process, lol). Amanda is so attentive and I appreciate her thoroughness in removing the tattoo; I definitely see huge progress and I think Amanda’s attention to detail and familiarity of my tattoo is a huge part of that. From walking in for my consultation with Mayra who is super friendly, warm and informative to my incredible technician Amanda who is absolutely wonderful and makes the process quick and as comforting as getting tattoos removed can be…I just can’t recommend Removery and specifically this location with Amanda and Mayra enough!

Amanda was amazing during the pre session discussion and answered all my questions and just made me feel at ease. Great business! Been to a few people at other Removery locations but in the end, I will literally go anywhere Elysse goes even if it’s over an hour to come here, she’s the most compassionate and understanding person I’ve met through this tattoo removal journey. The process itself is pretty straightforward, and although the laser does have a sting to it, it gets easier over time. The Biggest difference is the human connection, and having the lovely Elysse to walk me through it at every session is so helpful.

To be completely honest when i first decided to try Removery I was not only unsure because tattoo removal can not only be expensive but also quite painful. After doing some research and shopping around i came to my decision. Removery has an awesome staff I first spoke with Aria at the Brea location and she wasn’t only pleasant but completely honest and very informative, she also never applied any pressure, no obligations or sales tactics when speaking with her over the phone, which also played into my final decision. Then I met my laser treatment technician Elysse! Let me tell you she’s amazing! Besides her awesome personality Elysse made me feel very comfortable. Shes always very patient, kind and informative! Elysse is so great at what she does that I decided to follow her to her new location in West Covina, Which also confirms I made the right decision by going with Recovery! So a big thank you to the staff at recovery for not only walking me through this journey but walking with me! But don’t just take my word for it their work speaks for itself they’ve got a great portfolio that shows exactly what they can do for you:) Also for the record tattoo removal is painful but tolerable so if you’re having regrets about a decision, you thought was permanent or feel insecure about the decisions you made when you were young or just impulsive don’t hesitate check them out it’s definitely worth it especially when we’re talking about your body, your ideal image, your happiness:) I am not only confident, but completely happy with my final decision! Money worth investing in myself. I am now on my 7th session, yes seventh! so please don’t get discouraged if you don’t see immediate results, it’s a process! AMAZING! I started at the Removery in Orange but then Elysse (the Laser Specialist) moved to the one in West Covina, which works out because I live much closer to West Covina than Orange. Elysse is beyond amazing! Its my 8th session with her now and since the beginning, shes always been so kind, resourceful, easy to open up to & ask questions to, professional, etc. This is my first time getting my tattoo removed, let alone laser procedure but Elysse makes it such a breeze! Some people say that Removery is expensive but that is completely inaccurate. I had consultation appointments with 3 others companies and they were all much more expensive for only a couple sessions versus here at Removery its a price for UNLIMITED sessions. The other consultants were also giving off a fake comforting vibe and really tried to push me into going into tattoo removal blindly versus when I talked to the Removery consultant, she was SO KIND and honest! I also want to say that after researching all my options, other than the price point & unlimited sessions, Removery has the best laser equipment, process (for the laser removal and for making appointments), and after care/after care instructions. Also, their communication is awesome! I love that they send out reminders for appointments!

I started my tattoo removal journey last year at the Brea location. The removal process for me has been very painful and after my first session I felt defeated and didnt think I could go through another session again. I eventually found the courage to have my second session and thats when I met Elysse. She listened to me and tried her best to make me comfortable. Im beyond happy shes now at the West Covina location. Mayra at the front desk was very welcoming and Elysse was just as awesome as my first session with her, definitely recommend this location.

The staff is excellent. I truly appreciate their honestly a lot. The staff are very knowledgeable about w to they are doing. i got eyebrowns removal 2 times somewhere else and my eyebrowns color turned in red color now. they looked at my eyebrowns and explained to me in detail that laser wont work anymore, it will not help to fade much anymore. They didnt want to take my money and it wont work for me. Im totally satisfied with their honesty and service
