Super chill and low-key environment. Went with my girlfriend and a good friend of ours to get our ears pierced, and when my friend felt sick after his piercings Frankie brought him water and Skittles to help him get his blood sugar up and let him lay down till he felt better. As well as during this didnt rush us at all and still talked casually. Definitely coming back.

I went in to get my percing changed to a different bar, I was in and out pretty quick. And the experience made my day, all of the staff are so cool and genuine. Once you leave, you wanna go back in for more:)

Got my navel re-pierced after taking it out for 2 years. Scott did great and was so fast with it. He also fixed it since the skin has thinned out. Friendly people as well

My husband and I decided to get tattoos for our anniversary. We walked in on a Friday night, the shop was busy, everyone was friendly and helpful. We got in within an hour. Our artist was fast, friendly, and did great work on our script on both of us. Thank you Union Station for adding a great experience to two parents weekend away.

Scott was an amazing piercer. I 100% recommend. I was told I didn’t have the correct anatomy at destination tattoo, I decided to go to union station and I’m so glad I did. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He did my belly piercing and my sisters vertical labret and honestly he was so helpful and really calmed our nerves. I had a tattoo done by the owner, Ill be blunt if the owner was a 4 year old girl, then I got a great tattoo. If not well even with the picture I gave him and exact details he did a really poor job. first the lines are all squiggly nothing is symmetrical, and the shading. I would not recommend them to anyone the worst $250 ever spent and almost 3 hours of chair time, he should hire a bunch of toddlers and tell the have at it. I even saw the bad reviews but thought the other person maybe was out to give them a bad rap. Nope he was RIGHT. I gave them a chance I wish I never.

Scott is an amazing artist. He did a very detailed tattoo on my arm and his work is perfection. He did a very simple mountain with straight lines on my other arm and the lines are absolutely perfect. He listens to what you want, I put my trust in him to create what I wanted and Im absolutely in love with my new art. While there, he also pierced my daughters ears and my nose. Such a gentle hands!!! If youre looking for a tattoo PRO, dont hesitate to book with Scott!! Hes the only person Ill go to.

I went here and got two little pieces from Dante and it was such a pleasure; he did great work and made wonderful company all while being very accommodating. All of the other staff were lovely as well. Can’t wait to come back :) :)

Jeremy has done 5 tattoos for me so far and we are already planning for the next one. He is always very friendly, and professional. He listens to what you want and offers great ideas on how to enhance it to be everything you want it to be. He is a really nice guy and makes the whole process a lot of fun. I highly recommend him, he is the best!

This is 100% my new go to ! I went here back a few mouths ago on the spot asking to be fit in for a mamorial tatoo, not only did Jeremy fit me in but he did the tatoo Beautifuly ! Today i went in to get my nose pierced and the Piercer was wonderful did an amzing job explained what he was doing and made sure we picked the best jewelry for my face and took his time . Justin Wilson of Union Station West is one of the greatest humans and tattooist on this planet earth. He not only makes me feel so incredibly comfortable while he tattoos me but he also cares about what I’m thinking in the moment. He truly creates a safe space for every client and has such a quirky sense of humor. He’s an amazing person and definitely worth a visit if you are looking for any tattoo help!

The male piercer was impatient and plainly rude. He did not ask me where I wanted my piercing nor did he show me the dots he made until after the piercing was already in my ear. I famously have a horrible pain tolerance and therefore asked him to count me down, he laughed and pierced me immediately. Even after I asked him to wait for my friends, he proceeded to stab my ear when my friend walked away. He didn’t give any cleaning instructions until after I asked when I was sent on my way. The piercing sits flat out of my ear and I look like an elephant (it is a helix piercing). I will not be coming back for a piercing, this experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Great spot for a tattoo. Friendly artists that work with you on your design and make sure youre satisfied with placement before starting. Scott was very professional and communicated through the whole process.

Absolutely 5 star experience from the moment I walked in the door. Friendly, honest staff. Came in to get started on some patchwork art on my left arm, and Justin helped me get completely taken care of. After the first piece, he had some extra time and was more than happy to do another piece right after. They both look fantastic and are great jumping off pieces to complete the patchwork sleeve. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of art and atmosphere of the shop. 5/5 and will be back.

Went for my industrial, piercer made me feel comfortable. Was fast and didn’t hurt as much as I thought. Good prices paid 70$ overall totally recommend he positioned it how I wanted I wear safety glasses at work 24/7 so the piercing won’t hit the glasses loved going definitely going back for the rest of my piercings thank you!

I have been coming to Union Station for 7 years for piercings and tattoos. I have avoided this review for years, because I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. However I think more people should be aware of how this shop is. And it’s one specific person who ruins it, to be honest. I’ve never met someone more unfriendly than Anthony. He is standoffish, cutthroat, and literally never smiles or has a friendly manner. The artists and piercers are constantly running in and out to smoke, and it’s extremely chaotic in there. The location is fine, but the shop needs extremely remodeling or something. It’s too small. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for years, and nothing has changed. Everyone there remains rude and snappy. Justin did a great job on my tattoos so I have nothing but good things to say about him. I have no desire to give this shop any more of my money. I will not recommend them to my friends and family. It’s not worth it. You will not feel welcomed or seen when you walk through the door. Oh and they are for sure sexist, you can practically smell it on them. I feel bad for the only girl apprentice right now.

I cannot recommend this establishment if you want your piercings, specifically Daith, done correctly. I had both sides, and my nose, done last night. I had to follow up with an alternate piercer, who is also a licensed acupuncturist, because the left Daith was actively bleeding almost 24 hours later, combined with intense pain (more than normally expected, these are not my first piercings). Not only were the piercings not on the pressure point, the wrong hardware was used, and the piercing wasnt even done where the mark was made (also in the incorrect place).He was professional, and clean. The instruments were opened in front of me.. that is the positive of my experience.

The guys here were easy going and relaxed which made the experience feel less like a transaction and more like an event. Dante was friendly and open with ne about the risk of placement and care of my tattoo. He held a conversation with me through the process and was a great guy to meet. The shop was comfortable and seemed more like a club house than a business which was neat. Thank you for the great experience and I will see you again for another one soon!

I got 4 piercing in my lower lobe. 2 on each ear. I believe it was anthony who i had but he did an amazing job. he worked well with me about the placing and where i wanted it. he was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed to pick a earring out. he answered every question i had. made sure i knew exactly what was going to happen and prepared me. it was an amazing experience would definitely recommend.

My sister in law and I decided on a whim to get our noses pierced while I was in town visiting for the holidays. We called and they told us to come right on in. We waited less than 20 min for Kat to finish up on a piercing. Kat then explained the nose piercing process she was very knowledgeable. The placement was perfect, everything was clean, and she was so sweet! Both of our noses look great. Definitely will be back next time Im in town!

I got my triples done and my right cartilage. Very professional and they did an amazing job. I did not catch the name of my piecer but he had a ginger beard, he was very polite and made sure I was comfortable. I have gotten my doubles done, and now my triples/cartilage; couldn’t recommend enough. I didn’t have an appointment and was in and out in less than fifteen minutes, very clean.

BEST customer service and work around! Im from Kansas City and I called to schedule an appointment for my mom and I on our family vacation in July of 2017. Rob was accommodating and booked the appointment. This was my very first tattoo and I was so nervous. On the day of, he walked us through the process and was super quick-like seriously quick! I was so impressed I went back today to get my second tattoo and it ended up being with Caito! She was fantastic! Gave me her honest opinion about where I wanted my tattoo, was extremely patient with our whole group, and was personable! My sister also got her ears pierced by Anthony and he was quick and friendly as well. I highly recommend Union Station West for tattoos and piercings!

I had 3 piercings done, double cartilage piercing and tragus. The piercer was super fast which ended up not being a good thing on my end, my double cartilage piercings are completely uneven one is way higher than the other side. Looks completely ridiculous, he used a regular earring for my tragus and this became an issue due to the fact it fell out after one day due to him not putting the back all the way on it. I Was unable to put in back in my ear the next day due to it being swollen and closed, it was too sore to be able to attempt this on my own. Now I am having issues with the earrings themselves they caused behind my ears to have these hard bumps on them. I will be going to the doctor tomorrow to get it diagnosed, but the jewelry they use is super cheap and you should never use a regular ear piercing for a tragus piercing. Very disappointed I spent $100 on these piercings that I am very unhappy with and will have to get fixed and redone in the future.

I just got my first tattoo here with Greg. I was nervous going into it but he was polite and professional and made me feel comfortable. We were able to walk in on a weekday around 2 PM with no wait. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone I talked to was nice. My choice wasnt judged at all and Greg gave me exactly what I wanted, and was super patient while working with me on size and placement. The shop was clean and he talked me through everything. The pricing was fair. My tattoo looks amazing and Im so happy with it!

Only giving two stars because the guy who pierced my friend and me was nice. However, I went in for a navel piercing and my friend went for cheek piercings. The guy gave me a surface piercing on my stomach, not a navel piercing. I even asked if I had the right anatomy for a navel piercing and he said yes. Yet, I still received a surface piercing that doesn’t even touch my navel. For both of us, the healing process as been horrible, and because I received a surface piercing on my stomach I have dealt with infection and rejection of the piercing. I asked the guy how long it would take to heal, and he said it takes 3-6 months but mine was looking about a month??? You should NEVER tell someone that. When my friend went back to the shop to get her cheek piercings looked at, one of the guys told her to use bactine on it, which is a huge NO NO for piercings. Will never go there to get pierced again.

Came with my friend as walk-ins to get between the both of us 2 nose piercings, septum and eyebrow and Casi was so quick and professional. Highly recommend her. She took her time with the placements and made sure we were comfortable and liked the finished product. Could not be more pleased! 💚🖤💚

I got my belly button pierced here a few months back, which was a very good experience. The piercing did get irritated a few weeks later and they helped me change the jewelry. Then last week I got my first tattoo, the tattooing process was amazing, however I ended up passing out (I just have phobia of needles) but they were very understanding and helpful.

I have gotten 2 tattoos here from the artist Twiggy, he is awesome! Very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. On top of this, he is extremely talented and gives you exactly what you want. Also, the shop is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Its everything you want in a tattoo parlor. Overall, every time I have came, I received awesome service and results. I highly recommend!

I went in to get my ear pierced and that went quick and smooth. I had some questions regarding some tattoos I wanted to get and spoke to the guy with pink hair. He did not once look up at me or put his phone down while I was speaking to him. Very disrespectful and by far the worst customer I’ve received in years.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dante is absolutely amazing. He is extremely easy to work with, very sweet, and actually listens to what you want. I will definitely be going back to see him again. This place is clean, professional, and very laid back. I highly recommend coming here for your tattoos.

I got my first tattoo today with Dante. He is the sweetest, we talked all through out the process about different interesting topics and personal experiences in life, he kept telling me I’m doing great and he made me feel so so so much better in regards to the pain and my tolerance. He also was able to put the exact idea that I had in mind on paper and then in my tattoo. Very talented, professional and respectful guy.

Dante is a very good and smart artist. He has such a free spirit and his work is excellent. I got a tattoo behind my ear which is a tough spot but I barely feel anything. He did a really good job!. He communicates with his client in a friendly and professional manner. Also the shop is clean and have a calm atmosphere.

One of the better experiences Ive had with a piercing place! I came in for a daith piercing and had a migraine that day to top it all off. Anthony helped me - He was super kind and gentle. I was impressed by how clean everything was and Anthony definitely took his time. Warned me and everything. Very well worth it. I love how relaxed the atmosphere was as well. Got my nose pierced with a hoop back in March which I know a lot of piercers don’t do because of the riskiness. My piercer gave me wonderful advice on how to clean it and take care of it, and let me know if I have any issues to come back and they will take care of it. 3 months later, it’s healing wonderfully. My ball fell out while sleeping, went back to get a new ball, it was a different piercer but he had no issue putting in a new ball in for me within a matter of minutes. Wonderful experience with both piercers. Thank you!!!

Went in today as a walk in, the tattoo I wanted wouldnt fit but rob sat there and offered suggestions and took the time to make sure i had something i liked. He was very professional, clean, and did everything in a very very reasonable amount of time. I keep looking at it and loving it more and more. This is the second time i have gone here and i will be going back!!! I highly suggest nick or rob both of them were fantastic!!! Ignore any bad reviews they have gone above and beyond, maybe the bad reviews were due to the customers attitude about things or think they are better artists themselves i cant think of a single problem i had with them.

Great experience for my first tattoo. Rob did an amazing job working from an image I emailed. Everybody was friendly. Took about a half hour. They explained all the followup care instructions. After it was over, there was virtually zero pain. Maybe a mild scratchy feeling. No bleeding after removing the plastic wrap. The next morning, most of the redness was gone. I will absolutely go back for the next one.

I came in to have my 5 ear piercings taken out for an MRI. Frankie and Cass took them out free of charge for me. They were both very kind and personable. They wore gloves and used sanitized tools. I was impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

Got an infection after receiving a tattoo from them. I have several and have never had an issue with aftercare or infection from other shops or artists. When I reached out to inform them of my infection, I was told it was my fault without asking any questions about my aftercare. I would not recommend the shop to anyone.

Jason, old man with gray hairs that smells like cigarettes wanted to charge 300$ for a small tattoo. Me and my mom came in because we heard they did walk in tattoos. But 300 for a tattoo that wasn’t even a inch was not a reasonable price.Would’ve tipped great, 100$ more reasonable. But come on man do better 😅

I had an awesome experience here!! It’s first come first serve though, so it’s not definitive you’ll be able to get one the day you go in, but I’m so glad I was able to get mine done the same day! It turned out awesome and they’re really friendly:) the environment is very chill and laid back, I really felt at home there, and that’s rare for me since I’m so awkward lol. I got Koi fish done on the back of my arm!

I got my nose pierced here and they did it quickly and well. I also got my first tattoo here, Rob made me feel very comfortable and did a quick and efficient job! I got two other piercings here and they were so calm and cool about all of my piercings and tattoos. I will continue to go here for more piercings and tattoos! I love the environment!

Today I went to get my nose pierced and I had a great experience. Izzy was extremely professional and he made sure I was comfortable and that I knew everything to do when the piercing was taking place. After the piercing he gave me the run down on how to clean it, when to clean it, and what to clean it with, how long I need to keep the stud in and when I can change it. During the process he helped me stay calm and made sure I was good afterwards. $45 seemed like a lot, especially to not include the aftercare, but this included the fee and the jewelry, whereas other shops may charge for the aftercare and fee, but not the jewelry. The atmosphere was nice and they thanked us for coming and wished us a new year. I truly recommend USW.

Amazing talent. I would recommend Nick as a tattoo artist to anyone looking to get some great work done! He is very open to listening to what it is YOU are looking for, instead of pressuring you into what he wants to do. He gives great suggestions if you are unsure of size, placement, looks colors, ect. and is very open minded. Only place in town to get piercings! I’m pretty well covered. Both arms, hand, neck, and 6 face tattoos all before I walked in here.While my artist was an amazing dude personality wise, I couldn’t be anything but severely disappointed with the outcome of my tattoo. I went in to get another face tattoo above my eyebrow (just a word). The stencil that was put on was perfect, exactly how I wanted it. But the outcome of my tattoo was anything but that. It looks like he didn’t follow the stencil, the curvature of the tattoo somehow changed and it was left “floating” above the eyebrow line, meaning it looks out of place.As much as I wanna praise the guy for being cool, I don’t think you guys will ever see me again. Extremely disappointed with the tattoo I now have to wear on my face forever with.

Jeremy is one of the best tattoo artists I know. He’s done all of my tattoos from the very beginning. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. He’s trustworthy and will tell you straight up if need be. Honestly some of the chillest guys I have ever met. The parlor is clean and stylish, and coming in at around 8:45pm as a walk-in only saw me waiting about an hour for service (there were 2 people in front of me). This was my first tattoo and my artist made certain to explain every step as well as work carefully with me on the design and placement on my body. My tattoo was on the ribs which a quick Google Search says is one of the most painful spots, but, due to what Im assuming is the skill of my artist, I barely felt anything and what I did feel ended up being ticklish, not painful. From what I understand, the pricing was beyond reasonable and I was given the estimate in advance so I knew what I was signing up for. I am incredibly pleased with the results and it looks exactly how I imagined in my head. Would reccomend, 10/10!

The only reason Id come back to Des Moines would be for another piercing. Thats the only place here that doesnt make me feel so judged. Chill atmosphere, everyone was polite. When planning a overnight stay in Des Moines make sure you stop by there because the rest of the city will put you in a bad mood. I didnt know Frankie was the owner until I looked up the shop, hes pretty great. Make sure you go in and check him out. Youll be glad you did. ;)

Nick has done multiple tattoos for me, including one on my head and in multiple styles, and every time I go in I feel welcome and he does an amazing job! Such great detail and always makes great conversation. He also did a portrait on my boyfriend that turned out amazing!

Had an appointment with an artist there for 1:00pm Saturday January 21st. Waited until 1:30 shop wasnt open and he never showed up. Tried to call the number listed and it rang then starting making a horrible noise in my ear.

I love this place guys! Ive got 7 piercing all in day and its not hurt a lots.The peircing man very friendly, sociable and he got 20 years experience in this works. He always encourage me until Ive got piercing. I want to get more pierced by him, he really excellent.And the special thing you dont need to request an appoinment before you come, you just come when you ready!

I went in looking to get a memorial tattoo for my little sister that passed away in 2017. Frankie got me in right away and he did an amazing job. He asked me to come back after it heals in case it needs touched up and I have up to a year to get it touched up. Amazing work and amazing customer service!!

My daughter and I both went same day to get nose piercings. And although the piecer was very nice and funny. He put to small of a stud in and my daughters stud in her nose the jewel came off . Needless to say we both replaced them with different ones ourselves and it cost me 110.00 to have our noses done. And didnt even keep the studs.

I got both my ears done, the daith piercing for headaches. Anthony was very professional and made me feel very laid back and comfortable the whole time. My friend got hers done too, she got a little light headed afterwards and he took really good care of her. Im going to be getting both my ears decked out in piercings and Im so glad I came here, because I will be coming back to get all my piercings done from now on. I’ve been going to Union Station for my piercings for several years. I’ve gotten everything from lobe and cartilage piercings as well as my nape, sternum and wrist dermals. Anthony is the absolute best. He’s very professional and makes it an easy process every time.

Let me first off say that the artist who goes by Kasper is great. Now- three of us went in for the same tattoo. Kasper did two of us and they turned out great. Our other friend was done by a different artist, can’t remember his name, don’t even think he introduced himself, but he has a huge goat tattoo on his lower stomach and long grey hair. Did horrible line work, honestly did a horrible tattoo on her. When I called and told them the situation, I asked if she had any chance of getting any part of her money back since this tattoo is actually terrible. They said “we received a service and no refund is possible.”It’s truly unfortunate customer service- botched a tattoo and won’t even try to reconcile it. Be careful going in.

I have several tattoos from different establishments, but I chose to get my most recent one at Union Station. I stopped in yesterday for a quote and Jeremy was able to get me in right away. I could not be happier with the end result and I will definitely be back soon to work on a half sleeve.

I ran into them tonight with an emergency because my week old tragus piercing had fallen out and I needed a new screw. I didn’t even get the original piercing with these guys and they replaced it free of charge, quickly, and professionally. I couldn’t thank them enough. Highly recommend.

I was supposed to get a tattoo,but the artist that I had was really impatient and unprofessional. Although everyone else was nice especially the piercer. He did was very nice and patient when I got my tongue pierced.

Avoid this place. My daughter and her friend went in to get two complementary tattoos, each about quarter size. They were two 18-year old girls and the man purposely overcharged them. He was rude and inappropriate. Taking advantage and raising the price after he inked them.

I didnt get anything done but my friend got a tattoo. Jeremy was super nice and patient when she got antsy in pain. I did buy a nose ring. The lady who helped me was super helpful and nice too. Great atmosphere

I have two of my four tattoos done here. They are amazing! They always make sure that it’s placed best for your body and how you want it. It’s super clean, they’ve showed me that it’s a sterile and clean needle. Love this place.

Frankie was awesome! Got my nose pierced here about a year ago and knocked it out while drunk. Couldnt get my ring back in by myself so I came back in for help. He helped me for free, which was unexpected but AWESOME!

I went there and got a dermal piercing on my face tonight. They were friendly on the phone. They were extremely friendly in person and very informative about the piercing. Answered all my questions. Not too expensive. A great experience overall. I would definitely recommend them and I would go back to Anthony for future piercings.

I honestly would rate this a -1. I came here on Saturday for my birthday. I specifically asked for a forward helix piercing with a labret. I was mislead into getting a gem (nostril type) today it fell out!. I would not recommend this piercing shop I was never educated how to place the jewelry back in. I called everywhere in Des Moines. They answered all my questions and very polite and professional. I went in and Anthony was my piercer he was great. I had both daith pierced. Very very happy. Went into Union Station to get a tattoo with my friends and the artist claimed he could do each piece of work. When it came down to the time for our last tattoo the artist claimed he did not have any more time because he wanted to go to the bar for some drinks.

Love this place. Never heard of it until last night. Theyre open late enough I could get a piercing after I got off work. Anthony made the experience incredible. My septum didnt hurt at all and I love the way it looks. Will definitely be coming here for future piercings and tattoos.

Ok I went here to get a daith piercing. They literally didn’t do anything right with this one. First off. They pierced it in the wrong spot. Daith piercings are supposed to be kinda tucked back in your ear more while mine is right at the tip of that piece of cartilage where they usually are. Next up they used the wrong needle size to actually pierce my ear. A standard daith needle is a 16 gauge needle since the jewelry that goes in your daith is 16 gauge jewelry. The piercer I had used a 10 gauge needle which is way way way smaller than a 16 gauge, 10 gauge needles are used for dainty piercings like a nose piercing not a piercing that goes through many many layers of thick cartilage. Well. Supposed to. Mine didn’t touch the cartilage. And last but not least. My piercer put a nose ring in my ear. HE PUT A NOSE RING IN MY EAR. enough said there. I only figured this out when I went to lucky gal to change the jewelry in it since it was healed and the gem was on the side since it was GOR YOUR NOSE. and the lady at lucky gal had to stretch open my piercing to be able to fit a actual daith ring in and when she did it looked way to big for my ear since it was pierced in the wrong spot on my ear. But I am probably going to get my daith pierced again in the right spot and either keep the one I have and have a double daith situation or I’ll close the original one and just have a normal daith. But I will NOT be going back to union station. Not a chance.

My 16 year old daughter got her cartilage pierced here. She was really nervous but the staff made her feel more at ease. I was very impressed. Would recommend to anyone.

Haha dude I walked in and he was playing fortnite. Said he was just to busy after too many tattoos. Not too tired to play videogames I guess. Will never come back, this place is garbage. I swear Im not making this up. I cant believe the level of disrespect towards a customer I just experienced.

Had my very first tattoo with Nick. Simple and quick. Nicks line work really exceeded my expectations and he was also so comforting as it was my first time.Will definitely come back to see Nick!

*5STARS*Haha so I had Greg (Avas dad) and it was my first tattoo. IT LOOKS AMAZING! They are very sanitized and they are calm and help u with the question that you are afraid to ask. Theyll answer your question so dont be shy and come to Union Station!!!!!

Really clean and well kept place. Anthony did some lip piercings for me. He did an amazing job they look perfect! Will definitely recommend to others and come back.

I recently got my lobes pierced here, and while one ear looked great, I experienced severe pain in my other. I took out the earring to clean it, and noticed that when he had pierced my ear, he went in with the needle in an upward motion. So I had to go and get it repierced at a different shop (pink elephant). The lady at pink elephant informed me that my previous hole was almost a half inch above where it should have been. Causing a lot of swelling and pain. I recommend going to pink elephant for piercings. However if you are content on going to Union Station, make sure you tell the artist to do it slowly, and make it straight back.

I walked in with my cousin after an emotional day and we got quick matching tattoos. The artist was kind, friendly, and funny. Our tattoos look great and I could not be more thankful.

I got a tattoo last week from Dante, it was the most enjoyable tattoo experience of my life. We had a great conversation for about 2 hours while he tattooed me.

Went in and asked some questions about a tattoo I was getting. Staff were inattentive didnt seem very friendly. They didnt even seem like they were interested in giving a tattoo. First impression of them and the parlor didnt want me to return. Wish they had been friendlier.

Horrible service and very very rude. We came in and told them what we wanted and the man told us to come back in 40 mins. We came back 35 mins later then sat there and waited for another 15 mins. The piercer then helped another person who came in after us & then asked us to leave and go to his other shop. Was super rude about it. Will not ever return and will also not be going to his other shop (Clover Piercing)

I decided it was time for a new piece of jewelry. They dont have a huge selection in my opinion but I will say that Cass was awesome! I would recommend her for sure!

Got sent here for my Friday the 13th tattoo since the shop I went to told me to come in and when I got there I was told they were too full. But it turned out to be an amazing recommendation! I love my tattoo and Im looking forward to going back for more! Thank you guys!

I got my nose peirced here and the diamond kept falling off i went one time to get a new pericing for it! So in total that was 2 piercings! The 2nd time i went to expo they said that the peircing was short and didnt give my nose any room to swell or give me any room to clean it! This only gets two stars because of the atmosphere and staff there but i would seriously suggest going to expo.

Got a nose piercing done here. Good service and I liked that they’re open on Sundays. Nose piercing fell out and I went in and they redid it. It fell out again, but I’m not from the area so it’s closing up now.

A friend and I walked in on a Thursday night to get a tragus and a backward cartilage/ helix piercing by a girl. The prices were fair, but she put a lobe stud in my helix, and later it got infected. This was the 5th helix piercing Ive had where a lobe stud was put in instead of a hoop or even a labret after a piercing because the stud size is to small. I think my friend and I will stick to shops we know and trust in other states or piercings, but as for their tattoo work I cant comment because I didnt experience their work, just the piercing side.

I went to this place for a belly button piercing they recommended bactine to clean the piercing PLEASE dont use. They pierced it too high and pierced to much, now i half to get it repierced or find jewelry 2x the regilar size
