This place is the best, hands down. Partner and I have been there many times and weve never been disappointed.

Even with the minimal info I had to provide for my tattoo artist, he came up with something beautiful. Love my tattoo and have referred others to this shop. Very clean and organized as well, with very friendly people.

Aly, the piercer, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I got my septum and my 2nds on my earlobes pierced on 2 different visits and both experiences were well priced, easy, fun and involved minimal pain. Will be going back in the future!

Was a devoted customer, with 3 tattoos, several piercings and even sent a family member in. When receiving my last tattoo, Zach did less than an hour of work and charged 320 for a small piece on the wrist. When trying to discuss the discrepancy he only offered a discount on the next tattoo and nothing else. Despite my best effort to try to get him to work more into the piece, he then blocked me on Facebook messenger. I have spent well over a thousand dollars with this shop, and feel very taken advantage of and heartbroken that they wouldn’t even budge with this issue. If you don’t want to spend 300 an hour with an artist, don’t come here.

Black Dagger was amazing from start to finish. I came in with an idea for a custom piece and was a little nervous since I hadn’t been in many shops before, it’s always a little intimidating. Especially when you’re trying to explain what you want.Never once did I feel intimidated or nervous. Justin and the rest of the staff were so awesome and kind. Justin got me scheduled, we went over the design and got a date set.Day of the appointment there was a scheduling issue and I had to come in the next day, but once I was in Justin did an amazing job on my tattoo and was very professional. The shop was very clean too. I’ll definitely be back to Black Dagger for my next tattoo!

Tldr: Spent 8 hours wondering around the town for the Friday the 13th flash sale and couldn’t even get a tattoo AND the “security” threatened to KILL us???We showed up around 12 and got signed in They took our name and phone number and told us not to go anywhere because after they called we would only have 10 min to get there before our place was forfeit which is reasonable. HOWEVER, the guy in charge of the list decided he didn’t want to call anyone nor did he want to tell anyone that he wasn’t calling. even after about 3 hours of walking around and checking in multiple times we asked to double check he would give us a call which he still said he would only to find out about 7hours in that he was actually quietly calling out names and if you weren’t there he would skip over you. Multiple people were upset by this decision and after talking to a lot of them, I’m sure no one will ever be back to this shop. The guy was extremely rude and when asked why nobody was getting calls he said “because then it’ll take 10min to get here and that’s 10 min someone could be getting a tattoo” which is stupid because he could just call them before they are up so they are here when it’s their turn… he was also flexing that he was also the security and if anyone has a problem with his decision to waste everyone’s day “he could HURT somebody or he could KILL somebody. Whichever it came down to” which is actually wild that he would even say that. We decided to just get the same tattoos elsewhere as we had a movie at 10pm and had to leave to make it in timeWe did talk to the artist who dressed as a devil and he was pretty cool. If he ever changes shops I’d probably go to him.

I set up an appointment with Justin in April of 2023, my appointment was on June 3rd and I drove an hour and a half for my piece as I told them I was traveling for his work. I arrived at early for my appointment to be told he decided to bail and go to a tattoo convention instead of contacting me to reschedule. I was extremely disappointed as my tattoo was a memorial piece for my grandfather who has passed and was supposed to be my first tattoo. The girl working also was extremely uncaring and just kinda blew me off when I got there. She did give me a partial refund of my deposit. I was extremely surprised as they seemed very professional in reviews. I hope they don’t do this to others in the future.

Zach took great care of me and the art. I couldn’t have pushed through with just anyone. He was great the shop was super clean and the other artists were friendly while I spent my day there. Will recommend.

Wanted simple tats in memory of parents and another one for my children. Had Zach do them. He does great work. Will definitely be back for more.

Justin and the rest of the crew are absolutely AMAZING! Justin has been doing my tattoos for the last few years and I wont go to anyone else. He is extremely light handed and makes the sessions smooth. Prices are extremely reasonable and they are professional and clean. If you are looking for a tattoo I would highly recommend you schedule an appointment asap. They book super fast!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience. I messaged asking for a quote on Monday, they got right back to me and fit me into the schedule on Friday. Veto is super talented Uber professional and just a really nice guy. I honestly was so relaxed and comfortable during the session that it made for a really pleasant experience. This is my second tattoo at Black Dagger and I’m already thinking about what I want next. I got exactly what I wanted and i had got or tried to get a couple other quotes and Black Dagger was hands down the best quote - plus the some of the other shops don’t even do online quotes and want you to come in to get a quote which isn’t convenient on a second shift schedule. If you’re looking for quality work this is where you want to go! This is a memorial tattoo for my dad who was a ham radio operator. Pic is day 2. I’ll come back and add photo after healing as well.

This tattoo shop is great very modern and updated. It was super clean and the artist there are really cool. I went to Justin told him what I wanted but also gave him a little freedom to use his imagination, Im very satisfied with the way my tattoo turned out and his professionalism. I will definitely return for future work I need done.

I would have to say I was very excited to go here, reading all the reviews and hearing all the great things. So my sister, a friend and myself all went to the Black Dagger this past Tuesday to all get tattoos during their business hours posted. Once arrived two gentlemen stated that they were waiting to leave for Dayton to get their own tattoos done and for us to come back some other time!!! We went somewhere else and got great work done...Such a shame, won’t be returning and they lost a lot of business. Word of mouth travels fast!

This is the second time Ive come to this shop. I honest love this place I came in to get a really special piece and Jeremy did such an amazing job. Its a very meaningful piece and he did so great. And while I was there justin checked on the piece he did inside my ear. Honestly I will keep going back. Easy to talk to knows how to do amazing work. Its an amazing place.

So far I have two tattoos by Black Dagger Tattoo Collective, one by Justin and one by Jeremy. I plan to return to add more. All of the artists are very talented and are all well versed in different tattooing styles. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and love the laid back atmosphere.

Prompt, clean, and the artwork is fantastic. Justin made the whole experience comfortable. As long as hes holding a tattoo gun Ill be getting the rest of my art from him.

Not impressed at all I got a tattoo done by the owner and he couldnt finish the tattoo because he forgot that he had another appointment so I leave withcout getting my tattoo done and i have emailed him to make another appointment and he canceled it and now I have emailed him about 15 times to finish the tattoo he started and I get nothing back from him or on Facebook either not very professional.
