I walked into Hudson Tattoo this afternoon looking to get 5 different piercings. Ernie was so friendly, you could tell he loves what he does. He was able to seat me in 15 despite not having an appointment and had my ear finished up in another 15 seamlessly. He gave me a great deal and even offered to swap the butterflies out for flat backs for me! Will definitely be back

I came here at the recommendation of my friend who swears by this Ernie. The staff was great, very sweet. I came in because I decided to pierce my own ear (yes I know, that was stupid) and somewhere along the way it got infected, and I messed up the site. Ernie took a look at it and told me exactly what I needed. Removed the earring placed the new one recommended what would work best and also told me what to do if I wanted to heal the area because the piercing site had already started healing in a weird way. . I appreciate that he wants to follow up and see how the healing process is going despite the fact that he wasn’t the one that did the piercing. He didn’t recommend a certain kind of earring or anything until I asked, he didn’t push any merchandise on me. He gave me a genuine consultation. You don’t really see that anymore. Unless you’re going to buy something people don’t want to give you their opinion or help.

I got my tongue piercing by Ernest today and I had an absolutely amazing experience, the piercer was extremely kind and friendly and was able to be answer all the questions I had for such scary piercing. The building is currently renovating but you can tell that the establishment is clean and he made sure everything was sterile. If I ever get more I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend this place !!

I have been coming here for three years! Got my navel, nose, septum and today I got my nipples pierced. Ernie is the best, and so is his staff. BESTTT SPOT EVERRRR…. had my nose pierced and also decided to get some dermals too. I was treated so kindly and all staff was very attentive to everything going on. 10/10 honestly the only spot you can be going too.

This is where I got my first tattoo and the only place I trust for piercings. I got a mini dermal piercing on my face and it stood and healed beautifully for two, almost three years until I just need it removed for emergency reasons. Even though the place was in the middle of renovating I was still accommodated due to the urgency of the piercing needing to be removed. Great place great staff!

I had a very good experience here yesterday. My girlfriend and I went for matching tattoos and the owner was kind enough to answer all our questions and even accommodated to my girlfriend’s music taste so she can feel more relaxed. The tattoo artist was very gentle and we felt little to no pain. The end result is I’m coming back again soon for a cover up.

Our family was visiting NJ to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday and decided to end the weekend by getting her ears pierced. I looked up nearby tattoo and piercing places and decided to drop in to Hudson because of the excellent reviews (and because they were one of the few that opened before noon). We had an EXCELLENT experience. Mr. Ernie was great, very friendly. It took less than 15 minutes, the price was reasonable, and my daughter said it didn’t hurt and came out smiling. I’m happy and would come back again the next time we’re in the area.

I’ve gotten a piercing about a week before today on my ear and it did not heal correctly or was not right, I called and asked for help taking it out, Ernie was available to help, when I say the ear piercing hurts it freaking does, he comfort me and explain how he needs to take it out! It helped and that was all I needed, the pain I can’t do haha he was so helpful man. Thanks Ernie man

Friendly staff, fair prices, the place is definitely up to standards and well sanitized; Ernie is a cool dude and has tons.of great memorabilia decorating the place which makes it cozy for your props enthusiast. Got a couple of tattoos from Jon and the guy definitely has a great resume in his backpack; I highly recommend checking it out and get inked or pierced, whatever your flavor is.

Hudson Tattoo is so gamer! They gave my gf a quick nose piercing and it was quick, painless, sanitary, and very professional. Ernest was careful during the procedure and also very helpful and detailed oriented when it came to citing the common issues that come with our specific situation and how to counteract. 10/10 would do business again!

Just got my 5th tattoo here at Hudson by their newest tattoo artist from Cuba Yudisnel. My husband went first and then I went and my husband told me that he was excellent and I couldn’t agree more. I sat in the chair for 2 1/2 hours and he treated me with amazing customer service and great table side manner. Super lite hand especially with all the shading and detailing that my piece has. This is my biggest tattoo and I am so happy with it. Can’t wait to get my next tattoo by Yudisnel and Hudson.

My boyfriend and I decided to semi impulsively get some new ear piercings and we found this shop within walking distance so we called to make sure they were open and headed over. We had such a wonderful experience in this shop from start to finish. We were pierced by Ernie who did a great job making sure we were comfortable and was patient throughout the process. I got two piercings and after the second one I started to feel a bit nauseous and he knew exactly what to do and stayed super calm until I felt better. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a very comfortable environment to get pierced in, we will definitely be going back!

Got my ears pierced by Ernest! I decided last minute to get my ears pierced so I called and asked if they had availability. The person who answered the phone said that Ernest was leaving at 5, so if I could go now I might be able to make it. On my way there, Ernest called me and said he would wait. I got there 5 minutes before five, and Ernest was so kind, professional, and fast! I’m really happy with the way he pierced my ears and it was so painless and clean!
