So good! I got my nostril pierced with Kevin. He is so funny and such a great personality. He made me feel super comfortable. I even asked him to move the position a few times before he did it and he didn’t make me feel bad at all. Def recommend!

I originally came into the shop to get replacement balls for my tongue ring and when I got there I was greeted promptly and didn’t wait too long. The piercer Kevin changed my balls for me and also on the spot I asked what the process would be for another piercing on my tongue he gave me his professional opinion on why I shouldn’t get it and I’m thankful because I know most piercers probably wouldn’t think twice and could have possibly damaged my tongue. I then asked if I could make an appointment for a different piercing and he told me we could do it then and there and we pierced my nose. Quick process,very clean ,very professional, this was a great experience and I recommend them for any and all piercings. Thanks again Kevin you were great!

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE I am WARNING YOU!!!! I got my septum pierced by Kevin and it was a horrible experience, pierced in the COMPLETE wrong spot it literally looks like it’s going to fall out. Not to mention it wasn’t even pierced with a 16g which is standard for a septum piercing. It looks horrible. I can NOT believe Kevin is even allowed to continue piercing with how many horror stories I have heard of him. Literally every single person who I have met that have had an experience with him, have only negative things to say. And let me tell you it is quite a lot of people. My friend also had her septum pierced the same way as mine, another friend had a horrible experience with her nose piercing, my boyfriends ear lobes are pierced uneven and also crooked… how do you even mess up an earlobe piercing!!!???? They do that at 5 below now be fr! Save yourself and go to nuclear crayon and see Becky for a piercing. The reputation Kevin has as a piercer in this community is so bad that it genuinely amazes me how he’s still in business. I was at a tattoo convention last year talking with my boyfriend about our horrible experiences with Kevin… mind you we hadn’t even mentioned his name or shop name and the tattoo artists around us literally said to us “are u talking about Kevin?” OPEN UR EYES PEOPLE!! Read reviews! Do your research and DO NOT. GO. TO KEVIN!

First off, the staff and the shop are so friendly, welcoming, and clean! The piercer, Kevin, made my tragus piercing experience amazing. He patiently explained each step of the process, making sure that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout. Afterward, Kevin provided clear and easy instructions for aftercare. Took my daughter here to get her upper lip pierced. Horrible experience. He rushed through the piercing and didnt provide options for jewelry and didnt even show us what he was using. Visually on the outside the piercing was not centered. The next day her whole face was swollen and very sore. Three days later the swelling was very bad so I took her to another shop to have it looked at. The piercing had to be taken out because it was put in crooked and he used jewelry that was externally threaded which caused further damage and would never have healed. A complete botch job!!! When I contacted the piercer his response was rude and refused to refund money.

Kevin was awesome. Brought my daughter in for her nose piercing for her birthday. she convinced me to get mine done as well. I have invested thousand of dollars and hundreds of hours in this shop. Sleeves, legs, center chest- personal design- you name it. Chad Washburn did all the work and fixed some old work from other places. Even though I moved further away, I still drive the distance to get my art there. Shop is always clean and the staff are great. I’d 100% recommend Chad!

Beyond pissed got my medusa completely crooked and when I got it taken out bc of how bad it was I found out he gave me externally threaded jewelery when he Said it was internally threaded. Now I need it repierced

I have been getting tattooed by Chad since 2008 and I have known Kevin for around the same amount of time. Brian Gilley is a stand up guy as well and makes sure I’m taken care of when I walk in the shop if he’s the first person I see. I love these guys and I love getting tattooed at Pisst Fish. The shop is clean, comfortable and relaxing which is the perfect environment for getting tattooed. Chad always exceeds expectations and is truly talented. I have large areas of coverage and I am constantly complimented on how well my tattoos look which I couldn’t be happier about. I am still working on large pieces with Chad and the journey has been incredible. If you are looking to be tattooed in Western Mass, Pisst Fish should be your first choice! Got a tattoo from Chad a few years back. The staff are super friendly and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Based on their portfolio I was confident that theyd produce a quality product.

My friend and I went here today to get a nose piercing and the piercer was super sweet! He walked us through the whole procedure and made sure we were comfortable. He made us feel so welcomed which was an awesome. The place was also extremely clean. Probably the cleanest tattoo and piercing studio I’ve been to! Definitely recommend this place for new clients especially.

Went there for a helix piercing but wanted a nook piercing. Was told my ears were too small for nook piercing so I got the helix done. Later went somewhere else for my nook piercing, probably should of had my helix piercing done there too. Luckily for me I knew what to do with ear piercing since Ive had other piercings before. But he gave me no written instructions just told me verbally to wash it twice a day with really hot water. If it was someone who was new to piercings I think they should have had some written instructions to give them. My piercing is doing fine but I wouldnt go back there for another one. My trip there was a kind of spur the moment thing and they were able to do it the same day.

Got my first tattoo here and it wasnt terrible but I still disliked the tattoo in the end. Ended up paying over $100+ and had terrible color shading. Dont think Ill ever be coming back to this tattoo shop again unfortunately. Currently looking for a better tattoo artist for a cover up or might just go for Lazer removal all together unsure yet but one thing is for sure very unhappy with finished result. The only thing I liked about it was the fact it reminded me of my deceased dog although it was originally SUPPOSED to be a howling wolf yet the finished result ended up looking like a dog that got bonked on the head and was seeing stars. Hopefully the next tattoo artist will make it look like it was SUPPOSED TO. Sad part was that it was a very simple tattoo design and they couldnt even do it right. Didnt even feel comfortable enough to tell the artist that I hated it but regardless was nothing they couldve done I was scared that the artist would insist on fixing it and would end up making it look even worse. I just paid and walked out. My husband originally got a tattoo from the same guy and his Came out great but unfortunately mine didnt.

I had gone in to get my nose and tragus pierced after a bad experience with Colorbomb studios. Kevin was my piercer here and he did amazing with both piercings! Super quick and he also informed me with everything I needed to know about aftercare etc. he also pierced my sister and my best friend, and we all love our new piercings and will come back here for sure! Went in for piercing and walked out 20 minutes later. Very clean, quick and friendly service. I had called when they opened and explained what I wanted, when I walked in she knew exactly who I was from out short talk in the morning. Im very pleased!

I would give this 5 stars but the cleaning products I was told to use where wrong. The soap I was told to use is too harsh for a piercing and made my healing progress really bad.I suggest getting you piercing cleaning products from H2Ocean, once I got those products my healing process was so much smoother. Other than that my piercer was really nice and professional.

My husband and I got our eight month old daughters ears pierced by Kevin at Pisst Fish. Kevin did an excellent job. He was quick, accurate and friendly. We highly recommend Pisst Fish.

In and out in 20 mins for a simple tattoo... Had to wait to see if appt didnt show up which they didnt so they did accommodate me. Thought it was going to cost a little less then what I paid... I came in the shop for a consultation with a artist, the artist Brian was tattooing a woman at the time and had the curtain closed, I am a black man and I wanted a neck piece ,Kevin at the front desk took a picture of my neck and I sent images of the Phoenix piece I wanted , Brian without meeting me agreed to the piece and Kevin quickly booked my appointment and took a 60 deposit. The very next day I get a email from the shop saying they can’t do the full body of my Phoenix only the head and wing? Now I’ve been getting tattooed for twenty years I have tattoos all over my body many friends that own and work in shops in this countryAnd Canada one of my good friends tattooed season 5 of ink master =Angel , this shop are hustlers I came back to the shop and ask for a refund and Kevin gave me a hard time but gave me my money back , just because I put a deposit down doesn’t give you the right to change the tattoo I wanted especially without a brand new sketch of the new purposed piece it’s my body I decide what goes on , long story short these guys don’t know how to tattoo darker skin or black and grey and instead of saying that from day one insulted my intelligence and tried to change the tattoo without my consent and keep my depositI don’t care how long you’ve been tattooing if you can’t tattoo darker skin your not as good as you think you are !Don’t go to this shop there all about the money not customer service

Absolutely horrible experience asked for a septum piercing he took no time to make sure it was the right area didn’t give me a choice on jewelry and piercing was pierced in the wrong spot and way to big my mouth was hitting my piercing. When I finally took it out it was the cheapest metal I’ve ever seen. Left a review on Facebook no apology do not go here for certain piercings.

Unfortunately did not get his name. But y3he artist was very professional and nice. I took my 16 yr old to get her ears pierced Thursday. Much better experience than my oldest had at clairs 2 yrs ago. Told him Id be back in 3 years with my youngest. I cant speak for tats as its not my thing. But if you want a local company to jab holes into your body or your kid.. this place will do it. $40 1 ear $70 for both. +tip. Its safer than a ear gun.. just ask my kids they should all be lawyers trying to pursude me. Lol

Got my conch and naval done by Kevin on Saturday, very funny and friendly, walked me through the whole process and made sure I knew how to clean the piercings properly. All my past piercings I got done here as well, very trustworthy and clean!!

I got my septum redone after I had one that was poorly pierced years ago. Very professional and clean! Very friendly service to boot! I’ll be back for more piercings and tattoos in the future!

I really am not fond of this place. Never have been. Went here to change my septum ring and the piercer gave me two different types of jewelry that were too small for my nose so I went back telling her the size was just too small and the other one would be too. She gave me no help and wouldn’t give me a different size or my money back. I just felt like the customer service was not there and I didn’t get the help I was looking for. So I paid 30$ on jewelry I’m gonna end up throwing out.

I had an appointment and had to wait more than an hour after my set time for the appointment because the artist wanted to sketch the stencil last minute, when I gave her a weeks notice of what I wanted and came in to see her and everything. The work is beautiful but wasting time of others is not needed. If I have an appointment I expect to be seen at the time of my appointment. Honestly just that ruined the whole trip!

Got my ear pierced(cartilage) and it was absolutely amazing. Such a great place to get it done and totally reasonable prices! Would absolutely go back in March to get my tattoo for my bday.

Went their with a guy who worked for the same asphalt company as I did.He had just gotten out of jail and was covered with jail house ink.we looked at the same tattoo and they told him $85 and me $130.He laughed and told me they must of seen me coming and figured they could get more money out of me for the same ink.Him of course being covered with ink they must of figured he could get another anyplace for cheap, being too stupid to realize since they were jail house tatts the only way he would be able to get any more that cheap would be to go back to jail.I got my tatt done with I went to visit relatives in Utah.I guess the moral of the story is if your a gang member or just got out of jail this is the place for you, since they will give you special pricing.

Im starting a new chapter in my life and wanted a piece on my forearm done, I found Pisst Fish to be friendly, clean and personable..... For the commenters who had to wait, artists rarely draw out your tattoo ahead of time anymore because they put all of their time and energy into it just to have the person not show up so most artists will wait until you actually come in, thats just how it is!

I walked into the tattoo shop and ran into a young lady with dreads I have a tattoo I was interested in covering which she told me it was too soon to cover it that I should come back into weeks that wasn’t my problem the problem was when I asked to see their artwork and she told me to go on Google and find a tattoo . for a shop that charges 120 an hour I think that’s a little unprofessional
