I recently visited Angelina’s with my little sister, and we had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. I got my eyebrow pierced, and the piercer was professional and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process.My little sister got her ears pierced, and the staff was so patient and gentle with her, ensuring she felt at ease throughout. The studio was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. We both had a great time and would highly recommend dell to anyone looking for a professional and friendly piercer .

I got my navel pierced for my 31st birthday!! Something Ive always wanted and I decided now was the time! Dell was very very professional!! Extremely nice and welcoming! Dell has done 6 of my 8 piercings (all except my first lobes) in the past two years. He is always super respectful, approachable, and easy to talk to. His shop is very clean and he explains each step of the piercing + healing process. All of my piercings have healed well and I highly recommend his services to others

Went in just to get a new piece of jewelry put in my rook. After walking in and talking to Dell he helped me out EXTREMELY. Little did I know, the person who originally pierced my rook used the wrong gauge, jewelry and went in at the wrong angle. The best part is Dell knew EXACTLY who did it and informed me that he has fixed so many of this persons piercing jobs as well as another piercing shops jobs that Ive been to. I highly recommend if your looking to get a piercing that you go see Dell at Angelinas Rose. Hes welcoming, compassionate, kind, respectful and knows what hes talking about. I will absolutely be going back to him for my piercings or jewelry. It is a little more pricey, but its very much worth it for the experience and to know your getting good quality service and jewelry.

Dell is the best piercer I’ve ever been to! He explains everything beforehand and will show you all the tools so that you know exactly what he will do and how he will do it. He will really take the time to answer your questions and ease any worries you may have, and will make sure you’re going to love your piercing. I got a conch done by him and he used a breathing technique to get me to be more relaxed and to make it practically painless. He is clearly very experienced and I will 100% go back to him for future piercings. Thank you Dell!The shop itself is a bit hard to find but the best gems are always hidden! Very clean shop, professional and friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Prices are more than fair especially for the quality of what you’re getting, and they have various options for jewelry, including high-quality hypoallergenic materials. They walk you through the healing process too and they make sure you’re going home with everything you need for aftercare.

10/10 would come back to Angelinas Rose. Have been wanting to take a trip for several years and so grateful I did! Dell is super knowledgeable, easy going, patient with questions and runs a really clean and sterile set up. Bonus gallery space full of local artists! Dell was very professional, yet very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and made my daughter feel at ease in no time! The piercing experience was so positive for us! Very clean! Barely any pain. No piercing guns! Many safe options for the first earrings. So glad I decided to listen to so many people who recommended this place!!

Absolutely loved this place! I forget the name of the guy, but he was super nice, informative, funny, and really quick. He did great. I got very small gages because he said they would be better for my sensitive ears. They are so so pretty and I am in love. They were $227 not counting my $20 deposit prior to the appointment. I was very shocked by that price, but I have faith I will continue to love them. HIGHLY recommend.

I had my nostril pierced by Dell- I felt welcome the minute I came in and he was so knowledgable, thorough and gentle. I barely felt a thing! My biggest concern was about infection and he walked me through aftercare- They also have saline solution at the shop that I was able to buy. Thank you Angelinas Rose!

Im a bit late in adding this review... I saw Dell in August... an ear piercing I had was closed & he re-pierced it. Dell is a peaceful, thorough, and kind human. His shop has a calm vibe; his workroom was meticulously cared for - I am not sure Ive seen more a cleaner and more sterile environment. I appreciate the way Dell supports local artists - that just speaks to his character. I recommend him 1000% if you are looking for a grounded person who knows what he is doing, and who provides a sterile, safe workspace.

My daughter had been asking to get her ears pierced for a couple months. After looking at a variety of shops/locations and their reviews, I found Angelina’s Rose. The shop is about an hour from where we live; to say it was worth the trip would be an understatement!Dell was informative, and explained the process in a way that my daughter could understand; while also giving more detailed information for myself. As a parent to a young child, I really appreciated how Dell talked to my daughter about the process- as it is her getting the piercing done! My daughter was very quiet and shy, but he engaged with her in a way that put her at ease. By the time the piercing took place, she had a smile on her face.I highly recommend Angelina’s Rose.

Brought my almost 14 year old daughter in for her first piercing (nostril) and we had a spectacular experience with every aspect of Dell and the whole vibe of Angelina’s Rose. I got my first helix piercing here two weeks ago and I’m super happy with it! I’m so grateful to Dell. I was really nervous and had no idea what the procedure was for getting a “real” piercing (one not done at a Claire’s with a piercing gun), and he was so friendly and informative. Dell made sure I understood every step of the process before we started, then talked through everything again as he was actually doing the piercing. For a newbie like me it was really reassuring and I appreciated it so much! Also, the atmosphere of his parlor is super welcoming and chill. If you’re looking to get a piercing, I can’t recommend Angelina’s Rose enough. :)

I sometimes get light headed with needles and was super nervous. Dell was super patient and understanding (and great at keeping me laughing and distracted). I took my 6 year old for her very first ear lobe piercing. Our in salon experience was great, although a bit longer than expected. My daughter felt comfortable and did well through the entire hour long visit. However, within an hour of leaving one of the backs fell off an earring. I was able to get it back on and we moved on with our day. The next day one of the earrings fell out completely and was lost (she was not touching them)! I immediately called and left a message as well as em. This is very disappointing and we will not be returning to Angelina’s Rose.Update- the other earring Dell put in just fell out and was lost, 7 days post piercing. Dell doesn’t stand by his work and this was his response 7 days post piercing“ Aloha, thanks for reaching out!Apologies for the delayed response as we have been dealing with some emergencies outside of the parlor and are out of state. The day you emailed we were not operating (open Tues-Sat are our days of operation) and the piercing would have closed by the time we would have been able to squeeze you on that following Tuesday.Giving our small business a one star review when you yourself are a business owner while continuing to email seems a bit much and not acceptable. If you don’t plan on coming back to our establishment that’s fine, but how you are handling this is not. Sorry that the piercing fell out but that’s not something that calls for the way you are trying to have the situation resolved.Best,A. R.”To be clear I sent 2 emails in total, one asking for help and one telling him I was not satisfied with the lack of response. I hope others heed my warning and book their piercing elsewhere.

I don’t know how I haven’t thought of putting a review up yet, but I HIGHLY recommend this studio to everyone who’s considering a new piercing. I’ve been coming here for 2+ years & Dell has never failed me or anybody I’ve recommended. I’ve gotten at least 3 piercings here & lots of jewlery swapped. Lots of beautiful jewlery, extremely clean & sanitary, and such a good environment. Dell is well informed and educated on piercings, and is really good about calming people’s nerves before the piercings. 100% considering coming to this wonderful small buisness!

This was my first time getting a piercing, so I was a bit nervous about the whole process. I asked friends and coworkers in the area to suggest a place--all of them said that Dell at Angelinas Rose was the best...and they were so right!I went with two friends to also get their piercings done and the process was not just smooth but so much fun. The shop feels like youre entering another world that so relaxed and enjoyable, even for the friends/the person who might just be accompanying you. Got a piercing done yesterday with a friend! Dell is a very kind, considerate, and knowledgeable piercer. He is trustworthy and clearly knows what he is doing as he has been in this business for a while. The minute you walk into his space, it feels like you are there to hang out with a friend. I recently made a visit to Angelina’s Rose, to get my nostril pierced. Dell was very welcoming and friendly. Dell was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The Parlor was spotless! Dell was very thorough and explained all steps of the process. Dell was very professional, I highly recommend!

My granddaughter is 4 1/2 and has been wanting her ears pierced forever it seems. Yesterday was the big day and I thought I would go watch and it would be like other places and 10 minutes, in and out. Boy was I wrong. The appointment was booked for an hour and I have NEVER been more impressed with the quality of a piercing experience!! Dell is the best at what he does. He took care of all the paperwork involved in piercing for a minor with my daughter and then it was all about my granddaughter! He sat down with her and explained each and every step at what was going to happen and what tools he would use and what to do for after care. Dell has an amazing rapport with children. He talked TO her and not down to her in terms she would understand. When it came to the piercing he was so patient and sweet with her and even drew a little tattoo on her finger so she would know what it would feel like when he marked her ear. He told her how to breathe deep breaths and then the actual piercing was done. She didn’t say “ouch” or cry. Just looked a little surprised. When it was over her parents and I just clapped and told her how proud we were and how beautiful she looked with the little blue earrings. She was so proud of herself. Hands down I would recommend Dell to anyone for any piercings. Angelina’s Rose 🌹 deserves more than a 5 star rating in my book! Thank you Dell. You made this day so incredibly special for my granddaughter!

I came to Dell in September for a jewelry change in a piercing done in my home state, and I was so impressed that when I was back in VT I booked a rook piercing. Dell is super informative and I feel very comforted by his knowledge and expertise, as well as his honesty. He’s also super friendly and hilarious! Can’t wait to come back and upgrade my jewelry when I downsize!

His office decor is superb, and the neon lights in his window really help locate the office.This is probably the best piercing I’ve gotten- Dell’s steady hand gave me a piercing that already looks like it’s been on my face for a while, and it’s only been a week.There’s been many changes to the industry since I was getting pierced 15+ years ago and Dell is very good about explaining the changes and how they affect outcomes. Dell is great!! Love going there for piercings and even just jewelry changes. He talks to you, jokes with you and tells you step by step what he is and will do with the piercing!!!! Will go nowhere else!!!!He just repierced my septum cause Medusa done it wrong, and he was as gentle as possible with me in removing my jewelry. He talked to me through out the process and even drew on a white board to show me why my 4 year old piercing was giving me trouble…. Never met another person who is so attentive to their clients!!!! And let’s not forget about the AWESOME jewelry pieces he has!!!!! I love them all!!!!!

I recently had spinal surgery and needed to take out my newer piercings. I was refused service due to Dell “disliking my energy and vibe.” As a woman of color in college with generalized anxiety disorder, I was upset by this extreme reaction to my presence in his establishment. I asked on behalf of my friend, who was in the timeslot after mine, if he was the same piercer for the next piercing appointment so that it would be a smooth transition. He not only took offense to that but was unnecessarily rude about the no-shoe policy, which I obeyed, before refusing to pierce me. When I asked for a refund, he said it should be coming into my inbox at any minute now. It has been an hour and there is still no refund.I will add that he also read through safety protocols extremely quickly, which I found difficult given that my hearing isn’t the best. After he said that it might turn into a cartilage piercing due to there not being room for a second lobe piercing, he was curt and unresponsive to my openly expressed worry and doubt about this potential outcome.I’ve read through the positive reviews of Angelina’s Rose and the customer demographic is overwhelmingly white. I’m a college student of East Asian descent who has already felt overwhelmed by how my campus and the Upper Valley overall is predominantly white. My friend and I drove several miles to this establishment during a busy part of our school term because we thought the service and outcomes would be worth it, but we were sorely disappointed. I expected some more respect and emotional understanding from a fellow person of color, but maybe a sense of allyship was too much to ask for. Dell could have just had a bad day, but in my personal experience I would absolutely not recommend him, especially to my fellow college students. His aloofness, his quickness to take offense to legitimate questions I asked, and his insulting me as the client not even 5 minutes after we set foot in the space has made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in the midst of my current academic stress.update: the refund is processing.

They educated me on my piercings and how my recent work could be improved with better jewelry selection to aid comfort and healing.After recent piercings done at a different parlor started to have issues, I sought help from Angelinas Rose. Dell was so sweet and gentle in helping me swap out uncomfortable (and incorrect) jewelry that, potentially, could have caused a lot of complications, pain, and unfavorable outcomes.The process was so much better than where I had initially been pierced, that I returned to Angelinas Rose the next day and had all my fresh piercings evaluated and changed for better jewelry. The selection is comprehensive and very thoughtful. Dell went through his shops offerings with me to help me select pieces that worked with my case.In addition, Angelinas Rose supports the local community by displaying local artists work for purchase.I feel so much better and am very pleased with all the Angelinas Rose crew. My ears were all messed up from another shop and I was having intense pain and swelling and they were able to see me, they were so nice. They were so knowledgeable and experienced, they taught me so much about after care and had so many options of hypoallergenic earrings and cool artwork. They also had the cleaning sprays and ear pillows for side sleepers, they gave me detailed pamphlets and lots of advice. I definitely recommend coming here, I will also be going back as well.

Very chill and very professional there is a room covered in art from local artists for sale (all proceeds go to local artists) and there’s a cool light thing that looks like a stormy cloud, dell really knew his stuff, I got a tongue piercing, everything was sterilized he coached me on my breathing as he pierced me. would definitely recommend, not only did the service exceed my expectations but the whole place was interesting af, definitely worth the wait.

Helped me get re-pierced after my lobe piercing closed up due to the original piercing being poorly done (from a different shop that has thankfully closed since). They were sanitary and explained every step of the process as well as after care.

We had our five year old’s ear lobes pierced. She wanted earrings but was very nervous about the procedure. Dell took his time explaining the procedure to her and calmed her (and us) down.
