Great location and the scenery was nice as well. Very lovely town and peaceful. The shop was very clean and professional. Staff wore mask at all times. Bobby the tattoo artist was amazing, he took his time and made sure the job was done right. Will go again and wife got a nice bracelet from there as well. They care extra earrings in case you decide you want to do gouges, or switch out your current piercings. They also have bracelets and rings as well. In case you do decide to stop by there is plenty of parking and there is a strict 1 person per shop during a tattoo session. So the artist and you feel safe. It gives you a great one on one experience. Great professional work and a professional place thumbs 👍

Although I had to wait over 8 months for my tattoo appointment, it was absolutely worth it. Michelle, the owner, showed genuine care and understanding throughout the process, making me feel valued as a customer. The wait allowed the artist to invest ample time and effort into creating a masterpiece. The intricate details and precision in my tattoo surpassed all expectations. Reigning Inks dedication to excellence and personalized service made the wait worthwhile. I couldnt be happier with the final result!

I was at a tattoo convention recently and had a tattoo done by Alyssa and she was so gentle and my tattoo came out amazing. She was such a perfectionist with everything she does right down to design and placement. Reigning Ink as a whole is a most welcoming and professional tattoo studio. I got my nose pierced 9/14/18 and it was such a nice experience. Im so afraid of needles. I met wonderful people. The establishment is so clean and the artist is very focused and nice; she cleans after every person and opens up new needles and supplies in front of you. I highly recommend this spot. Everyone is so friendly.

Have gotten both a tattoo and piercing at this place. Best tattoo I have, and the piercing experience was hands down the best I’ve had.Aside from all of that, the place is super clean, and the owner is beyond friendly! If you don’t live in the Windsor Locks area.... it’s worth traveling!If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

I just went here Wednesday night for a half sleeve and the people in this shop are absolutely amazing!! I felt welcomed right away and part of the family!They were very professional and even wore face mask and proper arm covers while giving the tattoo!I will definitely be going back for more!Please check them out and give them some love!!

The most sanitary conscious tattoo artist I have ever met. The quality of Michelles work is superb and she kept me laughing for most of our 8 hour session. I cant wait for it to heal so we can post the full series of pictures we took. Michelle is the best!!!

When I was looking to get my tattoo done, I had emailed places that were out of state since I had a bad experience with the one in CT. When I didn’t hear anything back from them, I decided to do some research and came across Reigning ink’s website. I took a chance and emailed them. I was surprised that they got back to me the same day. Michelle, the owner, was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I made the appt and met Bobby. He was so personable and made me feel comfortable. When the tattoo was finished, I was in awe of how he turned a simple design into a phenomenal work of art. The care and emotion that went behind it was seen in the tattoo. I will be going back and seeing him for future tattoos and would highly recommend Reigning ink studio to anyone looking to get tattoos done.

This studio goes above and beyond to take care of the Clients/Potential Clients. Even though it is a “by appointment only” business they have called me back when I have left a message within a 24 hour time period. My daughter got her nose pierced there and the place is very clean, the staff is professional and very detailed in the cleaning of the new piercing. Not to mention, this business/Owner supports the community and youth programs (i.e; PTA car washes/Sponsorship at a Golf Tournament). I believe I just saw in CT NOW This Company was listed - 2019 Hartford’s Finest Businesses. They deserve more than 5 stars....

LOOOOVE this place! Staff is friendly and welcoming, very professional and clean. Got my septum and eyebrow pierced, and I love them! Definitely coming back for my first tattoo (private appointments only!). I’m already recommending everyone I know to this amazing studio :)

Just got my 2nd tattoo from Michelle, very clean. Have been to other tattoo salons, she is the cleanest. Appointment only is the way to go, she devotes her time to her clients, very detailed, she is very passionate about what she does, her work speaks for itself.

Hands down the best!! I’ve gotten several piercings here and have my tattoo planned out and ready to go! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and so talented!!! The shop is clean and sanitary. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a tattoo or piercing.

I never even went here but I’m giving this place 5 stars because I contacted the owner about pricing and they were super upfront and honest, they said they didn’t have an opening for a long time and recommended other shops that I could go to. It’s hard to find people now who aren’t just after your money. Even through email the owner seemed very kind and friendly.

Was really disappointed. Have been thinking about coming in to get some new ink but in the meantime called to make a paying appt to get some help getting some piercings out before a surgery, didnt even bother to call me back. Lots of talented artists out there, I think Ill take my money elsewhere.
