I had a great experience at LaserAway. The whole process was quick and painless! I did laser in my underarms, half legs and bikini area. Even though, I was reluctant to do it in my bikini area; laser technician Elena put me at ease! She was friendly and efficient at her work! Because of her, I didn’t find the process to be awkward at all!

LaserAway in Woodbury is so great! The women who work the front desk are so welcoming and friendly. Nurse Amanda did my first two treatments and she was amazing! She was very informative as this was my first time ever doing laser so she wanted to make sure I knew everything about the process. She always made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment and she was very friendly as well! If you’re looking to laser this is definitely the place to go!!

Laseraway is the place to be. Everything in there is absolutely fabulous. You are greeted by the best receptionist that will always make you feel like you’re more than welcome and then when you go to the back the clinicians there who are nurses they know exactly what they’re talking about. They know exactly what you need and they always make you feel comfortable. I’ve been going there for about four years now and I never walked away unsatisfied. I get different types of treatments and I love every one of them. This is a must!!!?

Had a session today with Lauren D and she was amazing. So calming and a pleasure to talk to. She took great care with the treatment and explained everything thoroughly. I hope to have all of my future sessions with her!

Ive been receiving laser hair removal treatments since July 2023, and Im genuinely impressed with the results! After the first few sessions, I noticed my hair becoming much thinner and softer. The process was smooth, and the technician ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. For anyone looking to reduce hair growth long-term, especially if you struggle with ingrowns, this is an excellent solution. I used to rely on waxing and sugaring, but none of those methods provided the lasting results I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

Just had my first treatment at LazerAway Woodbury. Not sure what took me so long! Jackie my initial consultant when purchasing was great at finding the most appropriate package for me and answering every question. Crystal my clinician was amazing at explaining each step of the process before doing them. Staff was very nice.

Amazing!The staff is so beyond lovely. Everyone was so kind, patient, and made sure you were okay from the first second you walked in the front door, to the second you walked out. And even the people on the phone were so sweet! I honestly cant say enough nice things about the staff, they were seriously amazing!I did the laser hair removal and am so excited to see my results. Their equipment is great and virtually pain free (personal opinion obviously). The machine doesnt need to touch your skin and they blow cold air on it at the same time. The process was a lot quicker than I thought it would be and the aftercare they provide is great.Honeslty, the whole process was really amazing! 10/10 recommend!!

I was really scared before my first appointment but everyone made me feel so comfortable. It was also so so clean. Nicely decorated and fun, made what couldve been a bad experience, a good one.

Im very much enjoying my services so far. The facial was excellent 👌 👏 🙌 I saw results right away. I am doing quite a few areas of Thermage, and although I hear good things, the results unfortunately do not occur immediately. In fact, the results are not even visible for 4-6 months. Im hopeful ☺️ Ailen is the RN Ive been working with there and Im very comfortable with her. She is professional, capable, and friendly as well. So far so good 👍

I went to laser away in Woodbury for xeomin. This was my first time getting xeomin or any injectable at laser away. As always, the facility was clean and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. OMG! What took me so long to try laser hair removal?! I’ve been wasting years with razors and waxing. I had my very first treatment today (Brazilian, lip, chin) and it was painless and fast. I used LaserAway for botox and laser hair removal and from the second I walked in the door the service was outstanding. Yvette explained all of the treatments to me before I booked and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I was so nervous for my first laser treatment, but Yvette completely put me at ease (otherwise I would have jetted out the door!). Shannon did my laser treatment and it barely hurt!! Today was my best appointment yet. The nurse took her time to make sure my sensitive areas were manageable. My ankles during laser always bother me and she used a tapping technique on my leg which made the appointment painless. I even asked for something to be added to the appointment and she graciously added it! The front desk girls quickly added it and helped me schedule my next appointments. Best appointment yet. My results are amazing and I’m not even done with my hair removal package yet. I rarely get breakouts from folliculitis anymore . My confidence being in a bikini has raised significantly. I’ve been going to Laser Away in Woodbury for a few months now. All I can say is that every experience has been above and beyond. The treatment specialists Zeba and Allie are so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. My clinician Louise is the absolute best. She explains everything she’s doing, makes sure I’m comfortable, and is super thorough. I’m so happy with every treatment I’ve had as they are top notch!

I had 4/10 treatments so far. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I had hives after my 2nd treatment(I have sensitive skin)and the nurse prescribed a cream that helped. They called me everyday to see how i was and if it was getting better. Very easy to change an appointment if you need to. I am very satisfied and would recommend LaserAway.

I am a usual customer of Laser Away! This time i am doing a little bit of botox! The technician is amazing! I love my results! I recommend this place for laser and Botox !

I love the staff everyone there is patient and great at what they do. Im giving one star because 8 sessions and $8000 later, my hair grew back at 90% 2 months after my last session. I got the same exact result at a place that cost me $800 for 8 sessions. Laser away boasts a medical grade laser but theres literally no difference except youre paying 10x more! Extremely disappointed in the results and I regret ever dropping this kind of money on something thats a gimmick. I feel dumb for believing this would actually work. Now Im out $8k and still have to shave everyday or use a chemical depilatory.Edit: I tried to email the email they replied to this review with and its not a working email. Which is on par with them being a scam!!

I highly recommend LaserAway. I had two laser treatment series during the course of this year and the staff was always professional and attentive to any needs that I had. The staff and the nurses are great! Always on time and everyone is so nice! I’ve completed about 7 out of 12 treatments of the Clear and Brilliant treatments and I’m really happy with the results. My skin overall just looks better.Update: I’ve now completed 10 out of 12 treatments. I’m really happy with my results. The fine lines on my forehead have improved as well as the texture of my skin.

Came to LaserAway for my second treatment and received the service from Brittany. She was absolutely amazing. Brittany was very thorough and explained the entire time process before she began and while she was working. She also made sure to check in with me to make sure there was no pain, which there was none. I highly recommend this location and receiving services from Brittany. My only regret is that I did not come sooner.

I have been coming now for 10 months for Clear & Brilliant. I am seeing great results. My dark spots caused by an allergic reaction are taking longer than expected, but still seeing great results. I have three difference nurse since the beginning of my treatment and they all are AMAZING. So far my October Treatment has been the best since March! Every since team member is so happy and pleasant and super helpful. LOVING My skin! I cant wait to go make up free.

Wanted to recognize the greatest nurse over at Laser Away in Woodbury. I was seen for laser tattoo removal ( which is a very painful procedure). Jenna Vinci was my nurse and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable on her lasers, informative, took her time and was efficient on her treatment. Post care was reviewed and the outcome was the best I have had. I have had over 10 treatments to this area and she by far was the greatest. Appreciate her very much and recommend her highly.

This review is based on just attempting to schedule an appt. I needed to reschedule my lhr appt to a location closer to my employment for convenience. This location was very hard to get a hold of someone when calling. This was my very first time calling this location for an appt. I called multiple times throughout the day and no one bothered to answer.

I had my first laser hair removal session with Jessie. She was amazing!! So sweet. I was so nervous and she even did a test spot on me for pain and a sensitivity reaction and I DIDNT EVEN FEEL IT! She talked to me the whole time so i felt more at ease. Just felt like cool air. It was the easiest experience & they even have a tv in the room so you can watch while you are getting your treatment. I haven’t shaved in almost a week and i can already see some results. Also, christina at the front is amazing and very personable. I highly recommend and I cannot wait to finish my sessions.

Third time getting Laser Tattoo removal with the 3rd Laser operator. Jenna was the best, uses the laser and chiller in combo like some sort of twenty-first century wizard. Super cool gal too, gets you chatting and you completely forget you are having a semi-painful procedure done. Already scheduled a follow-up procedure with her. I’ve done multiple treatments here from Clear + Brilliant to a Fire and I’ve facial done by Jenna! She was so great and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend this location as all the ladies are so nice and welcoming!

All of the lady’s are sweethearts and so welcoming, and I would have have 5 stars if it wasn’t for the young lady at the front desk, with the long dirty blond hair, what an attitude, and just rude. I am sweet and such a nice person to everyone, so it was like she was trying so hard to be nice to me, but it didn’t work (Sarcastic or Patronizing) I will get her name and edit this! The other girls though were amazing!

This location is the best. I do not usually leave comments, but the staff here at Woodberry is to be recommended. I waited five months before leaving this review. I wanted to make sure that this was not just a one-time thing. You know, some places you go to the first time you get this warmed welcome, and after that, you get this awful experience. At laser away precisely the Woodbury location “because that’s the only one I ever visited,” but I am 💯 percent sure that all the sites are the same. I just had my sixth appointment with Louise. Louise did my treatment, and Zeba was at the front desk. They are amazing. To be honest, I never had a bad experience over there. If you want that luxurious-looking skin laxer away is the place to go. You’ll thank me later. A big thank you to you at laser away. You guys are fantastic 😎

I waited for this location to open up in Long Island and I was happily surprised, as it exceeded my expectations. I was warmly greeted at the front desk and the procedure went smoothly. I have been going to LaserAway Woodbury for the past couple of years and have really enjoyed my experience. I have gotten leg, bikini, underarm, foot/toe, and areola hair removal. I also do the laser facials to try and help remove acne. I have also tried Xeomin treatments a couple of times. In the 8 treatments of laser hair removal, your hair won’t be completely gone, not it’ll be dramatically less. If you opt for more treatments (such as 3 or 6 more per body part), then your hair will be gone. I’m not sure if it’ll be gone forever since I’m just getting it done now, but I barely get any underarm hair since I’ve done more underarm laser hair removal sessions. I think Shannon and Louise do a great job in their multiple treatments and I like the service from Zeba, the location’s manager. I recommend getting your treatments done at LaserAway and I will keep coming back.

I was interested in having two different services done by this business and had a free virtual consultation scheduled. I waited for half an hour just to have a fifteen minute discussion before hanging up without having it done. I received a text from a woman by the name of Lauren that she was ready to have my consultation a few minutes afterward. I told her I was very disappointed and had moved on with my day after 30+ minutes of waiting on zoom. There was no apology or response at all. It is evident that LaserAway doesn’t value their costumer’s time and has enough business!

Came for tattoo removal today! Had the pleasure of seeing Shannon .. thank you so much Shannon for giving me a wonderful experience .. through miss communication I missed most of my numbing time for tattoo removal .. I wanted to cry. Actually I didn’t think I’d be able to finish my session but Shannon made me laugh & helped me finish strong!! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH !- A guzman

Best botox experience EVER!! I just moved from California and was blown away by Louise! She explained everything and made sure she listened and answered any questions I had...and the treatment was even better! She took the time to make sure I liked the botox placement and was ever so gentle in the application. Ive had not-so-great botox experiences in the past...with rapid consultations, painful misplaced application, and droopy results. 10/10 would recommend LaserAway of Woodbury! Thank you guys!

I went here for laser tattoo removal and after 6 sessions my small black ink tattoo was barley faded. I was very dissatisfied, after my 4th session I called and expressed my concern about how little progress there was and they assured me it was normal and it would be gone completely after healing. After speaking with other laser tattoo removal companies they said my tattoo should be completely gone and they did not know what they were doing. I do not recommend laseraway for this.

I would say that if possible come to this particular branch at woodbury, girls in the front are proffessional and super nice and nurse was really nice as well, i dont have yet anything say about the reault of the service that i am taking though. Hiwever, servicewise thus is a great place.

I have been going to LaserAway for about a year now for hair removal and clear and brilliant. The staff are always super friendly and as someone with a lot of acne scarring and skin texture I have seen by skin really improve.

Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment from Zeba the manager. She is patronizing and rude. She is unprofessional, and will make fun of you as soon as you leave. She doesnt care about you at all and is the fakest person I’ve ever met. Laughed at me over the phone, called me names, and made me feel so small.

Everyone is a pleasure, respectful and caring. I have great results everytime. Best thing I have ever done for myself was choosing laser away. I recommend the clear and brilliant laser facial and laser hair removal.

This was my first time and I had Ailen. She was great. She is professional and kind. She made sure to ask if I was OK in between sections and asked if I was ready to start another section. I highly recommend her for the Woodbury Brooklyn and Astoria locations.

I love this LaserAway. I’ve gone a couple of times now for both laser hair removal and Botox and everyone’s wonderful! Sammy and Jesse are super great they’ve both done both procedures on me so far and I’ve never felt more comfortable.

Extremely unprofessional! I cancelled my cool sculpting appointment due to personal reasons, and I had to file a CLAIM to get all of my money back, because their employees and customer service are trash - I was playing phone and email tag for almost a month, because they kept trying to push me off. So glad I didn’t waste my money

On my second treatment of clear and brilliant.Everyone is so nice and patient.Im trying to correct scarring from an allergic reaction. (Hyperpigmentation)I see a difference in just two sessions, Im diagnosed with needing 12 sessions.

The customer service here is amazing, not sure what these other reviews are talking about because from the minute I was interested in cool sculpting, to MONTHS after I got it done, they consistently check in on me.Not to mention during the actual procedure was the nurses and doctors very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They walked me through the whole thing and answered all my questions and really made me feel calm and confident about the procedure.Yes, the procedures are very expensive but I guess thats the price you pay for cool sculpting, because everywhere else was around the same price. I got 2 cool sculpting treatments done and the picture attached are my results 6 weeks after getting it done, there are clear results that I was very happy with. I was encouraged to get 1 more session done to target any fat cells left and I obliged because of the results from the first time, 12 weeks after, my second procedure Im not sure if I see any noticeable difference and am a little disappointed but if thats all the fat they can remove then what else can I do, no big deal!Thank you ladies again!

In all it was great. Painless, friendly staff quick and informative. Only downside I got lost finding the store and was sprinting to find it to make my appt because it was located in a odd spot but 4.5 stars it was great.

Extremely unprofessional and inadequately trained staff, please save your money and go to a board-certified professional. They ruined my skin and after contacting them, they told me a customer service representative will get in touch with me as they cant do anything about it at the location. The customer service was supposed to get back to me within 24-48 hours, it has been a month, and no one has gotten back to me yet.
