I had known of Fiction for years as my dad has always gotten his tattoos here. I had a few tiny tattoos from other places and when I was ready for another, I booked an appointment. Fast forward to one year later, my entire arm is almost covered lol. Working with Sherlly has given me a new love of tattoos. Her dedication, talent and attention to detail is unmatched. She takes her time and gives such thoughtful suggestions. I am in love with all of my tattoos and counting down the days for when I’m back in that chair.

Sherlly did my tattoos and they are so gorgeously detailed and so perfect .shes so sweet SUPER CREATIVE and her hand is so gentle the tats didn’t hurt much . People often stop me to compliment her work and I always tell them fiction tattoo is where it’s at !!!! I can’t wait to have my whole arm filled with her work ❤️🔥

Went to Ken Broken at Fiction Tattoo in New York. You couldnt find a more genuine, interesting, nicer, or more talented person to work with! I cant say enough about how amazing and impressive Ken is! So glad I found him. He made the experience and the art work better than I imagined. So happy and excited to get it finished... Although now Im thinking about whats next. Maybe I will have to force myself to wait... LOL

13 hours agoNEWWould give none if I couldI scheduled an appointment with Sherlly as a first time client. Was recommended by a friend of hers. She last minute told me to reschedule when we talked earlier that afternoon and when I said I would prefer my deposit back due to my tight scheduling she completely took it personal, put words in my mouth and handled the situation very immaturely. Knowing she is the daughter of the owners I just hope the parents would handle that situation a lot more professionally. If things go good for you here congrats, but if you ever wanna book sherlly just make sure you go by HER schedule not yours unless you’d love to encounter passive aggressiveness.

Hands down the BEST TATTOO spot in NYC! Its honestly a hidden little gem! Bella does absolutely AMAZING work!! AMAZING! Her personality is awesome , she explained everything in detail just a wonderful experience! If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Honestly check them all out . She made my sons first experience painless, smooth and great all at the same time.. Thank you again Bella and see you soon

I got my first tattoo done by Sherlly and it was better than anything I would’ve ever expected. My tattoo took a while to finish and Sherlly was very reassuring the whole time and wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The price was also very affordable and more than worth it for the final product. I really love it. I’ll definitely be back in the future! I highly recommend. They were very welcoming from the start and Sherlly is just really talented.

The incredible detail and time that went into both pieces is by far a true masterpiece. One is never truly done and cant wait to add to these. Both Ken And Bella and their daughter Sherlly all do top knotch work a cut above the rest in my opinion.

This is an Amazing tattoo parlor. The 2 artists (husband and wife) have the best artist style and skill Ive ever seen in a tattoo establishment. They treat each customer like VIP and are extremely professional. Highly recommended!
