Owner is super chill, fun to hang with. Did my septum piercing, couldnt give a higher rating if I tried. Shes great.

First off, I, Traci Burgess is posting this review (the wife) 😉I’m late posting this review (wink wink Whitney, lol) because you did an amazing job on my piercing, other than cleaning it, I don’t think about it. Your knowledge is in in unsurpassed and I love your shop! I was so impressed and I look forward to you doing my next tattoo.

Brought my daughter (5) in to have her ears pierced. We were both greeted warmly and made at home. The entire process was fantastic and informative, from the initial introduction to the discussion of aftercare. And the little goody bag at the end was the icing on top!

I went in for a cartilage piercing about a month ago. Whitney was very friendly and professional. She is very knowledgeable about her job and I would highly recommend her for any piercings or tattoos. My helix piercing is perfect!

Whitney at Iron Rose tattoo was AMAZING!!! She was all for the experience of the customers, and she made it one of my favorite tattoo experiences I’ve had yet. She was super friendly and her tattoo pieces came out BEAUTIFUL! Great line work, fabulous company. Will be getting more tattoos from her!

I went in on my birthday (3/29) to get my septum done, and the entire experience was great! Whitney did an amazing job with explaining the procedure and what was expected to happen, as well as what she expected from me. Her directions were very clear and put me at ease. The aftercare instructions were very detailed, and paid out in the end. It’s now been about a month and a half 5/17) and my septum has healed great! Definitely will return for future piercings and tattoos!

My daughter got her nose piercing done here. The woman that did it was very good, gave her all the information she needed to care for it and let her know what was going to happen. She made her feel so comfortable and she had a great experience.

On my nieces 8th birthday, we went to Iron Rose to get our ears pierced. Whitney was wonderful with both of us. She is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. She was excellent with my niece, making sure she knew exactly what was about to happen every step of the way. Very happy and grateful we went there!

My son and I went here to get piercings together. He got his ear pierced and I got my nose pierced. Whitney did a wonderful job, was very knowledgeable on the process and aftercare, and even walked us out to our car. Not to mention, her shop decor is 🔥Not only would I return to this shop, but Id hire her to decorate my house lol 😂10 out of 10.

Whitney was wonderful to work with and has such an eye for detail. I had a great experience and felt she truly cared about me and the art. I couldn’t be happier with my tattoo! She took all the time I needed to explain and go over design choices with me, which I really appreciated. Wooster is lucky to have her!

You walk in and the atmosphere is absolutely welcoming and amazing. Whitney welcomed me with amazing professionalism and kindness. I got a decent sized tattoo. She walked me through the entire process and every step she took. Everything was clean and sanitized. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. She made the entire tattoo process easy and fun. My end product was so much more than what I expected. I am floored at the amazing job she did. I will definitely be coming back and recommending more clients her way.

I took my daughter here today to get her a second piercing that I promised her for her birthday. At last minute, I decided to get my anti-helix pierced to show her that it wasnt that bad. Whitney was great!! Very funny, and made my daughter feel absolutely comfortable. Be sure to bring cash, as this is cash only! Great place, absolutely recommend 100%

Went there today (3/19) to get a couple of piercings. Whitney was very professional. Took the time to make sure everything looked great and I was satisfied with the placement before doing the piercings. Quick and painless. Throughly explained aftercare for each one. Would definitely recommend and will be back for any future piercings. May even schedule an appointment for a tattoo.

Hannah and Whitney took great care of me getting my first tattoo. Hannah did an excellent job walking me through the after care and did an AMAZING job giving me said tattoo. Would highly recommend and cant wait to come back!

This shop is not only beautiful, but so incredibly friendly. Very knowledgeable and precise. They explain each step of the process in detail so you always know what is going on and what to expect. Ibwill be going back for my tattoo also. Thanks so much for such a great experience.

Tried to call and ask a question and she literally hung up on me without even answering what I was trying to ask. Very unprofessional.Just saw their comment back, liars. This woman straight up said “listen sweetheart we don’t do walk ins” and then hung up. Not only did I hear this conversation but everyone in my car did as well. Like why are we lying

I had a piercing from another shop that desperately needed attention. I made an appointment and when I got there I had an excellent experience. The shop is very clean and professional. 10/10 would recommend. definitely going back!!!!

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! The owner is rude and treats you with no respect. She is even worse to her employees. Horrible!! I would never recommend her or this shop to anyone ! PLEASE BEWARE

I went to call to see how much a small tattoo would’ve been, and the person on the phone was rude. Barely let me get into conversation and quickly shot me down about appointment only which I was trying to get to. Will not be going here

Loved the atmosphere, and the amazing staff. They gave me and my friends beautiful tattoos that will last and look amazing years down the road.

Forgot my appointment. Waited 3 hours for a small tattoo that she messed up. Went to another artist at another business to fix. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
