I dont know how this dump got 5 gold stars . went for a tattoo had an appoinment and waited for over an hour . the place is filthy , the bathroom is a hepatitis trap . once i saw the filthy conditions and was tired of waiting i got the hell out of that dump . ALSO PENNSYLVANIA IS NOT REGULATED FOR TATTOO PARLORS !! get a tattoo at youre own risk . P.S IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 GOLD STAR I WOULD !!!!!
