This location is great, Brian was fabulous, very careful and neat. Septum piercing was quick and he made it not very painful. I would recommend this spot for piercings to anyone any time of the day!

I am on my fourth laser tattoo removal service. I am very happy with the results. I shopped around at tattoo shops around Westchester and they quoted me a much higher price per session. Burning phoenix has the most reasonable price for this service. Brian does my laser removal and he is so great! Very kind and patient and friendly

I don’t normally leave reviews but this definitely deserves a review. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs a piercing to come here. Brian was so nice from the beginning to the end. I got my belly pierced and it didn’t hurt and it was just a pinch. Why I also gave it 5 stars is because he told me about aftercare also and I appreciate that because a lot of piercing places just pierce you and don’t give u tips on how to clean it in the long run, so u could definitely tell that Brian loves what he does. Brian was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I have other piercings and was looking to get the other side of my nose and also to get my belly button pierced again that I took out a long time ago. I did my belly piercing here, it was very quick and not very painful at all! I would recommend.

I had my lobe pierced at the mall and it led to a minor infection and inflammation due to the butterfly back being too tight. Brian was able to change out the hardware to ease the discomfort and the infection was gone in a day. Totally recommend getting a piercing done properly here! Thank you.

I recently got a double helix and I have to say it was the best experience i’ve had getting a piercing. Brian was absolutely amazing and he was able to switch my belly piercing to something more suitable for me and so far i’ve had no problems with heeling. Okay, so I’m a low-pain-threshold-drama-queen and I went in there 2ish weeks ago to get a nose piercing.Freaked out at the site of the needle.Apologized profusely and ran out of the place.Came back after 10ish minutes of crying and asked for the piercing.Got it done in less than 5 minutes.The guy (I forgot to ask him name! Thanks to all the crying) was extremely sweet and patient with me.Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to go get a piercing!And it didn’t even cost me much. 40 (without tips) for a nose piercing sounds incredible!!

I have been coming to this shop for almost 10 years now and have received nothing but amazing service and quality. Brian has pierced me upwards of 30 times and I’ve never had any issues with any piercings. Seriously a great place! Went in for two lobe piercings, it was quick and painless. The studio is as clean as can be and everyone super friendly. I changed my earring to a too-small earring (oops) and my piercing got very angry. Brian had me come back in where he was able to clean me up and put a more suitable earring into the piercing to allow it to heal again. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Burning Phoenix Studio to everyone!!

Burning Phoenix is one of the best tattoo parlors that I have been in. I got both piercings and tattoos at the location. Brian is a master Pierce and is utmost professional. I pierced here before and i also got a tattoo here, Brian is very professional knows what he is doing. The piercing took less than 5 mins did not bleed, did not hurt. I Heeled beautifully. I also got a tattoo by ceze he is amazing, does good tattoos very professional, quick & painless.

I went for my first body piercing after researching this place. I was very impressed at how clean the place was. Brian was very professional and did a great job. The ONLY negative is that the place is small and it was very busy. They did not enforce social distancing. Some customers did not have masks on and they could have told the customers to wait outside until they are called in.

Okay so. My pain tolerance is EXTREMELY low. Brian was extremely patient with me and maintained proper sterility. They even have stress balls in case you’re afraid of the pain. Overall this place was great and have great prices and have a variety of services.

Extremely cold and standoffish environment, no one smiling or friendly at all. Tattoo artist was extremely rude and applied what felt like a really unnecessary amount of pressure when wiping off the ink. Dirty floors, did not seem like a very sanitary environment. Probably the worst experience Ive ever had in a tattoo shop.

I went to this shop since it was closest to me, to take my daughter to get her nose pierced and all we got was a nasty attitude from the gentleman at the front and turned around out the door because she wasnt vaxxed. (Face piercing requirement at this facility)If the person who is piercing the client has their mask on and “vaxxed” what’s the big deal but to each it’s own … July 2021 when face masks are not a requirement in most places but here we are acting as if this is the beginning of the pandemic all over again. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Won’t ever go to this shop again!
