Made an appointment 2 separate times for tattoo removal. Both times I arrived for my appointment, the office was closed. Asked around at the neighboring offices to make sure I was in the right place and they confirmed both times. No signs posted & no notice. Requested days off from work for both appointments. Waste of time & unprofessional
