I stumbled on here a few weeks back to get my septum ring replaced And had such a good experience with Boge I had to come back. Im slowly replacing all my cheap earrings and JulHead has so many styles to choose from. They even helped me with inserting them. Im so glad I live close because I will be here A LOT

Kat is such an amazing sales lady, she was so patient with all my inquiries! I got a tragus piercing. Healing smoothly. Cost about 110 with a Swarovski stud!

Went in as a walk in for a nose piercing and had the best experience! Kat was so kind and I felt very safe getting my piercing. I had a traumatic piercing experience when I was a kid and explained feeling anxious because of that to Kat. She took the time to walk me through the steps and make sure I was comfortable. I didn’t catch the name of the other employee, but they both took the time to answer my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at any point in the process. I live in the Bay now, but I will definitely come back here to get future piercings when I visit family.

Great place. Very professional and responsible. Took my son to get his ears pierced and since hes underage I had to submit two forms of his identification as well as proof of being his guardian. Loved that the most, some may not agree but Im glad they asked for documentation.

Came in for a spur-of-the-moment piercing and it was literally the best experience I could have asked for. Everyone is so nice and I felt right at home. Parking is easy - free parking structure just on first street.The jewelry selection is absolutely beautiful and I love being able to see pieces in person... I will definitely, 100% be back when my piercing is healed to reward myself with more pieces! There are so many that I want!P.S. My husband is still asleep on the couch.

I have the most beautiful ears now thanks to Boge! She helped me pick the prettiest opal for my helix and tapered my tragus on each ear with new gems that look like dainty starbursts. I am in love! Absolute best experience I’ve ever had getting a piercing. Boge was so very sweet and my boyfriend couldn’t believe how quick it went because I didn’t seem in pain. He didn’t think she pierced me lol. Absolute best experience and I will never go anywhere else! 10/10 The jewelry is not only beautiful but the customer service was top notch. I feel like we’re besties now. Can’t wait to come back and get my daith next!

I bought studs for $340, so the earrings are on the pricier side. The earrings are high quality. The environment is super friendly and sanitary. I had complete trust getting my earlobes done, and I had plenty of time to pick out my earrings.

I came here on recommendation to get my navel pierced. This was my first piercing so I was pretty nervous. The staff was amazing and did such a good job at calming me and also answering all of my questions. The staff is very fun and playful but still show a lot of expertise and professionalism. The place was clean, and I mean CLEAN! The display cases didnt even show a single sign of dust! The staff sanitized the jewelry and the tools and made sure everything was safe to use. I did have to sign a waiver prior to getting the piercing. The actual piercing went really fast and smoothly! No complications! Bog was my piercer and she was so chill and really fun to talk to! She was very good at keeping me calm and making sure I wasnt going to faint! I highly recommend coming here! Its only been 3 days but my piercing is healing with no trouble at all!

I got my conch and second earlobes pierced with Kat and had a great experience! I was a bit nervous because my first ear piercing experience was when I was younger and got it done with a piercing gun at Claires (which I now know you should never do) and the healing process was absolutely awful. But with my new piercings, the difference is night and day. Kat was very thorough with explaining the aftercare and was happy to answer all of my questions. Ive had my piercings about three weeks now and so far they are healing nicely!

Went in yesterday for my Daughters navel piercing. The experience was the best I could have hoped for! Boge was amazing in calming her nerves and the man at the front was so kind and they really made the whole visit perfect. I had a great experience at JuL Head, and the reviews here helped me choose JuL Head over the many other options. Especially being a student, it would be have been very tempting to go to a mall for a “standard” lobe piercing. However, although it is a fairly common practice, getting a piercing is significant and you want to be safe. The practices in place, and the all the materials and equipment used made me feel like I was in good hands. The jewelry is of amazing quality (gold with hypoallergenic / non reactive titanium backing) and will last forever. Especially for fresh piercings I believe it is important to have safe and quality materials. And that is what they offer at JuL Head. Overall, I had a great experience and recommend them!

I was recommended here by my sister. She got her septum pierced here 3 years ago. I looked it up, read the reviews, and decided to go. I called in spoke to Kat, and was told they were booked but I could come in as a walk in and expected waiting time was about an hour. Mind you I CLEARLY asked if I could go in as a walk in & she said yes. As I was excited, it had been nearly been 10 years since my last piercing I decided to wait the hour and go. Upon arrival I was told they were completely booked and they couldnt take me in. Mind you there was no one there waiting. Was also told if I was a minor I needed Id, Im 25! Long story short, I wasnt impressed. Called a local tattoo shop that is very well know, Vintage Tattoo Parlor and they took me in. Arrived and no more than 5 minutes later I was happily pierced. The reviews were good, but the actual service wasnt great. Glad all these other folks got a great experience, the same I had at Vintage Tattoo Parlor. Im sure theyre great! Just make sure you make an appointment.. dont walk in. Although they say they ACCEPT walk ins they sure turned me down.

I loved this! I just got my double helix piercing, it cost 100 dollars for the piercing and the earrings. Kat did the piercing, it was amazing, It hurt a lot but so worth it. Boge was joking around with me before and after, she really relaxed me, and Robert took care of all the legalities. It was so neat, this place is so clean and safe feeling, 100% recommend!

Came here back in 2018 to get my Tragus pierced and came back yet again for my Helix. Boge is the best, so professional, kind, and gentle. Will definitely come back again when I get an itch for another piercing.

Finally decided to get both nipples pierced about 1 1/2 yrs ago. I still have them. Both look great . By following that cardinal rule they repeatedly advised. “If you want to touch or clean the piercing anytime right after getting them. DON’T touch with your fingers! If you need to touch it because you had……DON’T touch w your fingers. DON’T touch w your fingers. Just DON’T touch w your fingers.” Doing that and by simply using the saline spray they advised. The piercings had very easy care instructions.

This is an awesome piercing place! I got a new piercing in between 2 that were kind of far apart and bothering me. They have so many earring options that are all really good quality. This is the first piercing that Ive had no issues with so far. If you pick an earring with diamonds, they probably have a Swarovski crystal alternative that is more affordable.

This place has knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were are also incredibly empathetic and understanding when I was scared to get my piercings done. I have been here several times now and each time has been a wonderful experience.

Always above and beyond customer service. Making guests feel welcome and informed of the new covid rules & jewelry pieces offered during this time. I was nervous to receive my piercing. But staff made me feel relaxed and confident of my piercing.

Great piercing studio, especially Adam and Robert. Adam has a seamless touch, did not even feel what was going on before it was all over and Robert has great customer service.They also have a great selection of BVLA jewelry, which is THE ONLY jewelry I use. If they don’t have what you want they will custom order the piece in any color gold or platinum and only real gems!!

Staff on point 100%. They wont steer you wrong. We went in for a replacement hoop for a nostril piercing and were informed that it was too soon to swap. Will definitely be coming back when its time to swap

This place is very professional. The employees make sure to review every single step in order to make sure it is what you want to pierce and how to go about it. They give you a piece of chemical paper to let you the buyer know that the equipment they used has been sterilized. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a piercing. Yes it is a little ways off, and yes parking might not be the most easiest to find. BUT it is honestly worth the hassle, especially if you dont feel like youll get what you want.

This is my second time getting a piercing here! This time I got my tragus pierced. It cost $30 for the piercing, but the earring was $60.Customer service here is excellent! Everyone is so friendly. Kat did a really good job! It didnt hurt that much. They explained the aftercare extreme well.Ask about the yelp deals!

OMG! Finally got my ear piercing! Ever since high school, when I saw a really bad case of piercing infection, Ive been terrified of ear piercing. But, these staffs were so friendly, informative, and supportive! They even brought two adorable puppies to cheer us on. The pain was light and quick, and they talk is through the after-care with patience and details. The price was a little shocking, but their designs are so cute. Totally worth it.

I wish I could give this place more stars!I am writing this based on two visits and both were extremely great and painless LoL.From the first day that I walked in and was help by Boge I knew I was in good hands. Her personality and amazing spirit made me feel like we were friends and I had nothing to worry about. I asked all the questions and concerns I had and with no hesitation I got all the answers and quick comebacks from Boge and the staff.This place is very well organized, cleaned, and up to date. They have everything set in prices and give you no runarounds.I went in and got my nose pierced for the fun of it and it was a great experience, about 4 months later I returned with an appointment to see Boge again to have the stud switched to a hoop, again with another great and smooth experience. #WinningI am not sure what other places cost to pierce or buy jewelry but this place is definitely one I’ll continue to return to. I’d rather pay more and feel confident in the service and product I am receiving.What should I pierce next....hmmmmmm lol

Ive gotten my nose, belly button, and thirds on each earlobe pierced at JulHead and I couldnt be happier with my experience. Their shop is the cleanest of all places Ive ever gone too and the staff is incredibly humble, caring, and informative. I HIGHLY recommend JulHead to anyone and everyone.

I went yesterday to get my nipples done. I was looking for a shop but all of them seem like they hated life!! Yeah, they werent gonna go spreading their sadness on my nipples. Until I called Jul head. This guy picked up and was so welcoming and knowledgeable about peircings( this is me just talking on the phone with them). I finally got to the shop and they are so friendly and funny. They make you feel like right at home. I went in scared out of my mind and talking to them made me feel so comfortable. The artist​ was so professional and super nice. If I end up getting anything else peirced I would definitely be coming back here. Thanks you guys so much!!!!!

Went in for a jewelry swap and I had some complications with the jewlery pieces I brought in myself. I have meet many people that kind and patient, but no one, I mean no one, will compare to Bogg(I hope I am spelling her name right). She was so suggestive and helpful and really like kept me calm was I was panicking.I am not sure who theman was but he was also really nice and curtis and so damn funny. They made me feel right at home which was such a nice change. I have went to other piercers and I swear they made me nervous to the core and made me scared. But NOT JuL Head. The staff was so professional and kind and really knew how to make the customer feel welcomed.10/10, highly recommend.

Amazing Customer Service and I got exactly what I asked for, they also are able to order pieces but with a wait time. The only drawback is that Jewelry pieces were a bit pricey.

Best prices available for both piercings and products! Employees are always very humble and willing to help. I always love coming here, never dull and never a rude person in sight and everything is affordable!

The staff here are a bit abrasive and will try to sell you things, even if youre just waiting on someone else getting a piercing. They do try to be friendly but it comes across as a bit obnoxious in my opinion. Their selection is decent, but really nothing that special.

Jul head is outstanding. Staff is kind, friendly, and ready to answer any questions. It is also exceptionally clean. I was very impressed and recommend to new or junky fellow piercers.

Don’t come to this location they are rip offs. They asked for too much or too little and plus every time I’m there. I don’t always go there but when I do, it’s like not even recently and they’re always rude. This place is something else.
