My artist, Cici, was very kind and professional from the beginning! She provided a very safe and comfortable environment for collaboration before finalizing the designs of the tattoos I received. And the designs are AWESOME! She didnt mind answering my questions. She was upfront about how long the session would take and the costs of certain embellishments and sizes. The shop itself is very clean and has plenty of nearby parking. You can feel the talent when you walk through the door. Also it was quite obvious that these artists enjoy working with each other and have a nice camaraderie. 10/10 highly recommend!

Vicki was my tattoo artist, she was sweet & so helpful with designing the tattoo I wanted & showing me diff ways and how it would look, definitely coming back!!! She also did a touch up on another tattoo I had. Literally brought it back to life!!! So happy!!

Cici made the experience really delightful. She was so accommodating and also was going beyond for me. Literally was on the floor at one point doing my tattoo just to get the right angle instead of me trying to break my arm. I have also just had many good experiences at Gee Ink so I tell all my friends about it!

They accepted my walk-in. Jade was my tattoo artist. Jade has an amazing personality, so friendly and nice. She definitely made me feel comfortable and assisted with getting my tattoo in the right angles on my arms. She’s extremely talented! I am definitely going back to get another tattoo done with her.

This was my first time here and it was a nice mellow vibe. I would definitely recommend looking through the tattoo portfolio available! There’s some really cool work! My artist, Jade, made the experience really enjoyable, comfortable, and peaceful. She gave the opportunity to have a little different theme of a flash art I chose due to me wanting a different color. I truly appreciate that she took some time and made a different cat for my color choice. I truly feel in love with it and the process of getting it was a breeze. This is definitely an environment I would suggest to my friends and I will definitely be coming again.

Price is high but everything else, amazing. Low pain, fast work, friendly artists, great detail. I can see why so many people would come back here for more. I worked with Vicki and Iris, who were both so talented.

Booking with Jade was really easy, I appreciate being able to message her directly on Instagram and discuss my tattoos. I’m VERY happy with my new tattoos, I think the shop has some really amazing artists. It was quick and easy to find the shop on google maps and I really appreciate the easy parking. I also appreciate being able to pay in Venmo too, I like the choices available for payment. The staff is always friendly and checking in is quick and straightforward.

Dot is such an amazing artist and was extremely friendly and welcoming!! He made me feel very safe and comfortable while attending my appointment. Found GH on instagram and fell in love with her artwork! Making an appointment was quick and communication with her assistant Max was very smooth. Everyone there was very kind :) GH showed me the sketch and made adjustments to fit my vision perfectly 😆 Incredibly talented. She was also sure to make time for breaks if I needed them and didn’t rush me at all. Great experience for my first tattoo and I am so glad and happy with the results!!

My experience was great from beginning to end. Dylan designed my tattoo based on a couple of ideas I had. He was very patient with me when I wasn’t completely sure about what I wanted the design to look like. We emailed back and forth and he ended up designing something that I loved. When I came in, everyone was super nice. Dylan gave me a couple options as far as sizing. Then he let my friends sit with me through the entire process. I was scared coming I because it was my first tattoo but he made me feel very comfortable and it didn’t even hurt. I am in love with my tattoo. Dylan pays close attention to detail so my design looks so delicate and beautiful. I am extremely grateful.

I went to GH for my latest tattoo and it’s honestly my favorite of all my tattoos now. She really worked with me to make sure we got it right. It felt collaborative but also like her suggestions were really from deep knowledge and experience. She really nailed it and I would definitely go back to her for more. Her style is really unique and she’s a very talented artist. The space is easy to access and very clean.

Cici was so kind! Soft spoken. Patient and very clear with instructions. Has amazing customer and bed side manner. Not only shes very polite but is un bothered and does everything with a smile! Amazing tattoo studio! My artist was Grant, he helped me make sure my positioning and sizing were ideal for my placement. His work was clean! Not too painful. The studio itself was very nice! Good music helped with my nerves. If you have more revealing tattoo they have screens for privacy! They even gave me coconut water for break! Parking was easy and the appointment process was easy! Ive been here for four separate tattoos (so far) and Ive been treated well each time! tian has been so patient with my pickiness concerning location and size. Ive left everytime completely satisfied with his work.all the artists have amazing work from what Ive seen and received. theyre very courteous in the planning, process, and aftercare. highly recommend the shop for a first tattoo or second or third or more :)EDIT: I trusted an independent artist who seemed to have good work and ended up with a halfway done, crooked tattoo. I reached out to Tian for help in finishing it and correcting any mistakes. I was received with understanding and a determination to fix it and Im so happy with the progress so far. I need another session because I had to tap out from pain but hes saved my precious design and Im so grateful!

Went to Modo Ink for their Halloween flash day and had an incredible experience! There was barely any wait, the studio space was extremely clean and welcoming, and the employees were all super friendly. Came in today as a walk-in and they happily took me in. At first I did made an appointment through their website but I wasn’t able to communicate with one of their artists as conveniently; plus, it took a while to get a response back from them regarding my ideas for my tattoo which left me in disbelief in the end. So, without hesitation, I decided to go to the studio in-person and asked if anyone was available. Luckily, Simon became my tattoo artist for the day instead of Vivi which is who I originally got appointed to through email. Regardless, he did an excellent job of replicating the reference picture of the two koi fishes I sent him electronically with such amazing precision, detail and shading. He even gave me a break in between due to my stiff back and arm which I appreciated. Thanks to his amazing artwork skills, I was left in awe and fully satisfied. From their amazing service, artistry, and professionalism, ModoInk Studio is from now on my go to tattoo parlor when it comes to my future tattoo projects. Highly recommend!

Went in for walk-in and Simon did an incredible job. Started with a conversation over the phone and some reference images, and then they put the design together, and was extremely accommodating to the changes and tweaks. I had my session with GH and it was 10/10. GH was so accommodating and sweet! I was able to make slight adjustments to the sketch she had and it was perfect! Her attention to detail is immaculate and her vibe is SUPER chill. She even provided really thorough after care and a cream for a few days after I remove the protective film. I can’t see myself asking for a touch up but if I ever did she offered a free touch a up within a month, so really good to know. Price was little high but what I expected for the detail I wanted and I honestly I couldn’t be happier.

Just had my tattoo done with Chris and it looks absolutely incredible. His artistic vision is amazing and he was able to piece together exactly what I had envisioned. During a few minutes of the session that were most painful, he took my mind off of things by talking with me as he worked efficiently on the tattoo. It is great that Chris is able to work so efficiently without sacrificing any of the quality in his art!

Kilee tatted me today and it was great. Before the apt I was sending her ideas till the apt day. When I got there I was able to easily revise the design. We did several changes to it but that’s just me being a meticulous person. I think we revised the tattoo placements like 5 times till it was right. I would 1000% recommend this shop specifically for Kilee if someone has a floral idea they want. Her attention to detail matches up with my expecation as a customer. Thanks again Kilee! This was mine and my mans first tattoo. We booked an appointment with GH and absolutely LOVE the work she did! From booking the appointment to getting our tattoos ModoInks team is wonderful to interact with. GHs skill with shading caught our eyes on Instagram so we wanted to book an appointment with her. She was very communicative throughout the whole process. She made sure the design was what we wanted (matching koi fish), was wonderful to chat with during our session, and gave us an absolutely amazing piece of art we will forever adore. You can truly see her passion for her work and the pride she takes in her artwork. She made sure we both knew how to take care of our tattoos in the next few days and how to recognize any problems that may arise. Were both extremely satisfied with the results and would definitely schedule another piece with her!

Found this place on IG and decided to give them a try. After reading through the profiles on their website, I decided to connect with Gloria for some fine script font and block font tattoos. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from everyone on staff (even though I entered from the back door). Gloria quickly retrieved me a cup of water as I got settled in. She was so nice during the entire welcome and remained extremely focused while doing the work. All in all, Gloria was a great artist and I am very happy with my work. She even offered touch ups if needed. Pricing was fair and the entire experience was great. I’m excited to go back and continue to get beautiful work done by Gloria and the entire team at ModoInk.

I loved Modo Ink Studio! Grant redid an old, faded tattoo of mine and it turned out amazing. Such vibrant colors! Also, my daughter got her first tattoo by Chris. The store is very clean and they used very sterile techniques. They also allow one free touch up within one month. My daughter made an appointment to have hers touched up. I went with her and, Chris, went ahead and reoutlined my tattoo which helped get rid of the last of the faded old lines. Everyone is super friendly! I highly recommend Modo Ink and will go back for my next tattoo.

Modo Ink was amazing! Grant was very knowledgable and gentle. They were super friendly, and very helpful with options. If there was a modification they worked well with the change. If there was something they just so happen to not be able to accommodate they could articulate why. Very fast but definitely detailed.

Chris is the BEST. I had an idea of what I had been wanting for almost 2 years and Chris made it a reality! Super helpful and willing to accommodate any changes I wanted. Very friendly and professional and a few other artists were learning from Chris’s technique. As long as I’m living in the area, I’m coming back for more ink.Also FYI if you want to book with Chris, make sure you do so at least a month in advance. I booked in November for a Feb apt.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR THE BEST TATTOO SHOP!!! Modo Ink is beyond amazing. Every single artist is extremely talented and will exceed your expectations. I have personally gotten over 10 tattoos with different artists including Chris, Jonah, and Jimmy and have never been dissatisfied. Their Orange shop is the original location, but this Alhambra location is just as awesome with many of the artists going in between both locations. I personally live in Irvine and actually hate driving, but I have no problem driving to Alhambra for the quality of tattoo I know I’ll get from Modo Ink. I will always recommend this shop to friends and family. Don’t hesitate to check out this place out! All of the artist’s work can be found on Instagram. My last tattoo was with Chris and it’s the hand of God to the kitty paw (see pic).

Everyone from the shop was very nice and polite. They all seemed to genuinely want to make my experience as best as they could and my artist really worked with my schedule and made sure I would be happy with my piece.

Have miz feelings, I got a tattoo here and its fading already walk in to do a retouch and was told to make an appointment. When getting the tattoo they told me I can do a walk in because it was a small one, also they didnt seem busy at all and my tattoo artist was there but wasnt available?
