I visited the shop tonight and pierced my nose with my cousin. Our piercer was so very patient and quick. No pain at all and he accommodated my cousin’s needs and was so understanding. I’m not sure of his name, but I believe it’s Nico. You should definitely visit him for piercings.

Andre was great, first tattoo for me and was everything I was hoping for. I had a tribute tattoo done for my wife who passed away in February, decided I wanted a butterfly with angel wings with a halo and for me it turned out absolutely fantastic. I appreciate everything he did and made it comfortable in the studio. Thanks a million for helping me try to cope with my wife’s passing. I will be back to get more in the future

Merriam-Webster’s dictionary describes “supreme” as “superior to all others.” This is the very word that comes to mind when I think of not just The Ink Spot in the Altamonte location, but the quality of the team working there. While every employee there is wonderful with zero exceptions, I am continuously particularly impressed with Lauren’s tattooing and Nico’s loyal company. They are both in every way, supreme. Friendly but not invasive, cool but not intimidating, they are the absolute best that Florida has to offer, and if you don’t believe me? Go ahead and get a tattoo for yourself! (All sales are final)

Eric Grant the “piercer” is extremely disreputable and unprofessional. He botched my girlfriend’s septum piercing after already pulling the needle all the way through, he began attempting to shove the horseshoe through the bloody freshly pierced orifice. Avoid this place, unfortunately we’ve had many good experiences before but Eric does not know what he’s doing and is going to hurt someone again or worse.

I do not recommended this place when it comes to purchasing jewelry. On two separate occasions I came in to purchase a belly ring and within a few weeks of wearing it the top somehow screwed off & disappeared without my knowledge. Even when I made sure it was secure, it still somehow came undone. Super frustrating.

I got my cartilage pierced here and Heather was amazing! She was so nice and friendly and did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.

Just moved to Florida looking for a new artist. I put a lot of faith in Nico doing the vitruvian man tattoo. Let me tell you, he knocked it out of the park! Nico will be the only person putting ink on my skin from here on out.

I had a tattoo done at this location along with my sister and my mom. I love the artist. Very delicate, artistic, great with fine lines. Totally recommended. We had a great and fun experience. I will come back to see Lauren and also Andre both born with talent.

Their piercing artists helped me out, when I took out my nose piercing of 6 months, and could not get my new jewelry in, due to scar tissue that had formed. He was kind, patient, calming, and professional. Definitely give this place five stars!

I went a d got a mother/ daughter tattoo. They were not friendly, some girl came out the back and took my money then disappeared we never saw her again, the guy that did mine and my daughters tattoo was sub par at best, it has been 10 days since the tattoo and her black is coming out. It has healed and her tattoo looks like its not complete. Mine looks complete but you cannot see any of the color in it even when you put light up to it. Our tattoos need to be fixed and they charged me $360 for these little tattoos, be aware before going here.

Ink spot is so amazing and comforting especially for it to be a place where you’re getting stabbed. Everyone is so sweet and warm seriously when you go you kind of don’t want to leave!! Gianna is the best piercer she so cute her style is everything I’d trust her with my life!

I went here to get my nipples pierced and I loved them. I can’t remember the name of my piercer but she was short and blonde and made me really comfortable and was more informative about the piercing than any tattoo shop I’ve been to

André did a fantastic job with my tattoos. He was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Lauren was so sweet and her custom pieces are so beautiful. I highly recommend this place, the people there are great.

Husband and I walked in asking for simple wedding band tattoos. They made us pay upfront. $210 = $200 for the tats + $10 card fee which we weren’t told about before the employee ran the card. We knew this price was a ripoff for what we were asking but wanted to be spontaneous so rolled with it. We were told someone would be out to help us soon. Soon never came. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it might be. I was only told we would be next. After an hour total of waiting we decided we couldn’t just hang out any longer without an end in sight. I told the employee up front that we were leaving and asked for a refund of our money. “I can’t do that,” was the response. I cannot stress enough how dry and unfriendly this person was being with us despite how nice and respectful and PATIENT we had been with them. We decided to avoid further confrontation and just dispute the charge with our card company. But oh my god I don’t think I’ve ever received worse service anywhere else in my entire life. Do not give your money to this shady business. This is the place giving tattoo shops a bad rap.I’ve attached a picture of my hand and the receipt to prove that we were charged for a service we never received.

I hade a great experience. Erica was very nice and explained the process. Nose piercing didn’t really hurt. Josh did a tattoo and a refresh on another one. Loved how both came out. Will definitely use them in the future!

Got my tattoo done here and and plan on going back!! Great hospitality from all the workers especially Lauren!! The tat came out fantastic and healed up nicely highly recommend this spot.

I went and got my first nose piercing here and may I say Amber was the best person to go to. She was friendly, funny and super quick. I’m not a huge needle person at all and have a very low pain tolerance but Amber made it such a great experience. It has healed very nicely and i’m in love with how it looks! 10/10 would highly recommend

My daughter had her septum pierced and it hasn’t been healing well. She called to let them know and they said to come in and they’d take a look. We stopped in today the piercer acted like she could care less about our concerns and said we could go to the doctor. I completely understand referring someone to a doctor but why ask us to come in and waste all of our time. Our concern was that she pierced through the cartilage and higher then where it was supposed to go and that’s why it’s not healing correctly she just shrugged her shoulders and said that happens sometimes and it just takes longer to heal. There’s also another whole on one side of the my daughters nose and it looks like the needle went through and was backed out and thread again underneath where the jewelry is currently sitting. She just said that wasn’t possible. Then explain to me how there is an extra whole in her nose??? Long story short save your money, time and pain and do not go here for piercing. Very unprofessional!

I’ve been coming here since last year , i love the atmosphere and everyone who works here . They’re all so respectful and have become more like family to me . I have gotten so many tattoos already and piercings from here . I would 100% recommend .

I loved my experience!! The young lady at the front desk was very personable and knowledgeable on both the piercing process and the tattoo process. Kyle was an awesome tattoo artist! Very professional and gave me exactly what I wanted and it came out better than I imagined it would. He was very friendly and kept me laughing throughout the process. Definitely recommend this place. My daughter came from Chicago for Thanksgiving and wanted to get her nose pieced. The gentleman that did the piercing was very professional and the place was very clean. She was very happy with the piecing and the price. Said it was cheaper than in Chicago.

Me and my friend went there to get pierced. We went as a walk-ins and Amber was ready for us just a few minutes later. She sanitized her working area, explained what she is doing and why she is doing it this way, asked if we liked how it looks and did it quickly and as painless as it could be! Was looking for a nostril piercing for my birthday and wanted one today.(Im impatient) I noticed Ink spot was open . I got there and noticed right away how clean and friendly the place as well as the staff were. Once Ericka was done taking care of someone else she was right to me. I told her what I wanted and she was right to it. She was super friendly and professional making sure I was comfortable and she had everything she needed. All the items were sealed and the room was super clean. Placement was verified where I wanted the piercing. One deep breath in then out and it was done. Felt no worse then popping a bump on the nose. A few tiny drops of blood and it was done. Ericka made sure I completely understand what to use and not to use to make sure of proper healing. She also made sure that if I had any questions please dont hesitate to call. I wish I could give more then 5 stars. I highly recommend this place.

This place is great. I got an ear piercing yesterday and everything was very professional and clean. The piercer is so nice, he explains everything and makes sure to get your opinion on everything. I love my love piercings, would definitely come back.If you’re under 16, make sure to bring the notarized form by the state and your parent who’s name should be on the form, it should be notarized same day as the piercing.

EDIT: Went back a third time, different piercer and now there is a $10 card fee and the price is way different than told. Has not been a full month since my last two visits.Went for piercings, the piercer, Erica, was great! Would recommend to anyojkne looking to get pierced.

I went there with my son, to be honest they were very friendly and nice! but their prices are “hyway robbery “ !!!! they wanted 600$ for a very simple tattoo. i have 2 tattoo one took 3 hours and it was lot less then that. my sons only took 45 min got it down the street and paid 200$ and the guy was amazing ! professional and didn’t try and rob us!!! i wont say shop i got it at but it’s literally on same road and 5 mins away . be careful and do your research . my son got this done in 45 mins perfectly! shame on you ink spot tattoo . i even offered to pay you $300 you said minimum $500

Theres no one at the front to take your paperwork so you end up being ignored for a half an hour (which is when I left) or more. Im sure they wouldve been good with tattoos, their artists are nice but the customer service is not

Amber did amazing with my second nose piercing! She made me feel comfortable , was clean and sanitary the whole time! Amber is awesome sauce, I’ll definitely be back to get more piercings from her!

So this is a piercing review only. No idea about the tattoo side of it.But a friend and I wanted to get a couple of piercings while she was in town. She wanted top of her ear and her nose and I wanted to re pierce my ears from having them close up years ago. I wanted a shop and not the mall or something cause it’s the second time.My brother recommended the place since he’s gotten tattoos there. I called in advance and spoke to Tim, his customer service phone skills were mediocre. he quoted me prices and said he’d be there all night.My friend and I showed up and he told us slightly different prices (only be 5-10 bucks total so whatever.) everything seemed clean enough, I’ve had other piercings years ago and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.My ears didn’t hurt too much he seemed okay doing them, but my right one was pretty swollen, he said to use antibacterial soap, not the bactine I’d used in the past. After a few days of pretty extreme swelling on the right one I finally started using bactine and it went down right away. However once I could clearly see it it’s apparent the piercing isn’t even, the right one is lower by a tiny amount, but the bigger issue is the angle is wrong, it’s pointing down by a noticeable amount. It’s also NOT On top of the original first piercing and I think that’s what’s causing it to take so long to heal. 8 weeks out and I’m still dealing with it. I’m really hoping that once it heals enough to switch these out it will be passable and I can keep the piercings, I can definitely tell though that it’s not right and I’m bummed about it.And on top of that he did my friends piercing in the top of her ear backwards the first time and had to remove the bar and come back through a second time, painful and lots of bleeding. Her nose was even worse he couldn’t get the jewelry through and it took THREE times, he was clearly shaken up about it and it was pretty traumatic for her. However, two months out and her piercings look much better than mine.Anyways, I would not recommend having Tim do your piercings. And it’s turned me off to the shop in general. He told someone in the back room there was an issue with our visit and he was giving us a discount ($20… thaaaansk?) but the person (manager? I’m not sure.) didn’t come to check or speak to us at all. Overall very disappointing and fairly traumatic, I would not recommend.

Ericka is amazing and so knowledgeable about piercings. Her customer service is above and beyond and she did an amazing job with my piercing and also being available if I had any questions at all, expressing to call or just stop in and she will check it out or answer it for me. They healed great and look amazing.

Gigi did some of my work and since shes not there, Maria has been taking care of my artwork ever since. Ive also gotten pierced here. I have no complaints.

Niko (hopefully I spelled his name right) is the best piercer I’ve had in a while. He pierced my sisters and I nose.and we also got tattoos all three of us.quick and painless. ❤️❤️

A bunch of employees were standing around when I got there and didn’t say hello or anything. But the guy who pierced my nose was very sweet, and the only guy doing anything, helped me and the other 2 ladies there all by himself.

Had amazing service! Erica who does piercings helped us so much! She did an amazing job designing our tattoos. Dale did our tattoos! Was the best tattoo artist I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend getting a tattoo here and ask for dale.

I went there to get something special on my neck and this is what I got I went recently to the tattto artist who did it he sits in the first room to the right , and he said he don’t know how to fix it I need it to talk to someone else and pay out of my pocket to get it fix when he was the one who made the mistake oh well if you want Ink Spot you will definitely have Ink Spot for the rest of your life .Worst tattoo place ever I regret it .

Not all the staff is pleasant but Niko (does piercings) seems chilled. However, Maria (tattoo artist) is cool as a cucumber! I will definitely hit her up for my next tat! 😎

My girl got her nose pierced & she is beyond happy. I on the other hand needed a crazy cover up & the artist Dale Martin was able to work with me on a great price. Any other place wouldve killed my pockets. I am extremely happy with my service & my tattoo. I will be back soon!

I spoke to the manager Seth about a price of tattoo, gave me attitude for asking a simple question. Horrible customer service. They Talked prices for a tattoo of a rose on my boyfriends thumb who barley speaks English or knows about tattoos. I put the price on him but I wanted to know more on why it was so expensive ($210) for something simple. If she was having a bad day she shouldn’t have taken it out on customers I used to recommend everyone to this shop never again. Again called about a price and instead got attitude for a question.

When I first got there I was greeted by Evan. Very pleasant. The tattoo artist Dale, was very impatient and was rude and took away from the experience of me getting my first tattoo. He was cold and the tattoo wasnt centered on my arm correctly. Luckily he no longer works there. I went back for another artist to rectify the spot of ink that the first artist did. It went from bad to worse. The art was extremely crooked and very off point. It looked like it was done by a child who overdosed on caffeine and has a short attention span. PLEASE!!!!! if you value your skin... DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Erica pierced me and my friend and we decided to get a septum piercing. She explained very thoroughly and very sweet. She was gentle and very clean! Thank you very much!

I cant emphasize enough, absolutely do not come here for any piercing. I had a new nose piercing done & the ring came out. I was unsuccessful in getting it back in, so I came here. Thirty minutes later & a big needle through my nose, blood everywhere & the most pain Ive ever experience, the piecer was still unsuccessful & my nose was so soar. A week later I went to Habitual Ink & within less than a minute with no blood & no pain he was successful. The piecer was also nice enough to give me a free bottle of antiseptic for the swelling that was in my nose from this place. There are professionals who do these things for a living & there the others who dont & I had to learn the hard way.

I got a surface tongue piercing. The shop is nice. They follow all the proper procedures. Very clean and sweet. But the girl spent 30 mins trying to talk me out of it. Then she did it. The clamp was EXTREMELY painful. And the piercing is crooked. I love it. It’s just a little off center. And sore. But the pain pretty much went away right after. Just make sure to eat plenty of cold things.

I was so scared to get my piercing to help with my migraines but Ericka explained it all to me and made me comfortable with the decision. I got my left side done first and she warned me I might need both to her done and sure enough i had to go back and get the right side done. I recommend this place to everyone and to get the piercing done by Ericka.

We love Ink Spot. My daughter had her bellybutton pierced a few years ago, and decided to get her first tattoo. Kyle did a wonderful job adapting it to where she wanted it. We will go to this spot again.

I’ve come here for several facial piercings which have gone well, but recently I went in for snake bites and it took the piercer 4 tries to get them even, and even still the piercing placements are at different spots on the inside. I did not pay $100 to have my lip repeatedly pierced 4 times, which left 3 extra scars, and I’m still unhappy with my piercing. Really upsetting, I will not be coming back here again

DO NOT GET A TATTOO HERE! I had a horrible experience. The people were great but the talent is crappy. I went in to get a tattoo, showed pictures of what I wanted and got the complete opposite! I was COMPLETELY overcharged for the quality of work I was given. My 3 year old couldve tattooed a better design on me! I was so upset I went to another shop a few days later and the lady told me I was the FIFTH person to come to her shop with a messed up tattoo from this place. Im completely heartbroken and angry. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SKIN AND MONEY! Hopefully I will be able to get this mess fixed in a few weeks.

Do not recommend coming here or at least be cautious. Came here several months ago for some ear piercings with my friend. We only came for the fact that we were in the area instead of going to our usual place. The girls personality was sweet but we have recently found out upon going back to our normal place to replace our earrings that she messed up my piercing and because of it i cant have the earring ive been wanting this whole time, which is why i had it done in the first place. She also used cheap jewelry. Which is why my piercings and friends were infected. And they are SO OVERPRICED just for me to have 2 piercings done to my ears was almost 100$!! We will NEVER come back to any of there locations and will make sure we go to our usual trusted tattoo shop. I dont like posting bad reviews but since i can get in contact with customer service this is what its come too.

Went in today to get a mid-ear piercing. Kim took such great care of me. She took the time to make sure that I was confident with the placement and was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Ink Spot tattoo for piercing.

I called and asked to get my septum pierced. spoke to somebody who told me the piercer would be back in 30. waited 30, got there, they told us to wait another hour for her. we waited an hour. and then another 30+ minutes. went in, after once again speaking on the phone multiple times stating i wanted a septum piercing. When she finally was ready to pierce my nose she told me to wait another hour and a half for her to clean her clamp. this is the third time this exact thing has happened to me at this ink spot. Yall shouldnt even be allowed to run this shop i am so unbelievably angry and disappointed ive been trying to get this done for four weeks now the unprofessionalism and the clear lack of communication between the workers is outstanding.

Erica pierced my conch and pierced my friends rook. She did a great job, barely felt it. She was also very thorough and explained care and the process beforehand. We will definitely be back !

I absolutely love this shop. Not only in Altamonte but Orlando. Ink spot is known for its warm hospitality and cleanliness. With every new piercing I am shown the expiration dates on all the tools and the fact that they are unopened in their packages. I recently got skin divers and the piercer on site made it as comforting as possible. I was very pleased with how they came out and will be providing pictures, but previous to that I had went in for tattoos. T-bone was extremely professional and gave me the upmost respect while tattooing my rib cage. I got breaks when needed and didnt feel like I was being a bother when I asked for one. He was extremely patient and kind, as a tattoo artist should be when inking something on your body for the rest of your life lol. So I definitely recommend them ! Thanks Ink Spot for helping me decorate my Temple 🤘🏻

If you want a tattoo that need to be cover up then this is the place.The tattoo artist isn’t professional, they do the sessions vaping, in a loud environment and chatting a lot with other artists. Never again!

The past two months have been extremely difficult but after a specifically hell ridden week, I stopped in and had the best experience for my first tattoo. No regrets what so ever and cant thank Sonny enough for being so welcoming and awesome at his job. The tattoo looks amazing and I cant wait to go back!!!

Terrible, Awful , Appalling!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in HOURS before closing, for a very simplistic tattoo, for 3 of my friends and myself. Tattoo was literally one color, and smaller in size than a quarter. (We are talking three tinyyy triangles.) We were told it was no problem, girl at the front desk even ran my friends card. Then in came the foul talking, and looking artist and we all had to watch endure and hear his adult temper tantrum about wanting to go home. We all felt so uncomfortable with the mans obvious animosity. During his rant he said he would only do maybe two of the 4 tattoos, because he was in such a hurry. Well, a rushed tattoo, at an already sketchy facility by a man with fire in his voice and hate in his eyes was not exactly what we were looking for. We respectfully asked for a refund - since they would not do what they had originally stated was no problem. To which they declined. So here we are, money lost, no tattoos, and the only option to give this trash shop 1 star - instead of the more appropriate 0.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Do NOT go here for piercings under any circumstances. I went in just to get a replacement earring. I ask the guy to help me put it in because its in a tough angle in my ear. First he tries to get me to pay in cash which I refuse. Then he picks it up with his bare hands. He never sanitizes it before attempting to put it in. He claims he cant get it in because it has closed up. Ive had this piercing for years and as soon as I went across the street to a different piercer, he got it in. When I ask if he can try using the little piercing tongs to hold the piercing instead of his large hands, he proceeds to use the tongs (which he pulled out of a drawer loose and not cleaned) ON MY EAR. It hurt! He kept trying to pull my ear so he could see. I eventually told him to stop and asked for a refund. He told me he couldnt give me a refund because it already touched my ear. I left and will never go back. I suggest you dont either.

Lauren is an amazing tattoo artist and all around person. Shes patient, detailed, and creative. Lauren makes the experience of getting your special tattoo more memorable.

Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience getting a tattoo ever and I didn’t even get one! Had to leave before they even got set up because of a family emergency and already paid in advance....won’t give a refund and it was almost $700. Terrible customer service and management. I live in NY and was here on vacation so I can’t just go and reschedule.

Not a great experience-definitely over priced, not great customer service & bad tattoo work. Ended up having to get it covered by my normal tattoo artist & it was a small forearm tattoo, line work was terrible & splotchy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I love almost every Ink spot location. This one is great, Kyle did my ankle tattoo and touched it up a month later it looks great. He also fixed a tattoo another shop messed up, very good and will return for future tattoos

They wanted to charge me $500 to do a one square inch tattoo of a pig. And their work is absolutely disgusting. The tattoo was literally an emoji symbol no more than one square inch and they wanted $500 this place is a joke

This is one of the cleanest shops Ive been to. Ryan has done two of my tattoos and Im so so happy with them both. Kim has also done multiple piercings for me and friends.

Stopped in for my friend to get her ears re pierced it was quick affordable and didnt take long. Friendly staff and they were very clean about the piercings dont get this done with that stapler device at the mall...lol go to a professional always :)

If i could give this place a zero i would 100%. worst experience i have ever had. the lady was rude and acted as if she didn’t know what she was doing. she was refusing to do things we asked of her and telling her no you paid for the priercing and you are getting it. her ear filled up with blood and was pulling blood clots out of my sisters ear as my sister is telling her she can’t hear. asking the lady if she can flip over to drain the blood and the lady tells her no. if i were you i would NEVER in a million year bring anyone here or recommend this place to not one person.

If you care about your wellbeing DO NOT GO TO Inkspot Altamonte!!!!! A tattoo artist by the name of Kyle came outside of the business and decided to swing a deadly weapon at my car with me (6 months pregnant), my 3 year old, & my fiancé in the vehicle. This employee has threatened another friend of mine in the past & I was told he was just drunk and not to worry about it. We brushed it off. After contacting the business, they told me it happened outside of the business & it’s a personal matter. This happened in the parking lot not more than 10 feet from the door. Very poor business practices & disgusting behavior.

Came in to get piercings removed, they were very friendly and even cleaned the jewelry for me. Put it in a sanitary bag in case I want them again. Thanks!

DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE. I went to get a lip piercing by Kim and she put in such a small post that it went INTO my lip while the piercing was healing and my lip is swollen so bad that I cant even speak. I am in severe pain. I now have to go to the ER to get it removed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AND END UP IN MY SITUATION.

Josh is awesome. He gave me the experience I was looking for on my first tattoo. Ask for Josh for sure. He took his time and made the illistration become reality. Hes a real artist

Do not go to this place!!! They do not listen to the costumer and act like they don’t know what there doing. It was a very bloody piercing. Do not go here. I do not recommend it because the lady there was not listening to the costumer. The costumer said that it was the worst thing that has ever happened to her. The lady there said that she could not do anything because she already did it.

I went in today out of the blue to get my tattoo touched up. Everybody there was helpful and willing to help bring my idea to life. My flower tattoo is so much darker now and absolutely beautiful. This is the only place I’m going from now on.

Went for Friday the 13th tattoos it was crazy busy as to be expected but the place was really clean and the employees were all very polite

This was my 4th or 5th time having my tounge pierced and it was by far the least painful and the quickest out of all of them which was awesome. Amazing service and I felt completely comfortable.

My bestie and I went in for some birthday celebration piercing. Nico was knowledgeable and comforting. I would highly recommend!!

Drove all over the place looking for somewhere to get my nose pierced. They were super professional, clean, and it didnt hurt at all. I have had it pierced before and it was much more painful.

The lady up front was very professional and helpful but whoever the guy in the back with the ponytail who’s studio was on the right side was just completely unprofessional and rude. He told me it’ll be 10 mins then he’ll see me, it was an hour so I had to leave and come ( which they told me was ok to do) when I called and stated I was on my way back, he said he didn’t have time. It wouldn’t been a big of a deal if I hadn’t paid already which I was also instructed to do. Asked for a refund since he couldn’t see me they then stated they couldn’t give me a refund. WTHI DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go somewhere else

Sonny and Kyle are awesome not only will you get what you ask for but they will suggest just little things that may make your tattoo look a little better than you thought. They are very professional and clean. Wouldnt ever go to anyone else

They really take the time to sit down with you and find the right tattoo that will work for cover-ups and they truly take the time to make you feel comfortable. Sonny is great his work is on point.

Did not get what I overpaid for. Two sentences of song lyrics in simple calligraphy.First stencil had one sentence taller than the other and it was only redone because I pointed it out. A word is off-center and the font looks nothing like what I picked out on the stencil.

I had a piercing put back in that was removed due to having x-rays. She put it back in without having to repierce. She got the job done and was very quick and Friendly.

Erica was awesome she did my nose piercing and she was such a great conversationalist she made it super chill and quick.

Brought my girlfriend here and her best friend to get there best friend tattoos my girlfriend tattoo ended up coming out grey and infected and so was her best friend to only reason for 3 start is because of the friendly service
