Lady B is the best!! She is an amazing piercer! She took the time to make sure the placement was exactly what I wanted & had even helped me chose the jewelry. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for some new piercings. After she was done she thoroughly went over aftercare instructions & gave me her homemade aftercare solution. My niece and I went for ear piercing and Lady B was fabulous. It was by far the most professional piercing experience I have had. She was educational and informative on what we needed and why. She provided numbing cream and detailed adtercare instructions. She was not pushy or inpatient. And made my nervous niece feel very comfortable. The shop was clean and inviting as was she. I would see her again for any other piercing.

Lady B is great!! She knows what she is talking about and is an amazing piercer! She took the time to look over some piercings I got in a different state and found that they were starting to get infected internationally. She cleaned them out really well and made sure I knew how to clean them to prevent further infection. When it came to my new piercings, she not only made sure the placement was exactly what I wanted, but also that they looked right for the shape of my ear and would compliment any other piercings I may choose to get in the future. After she was done she went over aftercare instructions & gave me her homemade aftercare solution (which will also help with the infected piercings). I highly recommend her to anyone looking for some new piercings or help with your existing ones! I will definitely be going back!

Got my vertical labret done here yesterday, good price seemed clean and the piercer was very kind and quick and did a good job explaining the aftercare. She did show me the placement and it looked good but when I got home it does look a little off but Im hoping once it heals it looks different. Seems to be healing pretty good so far and she sent me with some cleaning solution! Good experience!

I got my double nostrils pierced by Lady B, shes so professional and talked to me throughout the whole thing. Recently got my septum re-pierced after letting it close about three years ago & I was a bit nervous because the first time I got it done it hurt so much but with Lady B it was PAINLESS! I got a tragus and a second nostril piercing in one appointment. I was impressed at how detailed she was with her work and very pleasant to talk to. I especially loved that she numbed the spot where I was being pierced, which is the first for me and it helps! She did a great job. I saw also that a minor was waiting with her dad for ear piercings. This is especially nice because its much more sanitary than going to Claires. She has plenty of selections with different types of metals and colors depending on your needs. She also makes the cleaning solution with distilled water, tea tree, and sea salt [no iodine]. I never had a piercer with several selections, they usually give you what they have and I am stuck with it. I usually get piercers that tell me to buy the solution they sell to use it or buy their sea salt spray but not here. You get what you pay for. This is quality. Best piercer Ive been to thus far and Ive been getting piercings since 2000. The storefront name makes sense.

AprilWent here to get a helix and my ear lobes pierced. Lady B was super patient and accommodating with a first timer. The environment was super clean and relaxing. I would go back for additional work in the future and can easily recommend people to this shop.October Update: Last round of piercings healed awesome and I still love them. Lady B just did my Tragus. I am now writing a fantastic review myself, because this place is AWESOME. The price is perfect, the jewelry is beautiful, and the service is the best I have ever experienced. The owner did my piercings, and she was so nice and helpful even though I came thirty minutes before closing. If you need a piercing this is the place to go - I could not recommend it more!! I had an amazing experience, Lady B pierced my cartilage and industrial, service is outstanding, cleanliness outstanding, very comfortable and welcoming energy. I even spilled my juice on the floor and she was completely cool with it. Barely felt any pain whatsoever. She goes into great detail with aftercare and it shows that she really does care about you and your experience. If you haven’t gotten the idea yet, you HAVE to go here!! Opens at 11am..came in as a walk in..I needed my flat earring replaced since it had fell out a few days prior (piercing was done else where a few years back) Was such a cute replacement that I ended up getting worked in for two new Tragus piercings right then abs there. This is the best service I have ever had! I called for an appointment and she took me right in. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. I knew the daith piercings were going to hurt (not my first rodeo with them), but she did a little numbing prior to the piercing. She supplied the aftercare solution and educated well. Ray is an absolutely amazing artist and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The shop is relaxing and Ray is honest with you when it comes to the design you are asking for. If he has a suggestion to make it better, he will suggest it like any artist should, but doesn’t. He cares about his work and his name on that piece of art. He has been doing this 16 years or more and truly is an artist. His wife Brenda does massages, teeth whitening, piercings and more. They also do permanent make up, which looks amazing. They both take pride in what they do and it shows. I recommend them both to all and have a lot of compliments on both of my pieces he has done. Now for a third one done by him. My experience here was amazing!! Highly recommend.Piercing: Septum piercing. I stopped by here to finish off a 5 weekend roadtrip I am taking with my best friend. I messaged her, and she let me know that she was fully booked, however she was able to get me in with no problem.Experience: Everything was well sanitized. She was thorough and detailed in the explanation of the process, the jewelry and made sure all my questions were answered. She used a cleanser with 4% lidocaine in my nose, so the pain was very minimal. The clamp placed in my nose hurt more than the piercing.Facility: clean, spacious and open. Bathroom was also clean. The waiting area was clean and spacious.Price: (as of 7/2021) 40 dollars for the piercing, the jewelry and aftercare. I consider this an amazing price!!!Overall: great experience, she was knowledgeable, made me feel as comfortable as I could feel (I was nervous), and made me feel safe and informed about the piercing I was paying for. If I lived in the area, I would confidently come back here.

This place is Uh-MAY-ZING!!!!!!!!!I visited Brenda at Tatto Spa on Saturday May 18th. Brenda was so patient as she installed 5 nose rings, 4 of which were teens. She was sure to give clear care instructions and answered all questions efficiently. I later had to return due to self inflicted complications and each time I arrived I was greeted and treated like family. I even had to pleasure of meeting her husband Ray who I will return to see for some body art.

Went with Lady B to get my ears pierced and she did a wonderful job! Loved how nice and understanding she was! Definitely will go there back again.

The lady at this place does not know what she was doing when she pierced my septum, she literally asked me if the clamp felt like it was in the right spot. that was over a year ago and got it re pierced today CORRECTLY by a guy named tanner lemons at american vengeance tattoo.on top of all that she also pierced one of my nipples wrong.

I went to Ray Rincon for a cover up. My cover up was huge and had dark letters, so I was skeptical if he could get the job done. He sure did come through and cover it up with something I absolutely love and have pride in having it on me. Great quality work, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAY RINCON.
