Absolutely amazing experience! My friend and I went to get her some new piercings, and the staff there is absolutely amazing! Bryan is amazing at what he does, and the other person there, I believe their name was Ashton, was wonderful to talk to. So patient, incredibly focused on customer satisfaction, and, even when we needed a few minutes for a break, they were both incredibly patient, supportive, and receptive to the needs of their clients. So happy with the results, and so happy to call this my regular piercing place!

This was my first ever facial piercing and i was looking for a place and i saw that this place had 5 stars and i didn’t think that that was even possible. but going here and seeing how they treated me was FANTASTIC. i really don’t think that 5 stars does Ashley and Bryan enough justice. They were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable. i will definitely be coming here for any future piercings i want.

I’ve been wanting my nose pierced for so long and my daughter finally talked me into it. Bryan was amazing!! He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I came in very last minute & I asked them if they could switch my piercing (since my original pierced messed it up) & they instantly got me in. Brian was my piercer & he as AMAZING!! 10/10. He was very professional, guided me through every movement, removal, & piercing. He explained to me exactly what happened with my original piercing (nose piercing) & why it hadn’t healed even though I got it in December. He gave me thourough instructions on cleaning & where to get everything & he was very professional. The place was clean & everyone was SO NICE. I think the prices were fair & the process was quick, I will be returning for more piercings in the future.

What an incredible experience.I have gotten four piercings from this shop so far, two helix and two daith, and I hope to get many more in the future.Going into my daith piercing appointment, I was incredibly anxious. The environment was welcoming enough that I felt comfortable expressing my fear to Brian. He sat with me and walked me through multiple breathing exercises, he assured me that I could take my time - that we go whenever I felt ready.After the piercings, he explained the aftercare process in extreme detail. He told me about all the warning signs of infection, and told me not to hesitate to reach out for help if I’m worried something is amiss. He took the time to answer every question - and didn’t make me feel ashamed for asking anxiety driven questions.I don’t see myself going to any other piercer in the future. I plan to stay loyal to this shop for as long as possible.

I’ve gotten 3 piercings and 1 repiercing here and I have been wonderfully taken care of every single time. The people there are an absolute delight. I’m never going anywhere else for piercings. Love this place!! ❤️

I got my second lobes and a helix piercing, as well as a ear styling consultation and change-out. I was nervous about the helix and didn’t know much about sizes or styles I wanted, but the lady at the front was very friendly and talked me through healing times, size options based on my jewelry goal (hoop), and different styles of earrings (flat backs, bells, regular studs, etc). I believe my piercer was Bryan. He was AMAZING!! He talked me through every single step, let me choose what order I wanted the piercings done, and made sure I was doing okay through it all. After, I got all the after care information I needed and was told to reach out with any questions I had.After about 6 weeks, when I thought my lobes might have been infected, I reached out and sent pictures, and they responded quickly to reassure me they were not showing signs of infection, just draining, and gave me further instructions for extra care.My ears have healed so nicely and quick! I went back for a ear styling consultation and change-out. Again, Bryan talked me through the entire change-out. He took his time styling my ears to best fit my anatomy and end goal!! You can really tell he likes his job!! I would absolutely recommend The Edge!

Bryan was absolutely amazing ! Very laid back and very patient and detail oriented ... I got my nose pierced , my belly button and 3 tummy dermals all at once ! Im coming back in a few weeks to get two more dermals and one more piercing !

Bryan did an amazing job with my nose piercing. My sister came here for her ear cartilage piercing a while ago and had a great experience then too. I went again because she liked it so much. It didn’t hurt at all, literally just a little pinch. Bryan was so nice about getting the exact things I wanted for the piercing jewelry, which was great since I have sensitive skin. I would go again and recommend it to anyone that wants a piercing!

My daughter had her second holes done at the mall and it’s been nothing short of irritating. We went to the edge and they fit her with the proper earrings, switched them out, and no issues at all. She is very pleased !

We have gotten to the The Edge at 3:45 ish so two of my friends could get a piercing. There was a group of girls in front of us and we are just now wrapping up currently 5:41. It took two hours for us to get two piercing with only a couple of girls in front of us

I had my tragus and helix piercings done this evening at The Edge. The individual who pierced me did an amazing job communicating and working with me to achieve my desired look. The customer ahead of me took a little longer than expected so I was given a discount for having to wait (which I didn’t even mind, everyone was so nice and accommodating). 10/10 would recommend The Edge for any and all your piercing needs! I’ll definitely be returning for any future work.

I had been wanting an old ear piercing that had closed up re-done. I easily made an appointment online for the day & time I wanted. Bryan made me feel at ease, asking what I wanted & telling me everything he was about to do. I was given aftercare instructions before leaving. Great job guy!

I took my daughter to get her left ear hole either re pierced or re opened. The gentleman was able to reopen and made my 10 year old super comfortable. She was brave enough to let him do the rest opening process and super happy with having both her ears pierced again.It was cheaper than a regular piercing and he told us to come back if she feels any discomfort. Really great experience and my daughter learned a lesson and won’t take out her earrings before school again. The lady and guy were super welcoming and friendly. I LOVE this place so much. I’ve had most of my piercings done here by both Brandon and Bryan and they’re so kind, gentle, and great at their job. I haven’t been pierced by Sky yet who I believe is an apprentice but she is also super sweet and helpful. All their prices are very reasonable both for piercings and jewelry. This is the only place I trust even living in Greenville now. I had uneven piercings on my lobe and double lobe (from Claire’s years ago) so instead of doing a standard stacking on one ear I got a cute little diamond shape on my right lobe and it is the cutest I’m in love. Eventually I’ll get more piercings here and hopefully next year a belly ring but I’m serious this is the most trustworthy place you can go to. A couple of my friends have been going here for years.

I got my belly button pierced here last week. The place is clean and I feel comfortable with the atmosphere. Bryan did my piercing and he was super friendly and made the process as painless as it can be. The lady at the front desk is also extremely nice and helpful. She offered super useful advice for taking taking care of my piercing. Both of them assured me that if I ever had any issues they were available for help. I went back up there today (because I am a worrywart and thought I had irritated my piercing) and they took a look at it, and assured me that everything was fine, which has put mind to rest. Its just a new piercing.But I cannot recommend this place enough! Its been a great experience with this place the whole way through.

I was really nervous in the beginning to get my nose pierced. The Edge got the highest reviews and now I know why. It has a very relaxing positive energy and everything is really calm. They gave me a lot of help. My nose piercing was so gentle and honestly it was maybe five seconds. I will be back. Thank you and I wish I could remember your names lol. And surprisingly I don’t want to jinx it. I have no pain.. And of course, I am not supposed to touch it, but I find myself rubbing my nose Continuously. So I am constantly cleaning it. This was my first time going here(have been to several others) and it is by far the best. It is a very clean,calm and relaxing environment and it didnt feel rushed. Brandon was a super nice, patient, thorough, friendly dude. He talked me through the steps he was taking and was very gentle. At the end he thoroughly explained after care and let me know that I could come back for whatever need or concern I may have and it would be taken care of. He was cool to talk with as an adult, but I can see him being excellent with children as well. He would be able to calm the nerves of those littles whom may be scared to experience their ears being pierced.I highly recommend this place for all ages and will use them for any of my future piercings.

The Edge is an awesome shop. All of the piercers and other team members are 100% dedicated to your comfort and making sure that you’re all set for everything you need. My friends and I have gotten many piercings here, I’ve gotten my double helix and my friends have gotten their cartilage and noses pierced here. I also love the woman at the front counter. I am so indecisive about jewelry and her input and opinion always hits the nail on the head. The environment is clean, welcoming, and quite comfortable. Before you get pierced you can see your pierced wash their hands and use sterile equipment and follow other protocol accordingly. Bryan is the nicest person you would ever meet. He really eases nerves because it feels like you’re being pierced by a friend rather than your regular, run-of-the-mill piercer.

My daughter finally decided she was ready to get her ears pierced, so we scheduled an appointment with them. They were so awesome with her. They explained everything to both of us each step of the way. At the very last second my daughter changed her mind and didnt want to go through with it. My daughter and I went there today to get our nose pierced. Bryan was so kind and caring and so so so calming. He explained everything to me and was very informative. I literally couldn’t have picked a better place to go to!

I went to this shop to get my ear lobes pierced and two weeks later, still going strong. No itchiness, no infections, no soreness, burning, or anything. I have a metal allergy and the owner helped me figure out what studs would be best for me and he had a selection to chose from. The pricing is great, and the piercing is quick and easy. The owner really makes sure everything is perfect before he pierces them. He guided my breathing the whole time to make it quick and painless. He is extremely helpful and does a great job. Afterwards, he explained to me how to clean them every day and has a saline solution you can buy. He then told me to come back if I had any questions or if the earrings didn’t work out. I’ve followed the easy instructions he’s given me and I still have not had any problems. They feel great and look great!

Its been a few weeks now , but we took our our daughter for her 6th bday to get her ears pierced. This crew was AMAZING!!! From the front desk to the experience for my daughter. If you have concerns on where to go for your child dont even think about it. Go to the EDGE!! The best, hands down!!!!

I cannot recommend these guys enough! The facility was super clean and Bryan did an outstanding job with my 2nd lobe piercings. He was careful, thorough, and talked me through everything from placement to process to care. I have a lot of piercings, and I wish I got most of my piercings done here because the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a bit anxious since I was getting both my nipples done, and they were very professional and made sure I was comfortable. It’s been over a month since I got my nipple piercings here, and they are perfect!!

If I could give ten stars I would. My friend and I went and got our nose RE pierced. Both of us have had it done a couple times previously. But this was our first time here. Never have we had people educate us the way Brian and his co worker did. They educated us on when we could change it & even said we could come back to the store to let them assist. During the piercing procedure - it was a BREEZE. Brian was fast and made both of us feel extremely comfortable. After it was finished his coworker showed us the back room where it was filled with local artists craft & so many cool glass pieces made by him. They were absolutely beautiful. They had really cool vintage stuff if you’re into that. And so much more products that I can’t wait to go back and get. Thank you both for your awesome customer service skills & making my friend and I feel comfortable. We will be back!!!!!!!

I was originally planning to get an industrial piercing done, but had a few reasons that made me decide it would be best to wait. So I decided to get the helix done to see how long it would take my ear to heal and how bad it would hurt. Bryan was the guy who pierced my ear! He was super friendly, honest, and helpful the entire time I was there! He helped me make the decision on waiting to get the industrial done. He walked me through everything and told me his steps as he was piercing me. He could tell I was super anxious, and tried to ease my worry! This was the first piercing I’ve had since I was a kid, and this piercing has done better than all of my others! I haven’t had any pain (aside from the few accidental hits) since the day after I had it done! No swelling, no crust, no secretions of fluid, no burning, nothing! I honestly forget it’s there half of the time, because I feel no pain! He was going to give me $5 off for my first visit, but had mentioned they give discounts for birthday piercings, and I had it done on my birthday, so he had given me $10 off for it. The price came down from $35 to $25! I definitely recommend this shop and plan to go back!! And I definitely recommend Bryan!!

I went to this shop over a month ago with some friends and loved the vibe of this place. The workers were super nice and respectful and fun. My only issue is my helix bar was super short and got infected, causing the skin to grow over the piercing. When I emailed them about the issue asking for help, they did not answer. Granted I couldve called, but they did say we could email them if we had any questions. I went to a local shop near me to fix this issue. Im sure they couldve just missed my email but still.

I have gotten many piercings here. I think I’ve gotten around 15 from these guys and I will keep coming back. Each one of the staff is incredibly talented and they are all just great people. I recommend these guys to everyone I know who wants a new piercing.The building is very clean, their procedures are very sterile, and every piercing I’ve gotten has healed nicely and looks great. The overall atmosphere is very nice, and I love coming into the shop.

I really wasnt sure what to expect since this was my first real piercing, and I had gone with a friend to a piercer just down the road and she had such a bad experience. I should have known I had nothing to worry about. Bryan is awesome. Hes so kind and careful and made us feel at home immediately. The shop is incredibly clean and bright. He talked me through everything and did all he could to ease my mind. It was such a great experience and I will be referring anyone I know to him from now on! I’ve been meaning to review this place since I got my nose pierced a month & a half ago, but I just went into the shop today to have my stud switched out and I was reminded of how AWESOME they are. Bryan pierced my nose originally and switched the stud out today, and I can’t recommend him enough. He has such a calming/chill and kind personality, and makes whatever process you’re going through equally as calming. They’ve gained themselves a lifelong customer. 😊EDIT: Bryan has since pierced my septum, daith, and helix, and Xmas pierced my conch. All wonderful experiences with wonderful people! 💛

Went in today to get my septum re-done, as another shop had done a terrible job on it the other day. Brian was amazing! He was so friendly, swift, and the piercing was painless. He did it twice, actually, because I thought it wasn’t straight enough — and he was pleased to do it again and with perfection! I highly recommend this shop. It was incredibly clean, the staff was so knowledgeable, and they guarantee their work. I will be going back for future work and will speak highly of the edge to my friends! Thank you!

I got my belly button pierced here. I had a great experience, everyone was very friendly. However, the piercing wouldnt heal and I had to go back to get the jewelry switched out and later ended up taking it out completely because it never would heal. Might go back for a re-piercing though.UPDATE: This place is amazing. Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable, and they make you feel comfortable. I got it repierced and so far so good! Ive had 3 great experiences here and Ill be back for any future piercings.

By far the greatest piercing place I have ever been to. They do not make you feel uncomfortable or out of place. Instead, they make the entire experience not only comfortable but frankly enjoyable. They are incredibly respectful of their clients and their work is phenomenal. All of the piercings Ive received from The Edge have healed beautifully and were done expertly. They clearly want to the piercings to be as perfect as possible, and that is evident in how they pierce and interact with the client. I honestly avoid getting piercings elsewhere when I am home from school because I trust The Edge and genuinely have a wonderful time when I am there.

I love the edge! I went here about 2 months ago and got my helix pierced. They are clean and very professional. Another thing I like about them is that they tell you about your piercing. How to clean it after, when you can change jewelry, and trying not to touch it or itch it. They tell you signs of infections and improper cleaning. I am definitely coming back. Totally recommend them!

I just got one of the smoothest piercings done from here by Bryan. I got my industrial completed and, while it did hurt, my ear was never tugged on and I wasnt put in more pain than needed like I had been with other place.10/10 will definitely be back for more! Ive also never had a shop that wants you to come back and get checked during the healing process and is so available for contact.Everyone was so chill and very welcoming. I was definitely not nervous for this peircing but if I was, they would have totally calmed me.

I got my septum pierced here, and it was an amazing experience! They talk you through everything (before, during, and after) and it is a completely sanitary environment. They are very patient, and did my piercing super quick! I also got my nose (nostril) pierced here last year, and I also think very highly of it. I absolutely recommend! The people here are sooooo amazing and so welcoming. We got there a bit earlier and they started working with us right away. Bryan was very nice and explained everything throughly. Xmas did my piercing and she was extremely nice and helpful. She walked me through the procedure before we started and she made me feel very comfortable. Afterwards Bryan went over aftercare and answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend them and I will be coming back.

They have pierced my 5 times. I hate needles but every t one i go in they make me feel at home and comfortable even with an 8g conch piecing. Their hospitality and expertise is unmatched. Brian and Christmas are the best in the business. They let you know all complications and if they dont think it will work for you they wont take your money for it. Very professional. Best of all they can be contacted after hours if you see having any questions or concerns. I will never let anyone else touch me with a piercing needle besides Brian or Christmas.

I had a great experience here! I got my tragus and nipples pierced here. I was kind of nervous about getting my nipples pierced but he was great about being professional and super respectful of boundaries. He did a great job of explaining every step of what was going to happen and what to expect. All three piercings turned out great! Would definitely go back for future piercings.

I had always wanted a small stud nose piercing and finally took the plunge recently (at 38 yrs old!) Now that we are in the age of COVID, I knew the process might look a little different. I contacted the Edge over social media and got an almost-immediate response to book an appointment. Upon arrival, Xmas opened the front door for me and the facility was very impressive. Coming from the medical field, I always want to know that these procedures will be done in a sanitary way. The process was streamlined: easy paperwork, clear instructions, and open, affordable pricing. I was able to pick a small stud like I wanted. Xmas was very quick to listen to what I wanted and make sure she had it ready to go. She answered all my questions and talked me through my piercing. Placement was a crucial detail for me and she allowed me to move the marking a bit to my liking. The piercing was done in seconds and there was no redness, no irritation. She even commented that it looked like it had been there forever. Finishing paperwork was quick also! If I ever need another piercing, I will never go anywhere but here!

Great service! I got a double daith piercing about three months ago. They look great and I love them but the best part is how much they have helped me physically! I havent struggled with insomnia or anxiety since I got the piercings. I believe that because I have the piercing, I am much better… And I am also able to be completely prescription medicine free. That being said, I highly recommend The Edge as a place to get any of your piercings done. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a clean well done job. When I went in there were a few people ahead of me, and I watched Bryan take time for every customer that came in. he was professional and made sure that any and all questions were answered. I recently got a piercing done with Xmas at The Edge, and Im still in awe of how little it hurt, and how amazing and professional she was. The Edge Piercing in Anderson, SC is awesome! Bryan Brown was great and very professional. I went to get a triple forward helix, but after consulting with Bryan, I got a double conch piercing . He could have made more money off of the helix, but he advised me about the cons of it. That just shows how honest he is. He listens and will tell you what will look good on you. The Edge is very clean and easy to find. Will return :)

I haven’t had my ears pierced since I was five. I was super nervous going in but Xmas was so sweet and reassuring! The place was super clean and nice. And the staff went above and beyond. Once these heal, I’m definitely coming back!

I had my upper lip fricked up by Artistic Ink earlier this week. A completely terrible experience.Brian validated my feelings that it was neither centered nor straight. I asked for assistance to remove it and he obliged. He was very gentle and answered all of my questions to the nth degree.This is the most comfortable I have been while looking for a good piercer and the shop is crazy clean. I like that. I will be returning soon to get the piercings I wanted and I absolutely believe it to go very well.

I recently had a daith ear piercing at The Edge. I went in to talk to Bryan and he was very nice and informative so I decided to do ahead with it. He got everything together and I looked over the equipment he was using, in sterile wrapper with autoclave strip enclosed and color change present on strip. He told me exactly what to expect. He cleaned his hands, put on gloves and talked to me as he did the piercing. Afterward he instructed me on how to care for the piercing and stated several times that I should not have any pain associated with the piercing. He was right! Bryan, I was very impressed with how clean the shop was, how knowledgeable you are and how honest you are when talking with your clients. I wanted the piercing to help with migraines (and I knew it may or may not help), but Bryan actually talked to me about the possibility that it may not help my migraines. He was honest and gave me the opportunity to change my mind. Thanks Bryan for the great experience and I will let you know how it works!

To be honest I’m terrified of needles, but these didn’t bother me at all. The guy who did it, Bryan, was incredible. He talked me through it and understood that I was scared. He was patient and made sure that I liked everything and was comfortable. I totally recommend going here because they are super chill and understanding.

Great customer service, very friendly. My daughter had her daith pierced for migraines and it has worked wonderful for her. They did a great job. We gave been back to have earring changed out and they were extremely helpful then too.

Got lip piercings here last month and everyone was very friendly and eased my nerves! They got me in last minute the next day too when my lip had swelled up too much for the initial barbell-- I got two piercings side by side-- and changed it out for a longer one.

I’ve had several piercings done by brian and he is great every time!! Today I went to get my nose pierced and I got a little squeamish and light headed (at no fault of the edge, just personal phobia lol) and Christmas and Brandon took great care of me!! and the piercing came out perfect. I recently purchased a nose ring in Five Points in Atlanta. When I got home I realized it was too loose. I wasnt sure who I could get to adjust it. Then I remembered The Edge, which I pass everyday. I had a bump on my 2 month old nose piercing for almost a month due to my previous piercer using a post that was way too long, even for new piercing swelling. I would continously be pushing the post back into my nostril so it wouldnt stick out. I went to multiple shops describing my issue and none of them would change the jewelry until the bump was gone. Obviously, that wasnt going to happen until the jewelry was changed. Anyway, I went into this shop and described my problem to the woman working there, she immediately agreed the jewelry was too long. She changed my nose ring quickly and safely and now only 3 days later the bump and soreness is almost completely gone. So glad there are shops out there that will actually listen to their customers instead of sticking hard and fast to the usual new piercing rules.

Brian is the best around, hes done 10 of my 12 piercings and I cant find anything bad to say. Very professional, very clean and very polite staff!
