The Indigo Skin Design team are fabulous! John always gives me the tattoo I ask for and Lee goes the extra mile for me every. time. The atmosphere is fun. There’s always plenty of laughs and interesting conversation. They are my #1 go to place since 1993! So much so I now go with my kids!

Ive been getting my piercings here and its a great place to get your piercings. Lee is very kind and professional. She explained everything to me about the procedure and after care. You have to make an appointment and enter your card to pay in advance. This place tattoo as well.

Lee was so informative and knowledgable, she walked me through the whole process. She was also beyond friendly and a delight. I highly recommend the shop and booking your piercing here. I will be coming back soon!

The jewelry was a little more expensive than I had anticipated but after being told about the quality and how they stand behind the craftsmanship of each piece I knew I was making the right decision. Johnny made the entire experience with his genuine care and deep knowledge. He explained everything and was more than patient with all my questions. 10/10 recommend!

Lee was fantastic! She pierced my daughters ears and her review is this: Lee is amazing, she did a perfect job. She explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. She is so friendly and one of my new favorite people.

The staff was great to interact with. I had made an appointment but showed up a bit early and since they were not busy they helped me out. They explained everything thoroughly and had a pleasant experience.

This was the best piercing place ever. I had Johnny pierce my nose and it was such a quick and easy process barely any pain, just a pinch. i’m also only 16 and he explained everything to me before i got it pierced so i felt extremely comfortable with getting it done with him. It’s been a month and no infection, no pain, redness, or anything. feels like I don’t even have a piercing on my nose. I would definitely recommend this to anyone super clean and friendly place love it!!

I came here on new years eve to get my monroe repierced. Johnny was the artist that pierced me. First off dude was cool as hell. He did a wonderful job on my monroe it came out great and is still doing good. Id definitely go back👍🏾👍🏾

Needed my nipple ring fixed and right away a nice lady answered the phone. I went down and she took care of my missing 8mm ball on the left side of my horse shoe ring. I was so impressed I also got another left ear ring. Ill be back again should I need anything. So glad they are there, as the 2 others local shops where either closed or only do tattoos . thanks

Lee and the other guy unfortunately I cannot remember his name make it so easy to get piercings. I would recommend them 100 out of 100 if I could. They make it such a fast and easy process, and they’re always so welcoming. They give such a positive vibe. Love them come here all the time for all my piercings. Who knew piercing could be a semi painless experience. I tell all my friends about them!!!

Had a good experience with a double piercing originally, but had some problems later on. Might have been me, dont know. When I called to ask, I was kind of blown off, and told to go online for and make a consult appointment. Emilee really enjoyed the initial appt. I was really put off by the last person l talked with. Will go someplace else to see if I can get it fixed

Lee was awesome. After having my septum piercing done wrong last year at another piercing shop, I waited until the hole closed up and I could find a reputable place around the area. After being referred to Indigo from my esthetician, I decided to give it a try. I explained what happened with my septum piercing last year and Lee took time and care to ensure she did a good job, although she probably would’ve anyway even without this knowledge. She was thorough with explaining the entire process front to back and had the most gentle touch out of any piercer I’ve ever been to. I‘ve never felt such minimal pain while getting a piercing before. I’ve gone to quite a few piercing places around the East Bay over the years and have had a few not so great piercings done. There was such a big difference in professionalism and skill here than I’ve ever experienced.I will definitely be back to get my nostril pierced here next. I live in Walnut Creek and it was absolutely worth the drive. I just adored this shop and don’t have enough good things to say about it.

I hope the owner or manager reads this and considers talking to your staff about basic customer service. I had an appointment that I confirmed. By the time I get there, I was greeted with one of the staff saying “the person you’re scheduled with says she has to reschedule.” When I asked why I couldn’t have been notified before the appointment, as he lights a cigarette in front of me and my young kids, he replies “that’s not my department.” Rude and unprofessional.

I give them 5 stars they were very friendly, informative, and took extra care in making me feel comfortable, Id definitely recommend them to my friends, this is a great cover up.

Ive been going to John and Lee for close to two years now. Lee is an excellent piercer, good bedside manner and very efficient while telling you exactly what shes going to do. John has done all my tattoos, he takes my drawings and tweaks them exactly how I want. Plus he doesnt charge by the hour, flat rate. Plus hes quick too, I know its not going to take four hours for a small piece. Love this place!

Lee did an awesome job piercing my septum. She made me feel very comfortable and It was painless! I highly recommend!

Absolutly amazing! The peircer was super nice and has a great sence of humor and made me feel less nervous about the piercing. Very clean and sanitized and was given great information about keeping the earring clean and safe. Will definitely come back and Highly recommend it to anyone looking for tattoos or piercings.

Super friendly, efficient and covid safe staff. They walked my teen through all the choices and discussed how the piercing they were asking for would effect them and how it needed to be cared for. They calmly explained all the steps and after care so the teen would know what they were getting. Also the actual piercing was quick and the teen didn’t even flinch. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

I went there for a vertical labret piercing and the guy there was super nice and made sure I was okay after the piercing. He made sure I knew what he was doing the whole time and told me how to take care of it and how long the healing process would be. Great place! :D

Johnny was an absolute professional. Answered every question I had and then some. Talked through every step and made sure I was comfortable. I went with this shop years ago and I will continue to recommend them.

We took our 13 year old in here today to get her ears pierced. It was a great experience from start to finish. My daughter was immediately comfortable with the women we spoke to and who pierced her ears. (Sorry, wish I had gotten her name.) Excellent quality of jewelry, which was important to me. And my daughter didnt even feel the first ear at all! Barely felt the second ear. The woman took great care in the entire process and giving after care instructions. (Underage needs birth certificate, some form of picture ID, a parent with a picture ID)

I went here to get my nostril pierced and had an excellent experience. Johnny is experienced and very patient. I cannot recommend this place enough, and will definitely come back for future piercings.

Had the most knowledgeable piercer Ive ever come across. She explained entire process, was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I had my nose done so privacy wasnt necessary however her piercing space had the ability to be very private when getting intimate parts pierced. I would highly recommend. Her jewelry is of top notch material and highly fashionable and consistant with current trends. Great place.

If you need a piercing, come here. Johnny is incredible. Hes professional, hell be straight with you, hes patient, and hes amazing at what he does. I have a horrible phobia of needles but after talking with him and my girlfriend, I was finally able to get the septum piercing Ivewanted for so long. The piecing was done perfectly and healing is moving along without any problems. I highly recommend him!

I am so glad that I found this place. Great customer service. They helped me out with my ear piercings that almost got infected. I even ordered some titanium jewelry since my ears are sensitive to surgical steel. I recommend this place! Once my ears come down I definitely will come for a piercing. My daughter turned 15 & her daddy approved the nose piercing for her. Her dad spent most of his younger days @Indigo getting tattooed by John! Now his daughter was pierced by Johns wife🙌Pretty cool! I absolutely love Lee and John, they are both very proffesional, extremely understanding, and willing to take the time to talk to you about what you want to have done. They do not rush you into decisions, and they talk about how they can make what you want, work.I went in for a cover-up on my upper back a few years ago, and I have not had anyone be able to tell that it was a cover-up.I later went back and got more work done on my shoulder and was so very impressed with everything.

Hands down the best piercer. Lee does all my dermal anchors too. Shes exrremely clean and thourough. Shes patient and talks you through the piercing. I highly recommend her. She takes great pride in her work and it shows.

John is easy to approach when customizing your own tattoo. He brings a creative touch to maximize the cool or wow of any tattoo design. Ive been to his shop 3 times now and he never disappoints.

John is great, he is practicing good Covid19 Hygiene and is great in understanding what you want.He is a great Tattoo Artist and has done 3 of my Tattoos.
