Amazing! I got my nose pierced here two years ago and came back to get my belly button and my friends got other ear piercings with one of the workers and he was so sweet! Very friendly, super patient and kind. Definitely made us feel comfortable and relaxed. My piercing was only 80 w/ cute jewelry, did not hurt too bad and he placed it super well! Definitely recommend

I got a nose piercing here about a month ago. Really nice staff, made me and my mom feel comfortable, the guy who pierced my nose kept making us laugh. The guy gave me clear instructions on how clean my nose piercing and even gave us a paper with instructions, i will definitely be coming back here when i want to get my belly done!!

Many many years ago I had a tattoo done at Freedom tattoo. It came up in conversation today and I decided to jump on Google to show it to my friend.Almost 8 years ago I had my tattoo done by one of the shop apprentices. I had initially booked an appointment to have it done by Cruz but he was sick that day. Since it was a commemorative tattoo they made it work.8 years later, many of hours exposed to sunlight and general life wear and tear working construction and the tattoo held up and has been combined with my full sleeve.*note Im from Canada and the surrounding tattoos were done here where there is different ink laws for tattoos hence the different colors.Additionally, I wanted to say shout out to Geoffery for making it happen. None of us would of known back then that this tattoo would also be the symbol of the last time I saw my cousin from California before they passed.

A few weeks ago I brought my 17 year old daughter here to have her nose pierced. “G” was so professional, knowledgeable, and gentle which made the experience pleasant for my daughter. Last night her piercing fell out during sleep. Fortunately 2 employees were in shop today when they’re normally closed on Sunday’s. One of them just so happen to be a piercer who was so incredibly helpful with re-inserting the nose ring for my daughter! Sadly we forgot his name but we just want to say thank you so much!! Your shop and staff are awesome! We will definitely be in again for more services! Aloha

I got my eyebrow pierced here and while the piercing itself was good and the staff and environment were nice, the jewelry they used was absolutely terrible. the ball of my jewelry fell out only a few days after the piercing while i was simply cleaning the area. i had to go to a whole other piercer to get different jewelry put in. the metal was also poor quality. im disappointed because the piercing itself was actually quite good. id go somewhere more reputable for an eyebrow piercing. i am hoping the poor quality jewelry doesnt cause any further issues with my healing.

I absolutely love going here. Ive been here for 3 piercings so far and they were amazing. The people that work here are so nice and fun! Their conversations make you forget youre even getting anything painful done. Im most definitely going to be back soon for more. Definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I did not like the outcome of my piercings. The people were nice but the job was not good. The lady that pierced my ears angled one too high and the other too low. I ended up taking both piercings out and had them re pierced back in Oregon where I live. Cost me time and money. Also, their aftercare instructions seem to be outdated according to my recent and accredited piercer. Do your homework and make sure you find a professional!

Exceptional from start to finish - handled my phone call, initial meeting and artwork above expectations. Great studio...clean, professional and a friendly vibe. A really talented group, would recommend 100%. Artwork completed by Taylor, she was organized, detailed and managed to deliver what I wanted based on my jumbled ideas...5 stars all round.

This review is long overdue, but I received my first tattoo by the mighty Nolan Hatton 2 years ago, and Im still head over heels in love with it. I still receive compliments to this day about my piece! He does such an exceptional job and is the nicest person to work with. He made sure to incorporate all my ideas and also threw in his own personal touch to the piece and it turned out exactly how I pictured it would. I will be returning very soon to extend my artwork! Love you guys!!

We have been going to this shop for some time now. All the artists are so Amazing and kind. They also have a great selection of body jewelry. The staff are great at creating what you want. They are the best!

I love my tattoo and the artist I worked with (Taylor) was really lovely! One thing I noted was that a few staff members/customers weren’t wearing masks, potentially because they are all vaccinated but I am unsure. It definitely affected my comfort level (i am fully vaccinated so I didn’t feel super unsafe, just a bit nervous) but if you are high risk, unvaccinated, or generally anxious about covid, that’s one thing to consider!

Me and my gf got matching tattoos and I got a seperate piece on my forearm done by Rudy Hooven. Great guy, made getting our first tattoos enjoyable. I would absolutely request him! Just make sure you wear a mask!! I ended up loving my finished piece

Although everyone was very nice and my piercer walked me through everything, Im giving them a 2 star. They pierced my nose with a 16g needle and put in a 18g size stud. It constantly feel out to the point where I had to put a bigger size stud in. When I called to confront them they claimed i was just trying to gauge my nose. I went in a little while after to talk in person and the said we pierce with 16g and and put a 18g in. I then went back home did some research and calling around on multiple other places which said that theyre supposed to pierce with the same size needle to stud. They made it seem like I did not know what I was talking about when I explain it. I will now know to not go here and when going to other piercing place to make sure that they are going to pierce me with the same needle to stud. Make sure you know that theyre going to put a smaller stud in your nose hole when you go here to get it done.Edit: I clearly stated in my review that I did do my research. All the places I had called were shocked of what I had to say. Explain how it makes sense to make a bigger hole and put a smaller stud in. That just does not make any sense. I also didnt throw any hate your way. Just clearly stated what you guys did wrong.

Dude they are awesome...we went to get my daughters nose pierced, she had made an appt to some other shop but due to traffic, we were running late and they wouldnt be able to take her today. Well we live over 2 hours away, (with tons of traffic) well I start googling piercing shops. I find this freedom tat/piercing. Shop, I call, they take walk ins!!! Whop whop! The piercier (forgot his name) was amazing and quick and clean and the area was clean, he pierced fast, etc. The only downfall, the whole t&>,is opened. You can see everyone watching you and you can see them. Call me old fashioned but, I like privacy. I hope they fix that

Had 2 tats done when they were in Watsonville by Cruz. Work is beautiful. Great experience. All the artists are fabulous. Looking forward to booking in Aptos now that they are open.

I have been to a lot of tattoo shops, always with the “attitude “..but not this place ! They treated me like a king !…very young folks and down to earth with great knowledge helping me with my design.Feels good to find this place, not going anywhere else..!

Omar was efficient, gentle, and knowledgeable with my nose piercing. I appreciate the effort he made to make sure I was comfortable through the entire process and will absolutely be using him for my future piercings.

Best place to get tattoos! Neeks was my tattoo artist, but all the artists there are very friendly and great at what they do. The shop was following covid guidelines and the shop was very clean!

Nolans the best from award winning portraits, new school graphics, perfect lettering He does it all Book now hes about a year out on scheduling but worth the wait

Tried to get teenagers ear pierced but kids need id even tho parents with id there..kids dont have ids!.Just doing thier job though.
