Nick Hunt over at True Nature Tattoo does a fantastic job putting down any style of tattoo you ask for whether its traditional Japanese, american traditional , single needle black and grey, script hes your go to guy. getting tattooed by Nick isnt like sitting in a chair getting an awkward haircut from a strange new barber he enjoys his work and also chatting with his clients just as much which makes for a great personable experience youll want to come back to time and time again.

I was able to book an appointment quickly and easily. The intake form was detailed and professional. Brian — the tattoo artist — communicated well, and was gentle and professional.The place is well-lit and situated in a converted house, so it has a good feel to it. Plenty of parking and eateries on nearby streets.

I’ve been going here for years. I absolutely love the energy of this place, everyone is welcoming and each artist has their own designated room/space so it feels more private and comfortable.I go to Nick for my tattoos. He is an amazing artist and is very gentle and knows how to do a great tatt! His prices are amazing and he is a fast tattooer. You can tell he knows what he’s doing he’s very technical and is a masterful artist.I also love his personality he is very welcoming and always makes sure you’re comfortable and asks if you need any breaks throughout a session. If I had more money I’d probably be going every month. Nick has given me the best tattoos I absolutely love them and my older ones are still extremely vibrant with color.

True Nature is by far the best tattoo shop I have ever experienced. Nick is the artist I chose for what I wanted and he has been amazing. I must say Brian, Hanna and Rocky have great talent and wonderful personalities too. They have a new apprentice that takes her job serious and fits in with the vibe. Great people, very clean shop, professional and amazing talent all the way around. I travel 365 miles to get tattooed by Nick. If that’s not a sign of a true five star I don’t know what is. Thank you Nick for killing it every time. Thank you True Nature for providing such a great atmosphere. You guys are the BEST.

Exceptional tattoo shop. Got a tattoo from Brian Kaneko who is a phenomenal artist and also a nice guy. Everyone in the shop was friendly and getting tattooed here was a relaxing experience. This is the place to go if you want a good tattoo, especially irezumi.

My boyfriend and I flew out to California from Missouri to get away and see the beauty. We had two hours before our flight back home and decided we wanted to get tattoos. We showed up to this shop right when they opened not knowing if theyd be able to fit us in and just hoping for the best. We showed them what we wanted and told them how much time we had and they got us in right away with no problem. The guys were friendly as hell, the shop was super clean, and the tattoos turned out better than we could hope for. Also, even though our tattoos are small and rather simple, shops where we are from charge a pretty penny (I have two that are smaller and I was charged almost double) and when I was told how much they were I was shocked and expecting them to cost a lot more. Lets just say that we are depressed that this shop is so far away. I would 110% recommend this shop a million times over.

My entire family comes here to get tattooed as well as my friends. I get stopped all the time and asked where I got my work done. Hands down the cleanest, most friendly shop Ive ever seen. I wouldnt allow my kids to be tattooed here if I didnt completely trust the artistry and professionality of Aaron, Nick, and Brian.

Went in for my first tattoo ever at 31 nick was the guys name he assured me it wouldnt be painful. He was right and my tatoo came out great I was scared about color and shading but he did a awesome job super clean edges consistent color and perfect shading . Id recommend them to anyone

Very expensive. Recommend going to Norcal. Ridiculous pricing. And didnt receive any aftercare instructions/ paperwork.they charged me $160 for a small tattoo when little did I realize that i was ripped off. I went to norcal and told them my experience and they said they would have charged $60 for that small tattoo. Its also my fault for not knowing.

Today I got my first tattoo and I was very impressed. The artwork is exactly what I wanted, it was clean, and very professional. My artist was Rocky. Highly recommend!

I got a piece done by nick a few weeks ago and it turned out better than I couldve asked for. Reasonably priced and professional, his creativity is also a plus if youre wanting custom pieces

Definitely don’t go within an hour of close. They said they take the juicer down and won’t make any juices! Very frustrating because they’re still open and I’m sure they loose a lot of business from doing that.
