I’ve had the pleasure with working with all the doctors at Main Line Center for Laser Surgery. Dr. Bernstein was very personable and helpful in explaining the laser removal process. I was recently a participant in a lip filler study with Dr. Lee and Dr. Ali. They were beyond friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I live about an hour away from office and completing the study (a visit every 2-3 months) was totally doable with my personal schedule. I plan to continue to receive Derm care here. Main Line is the only place to go for laser tattoo removal! Dr. Bernstein is extremely knowledgable and makes the process a breeze. Im glad I found them because once my tattoo is fully gone I am excited to try other laser treatments.

Words cannot express how happy I am with the results of Dr. Lee’s Sofwave neck results. One day, after raising 3 children, I woke up and realize I was 62. My neck was wrinkly and I lost my beautiful jawline that I once had back in college. I wasn’t looking for perfection, but just longed for somewhat of my youthful look back. Called practice and was advised to email pics. Emailed photos, never heard from this practice again. Ended up curing the condition myself without physician intervention. Definitely would not recommend this practice if you are interested in responses and follow-up.

I suffer from roseacea and was so tired of seeing the spiderweb of red lines on my face that comes from that condition. I raised the issue with my dermatologist and she recommended Dr. Bernstein.The good doctor said he could help and it would probably take 3 or 4 laser treatments to achieve the results I wanted. After the first session, my face was extremely bruised (just as Dr. Bernstein said it would be). For me, it took about 6 days for the bruising to really fade and 10 days for it to be all gone. I could see a dramatic improvement in my complexion after that first treatment. My second treatment turned out to be just a touch-up for a few areas but produced much, much less bruising than the first session. We both agreed that the results were fantastic and no more sessions were necessary. Isnt it nice when someone exceeds your expectations!!I could not be more thrilled with the outcome and have already recommended Dr. Bernstein to 3 friends who commented on my complexion!

As a woman of age and still actively involved in a work environment, my presentation is very important to me. Ive been a fan of both Dr. Bernstein and Dr. Bloom for several years now and the services they provide allow me to look and feel many years younger. I have been seeing Dr. Bernstein for laser treatments to remove the birth mark (port wine stain) from my face. It is remarkable how successful the laser treatment has been. It is minimally uncomfortable when the laser hits your face and after that, its not a big deal, mostly a bit itchy from time to time. From the first treatment, improvement was noticeable. The office is very nice to work with, and its easy to get appointments that fit my schedule. Highly recommend!

He is one of very few offices that treats Dark skin for laser hair removal in the area. I travel from NJ just for this service. I have seen amazing results and would not opt for any other choice. I would highly recommend his practice for this service and many others. You will not be more satisfied with a more professional, knowledgeable and honest practice.

Ive come to Dr. Bernstein for laser treatment for melasma from my pregnancies and Ive been so happy with the results so far. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful and professional, and Dr Bernstein is the most knowledgeable doctor when it comes to lasers and skincare. Hes also realistic and honest about what to expect. Ive been a patient for a year now of Dr. Bernstein and wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Today I came see Dr. Bloom for my lips and was very impressed. I have been using Dr. Bernsteins skin care products (LaseResults) for about 6 months now and I really like them! The texture of my skin is better, and the eye cream has made a big improvement with the dark circles under my eyes. I also just had the Perfecta Laser for redness in my skin, and so far, so good! I was nervous, but he and one of his staff were great at relieving my concerns. I look forward to going back for another treatment!

For starters, the facility is stunning and extremely clean. Dr. Bernstein is very patient and very thorough in his explanations of the procedures. He patiently and nicely answered my many many questions. I felt very comfortable with the staff, especially Lisa. I have checked out some other laser hair removal facilities and this was by far my favorite. The treatments are fairly priced and well worth the cost.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Dr. Bernstein, Dr. Bloom and their entire staff. I have returned again and again to Main Line Center for Laser Surgery for various procedures, from tattoo removal to laser hair removal to injectable fillers. Everyone here is absolutely professional and welcoming. I would not go anywhere else for any kind of aesthetic treatment.I did a lot of research about tattoo removal in the Philadelphia area prior to finding Dr. Bernstein. I am SO GLAD I did not settle for any other doctor. Dr. Bernstein is an actual expert in tattoo removal, having an advanced degree in engineering in addition to being a dermatologist and serving on medical advisory boards for several laser manufacturers. He is the first, often in the country, to have access to the latest laser technologies and knows exactly the state of the industry at any given moment.He also will do what is best for you as a patient. If your skin type is not agreeable to laser treatment, or if the color of ink in your tattoo will not benefit from laser treatment (as was the case with one of mine), he will tell you. He’s not interested in taking your money; he is passionate about doing excellent work. Please consider at least having a consultation with Dr. Bernstein before proceeding with any type of laser surgery.

I brought my 7 year old to Dr. Bernstein for a traumatic tattoo he received from a pencil. Our entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Bernstein was very personable and caring. He put my sons fears to rest. Best of all, the pencil tattoo on his face is gone! Highly recommend!

I have to go against the grain of these other reviews on this place. I did a ton of research to help my rosacea and was prepared to spend the money it took to get glowing skin. I got an appointment and a $700 treatment with the laser. I understood that optimal results would take 2-3 sessions. However, this first session left me with zero results. My skin was actually worse. I got another broken blood vessel after the treatment. I do trust that this office is very professional and his lasers are wonderful, but i could not justify continuing these treatments when it seemed to be exacerbating my condition.I wish i got to try the “amazing skin care line” but during my appointment the nurse that managed that aspect was gone for the day.Also i noticed on my way out that you would receive a full bottle of expensive face cream if you left a 5 star review on google. I’m not suggesting this explains the high rating for this establishment, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. It feels slimy to bribe people for good reviews and i don’t think a highly regarded practice needs to stoop to that level.

Dr. Bernstein is an amazing laser surgeon. He has great bed side manner. He has helped soothed my anxiety about my rosacea and worked diligently to help improve my skin. Before walking into his office, I have researched him extensively, and through the what I’ve learned and great reviews, I chose the best possible place for me! I will never go anywhere else.The products available have worked wonders for me, so far. The office itself has a calming, yet professional environment. I went on Accutane in 2010 to treat cystic acne. It removed a lot of my acne but not all of it. I developed a secondary facial redness or rosacea from the increased sun sensitivity of Accutane as well as from years of using ointments and antibiotics.By 2021, my rosacea had progressed to a 6 out of 10 in severity with multiple bouts of flushing every day.This is where Dr. Bernstein came to the rescue. After only two treatments with Dr. Bernstein and his staff, my redness has decreased to a 2 out of 10, I flush only occasionally, and my old acne scars are healing.I cant recommend Dr. Bernstein and Main Line Center for Laser Surgery enough!

I’ve had 2 laser treatments for pore size, wrinkles, skin sagging, & redness. I’m still recovering from my second treatment but people noticed a difference after even the first treatment. I just hope the results last! Dr. Bernstein is a smart charismatic guy & he’s a huge proponent of sun protection! He has a skin care line that I’ve fallen in love with. It’s so gentle but effective!

What can I say about my experience with Dr. Bernstein and his staff? Nothing but great things! After calling countless practices that specialize in tattoo removal something felt right about Dr. Bernstein. From the first call to my first appointment EVERY staff person I worked with was respectful, kind, empathetic, understanding, and even humorous! My son made a very foolish mistake and got a face tattoo, which is hindering him from getting into the United States military. Not only does Main Line Center for Laser Surgery offer what is called the Heroes discount, to help men and women remove tattoos that hinder them from entering the armed forces, but Dr. Bernstein did much more to help us (which Ill keep confidential)! His personality, bedside manner, humanity and empathy and compassion are indescribable! He didnt see race, economic status or any other human imposed divider; he saw us! He saw a mother trying to get her young African-American son off the horrible streets of Philadelphia and a young African-American male who needs a chance and to that my heart WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL! Dr. Bernstein is incredible. I had Rosacea that was so severe it left me home bound. Spent years going to different doctors and had numerous treatment failures. Several told me that it was not treatable and that I should learn to live with it. He never gave up. I now have a very active life with almost no limitations. The office is well run and the staff is great. Thank you Dr. Bernstein!

I wouldnt trust my skin to anyone else! Dr Bernstein and his staff are so kind and accommodating. My poor choice wrist tattoo went from bright aqua to barely visible in two treatments! His product line is amazing, my face feels silky smooth.

I saw Dr. Lee and my experience was so phenomenal I came straight home to write a review. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating--all of the things that are important to me for a medical provider. She administered botox so fast and easily that I barely even noticed I was getting injected! I was able to schedule a follow up for first time botox appointment in four weeks instead of the standard two weeks for scheduling reasons and I appreciate the flexibility. I also had mini-CoolSculpt and again, the experience was great. The ancillary staff were also friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for any of your cosmetic and dermatologic needs and I look forward to seeing her again.

I dont know if I have ever written a good online review before (except for family and friends), but Im pleased to write one now. I cant imagine there is a better laser doctor in the world than Dr. Bernstein. Ive gone to several doctors in the NJ, PA & DE Region and none of them are anywhere near as knowledgeable or effective as he is. Frankly, he is probably one of the most interesting people I know which makes the experience quite enjoyable (which is hard to do when you are getting zapped in the face by a laser). I wish every business was operated like MLC.

In late 2012 I had an accident that resulted in a really unsightly scar on my lower leg. I am pale and it was bright bright red so it made me incredibly self conscious. In 2013 my dermatologist referred me to Dr. Bernstein and after a few treatments all that remains is a very light scar that would only be noticeable if I pointed it out to others. Dr. Bernstein is responsible for making so much secure about my appearance- I am returning now for treatments for my rosacea and am looking forward to the results!

I am 41 years old and Dr Bernstein and his LaseResults skincare line have helped my skin look like an instagram filter! After an in office treatment with Vbeam Perfecta and daily home use of the PM intensive focused repair lotion and the matching moisturizer my skin has noticeable improvement in texture and clarity. I have held the wrath of acne since I was a teenager. As I got older it seemed to only get worse. I went to countless Dermatologist, bought some of the most expensive skin care products, went to microdermabrasian, even changed my diet and lifestyle for a more holistic approach. In the fall of 2017 my Dermatologist referred me to Dr. Bernstein to help treat melasma that I had been struggling with for over five years. I was hesitant because anyone with melasma knows that lasers should be avoided. Up until that point I tried every chemical peel, serum and scrub out there and resolved myself to the fact I would just have to live with melasma and lots of makeup. Ugh. After meeting with Dr. Bernstein it was clear he knew lasers and he knew melasma. I’ve completed three of four laser treatments and not only is my melasma fading but the texture and clarity of my skin has been refined. My skin truly hasn’t looked this amazing since my younger years. I was visiting Dr. Bloom for another procedure (which I loved!) and asked about treatments for melasma on my face. They recommended I contact Dr.Bernie because he was about to start a melasma study. I made an appt and was evaluated. I qualified for the study and received 4 laser treatments with the picoway laser. I was treated with respect, concern and care every step of the way by Dr. Bernie and the fabulous staff! I trusted Dr. Bernie with my face since he knows lasers inside and out. He develops and patents them. I was thoroughly impressed. My skin improved after the first treatment, but after the third treatment, I could barely see the melasma. I just had my fourth and final treatment and am looking forward to even more improvements. I highly recommend Dr. Bernie (and Dr. Bloom). I have done extensive research and they are the best in their fields. They train the other doctors in this field. Your face will be safe in their hands!

Im not sure what took me so long to review the wonderful Dr. Eric and his incredible staff, ( possibly because Ive never written a review ) as I have been a patient for several years. Aside from the fact that he is highly skilled and beautifully credentialed, he is a stellar human being. From my first fraxel visit, he demonstrated a care and concern that is quite rare in the medical community. He is the epitome of what a practitioner should be. I spent 25 years working in the medical field and know whereof I speak. His front desk and his clinical staff all reflect his caring and high standards. The fact that his staff adore him says it all.

Hes great, I just wish it were more affordable. $750 a treatment! I had two laser treatments for rosacea and it cleared it up for a good 4-5 months. my skin looked great. His skincare line is good, too. Due for another treatment soon.

I have, literally, the most sensitive skin (rosacea) and have tried so many moisturizers and products to keep my skin hydrated and healthy. Every last one ends up irritating my skin. I had an appointment with Dr. Bernstein not too long ago and I will not be returning. I paid $150.00 for the consult and I did not get what I came there for. I felt like my appointment was rushed and I kind of felt discriminated against. I literally spent 5 mins with him and he moved on to the next person. While speaking with him, he would ask me a question and before I could finish answering, he would cut me off and ask another question so he fully didn’t understand what problems I was having. After he quickly examined me he determined that I didn’t need any laser treatments and gave me his product line for treatment instead. The reason I was upset about that is because I already see a dermatologist, I came there for results that I wasn’t getting with the products I was already applying I didn’t need more products on top of that. -- The vibe I got was; oh shes young she can’t afford this just give her the product line instead, and he was done. My whole experience there was very uncomfortable. I am also an african american female so I dont know if that had anything to do with it either; hopefully not.
