Took my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced here today. Jessica was wonderful! She was very nice and took time to make sure the placement was even, and my baby’s ear piercings came out perfectly!!

My niece puked in this store and the lady working was amazing. Helped clean the mess even tho she was asked not to. She didnt mind. The store was neat and organized.

I love coming to this little store for holiday gifts. So many sweet girly things in one place. This location is awesome!

GOOGLE maps has this location incorrect. its in Randolph mall...not in a neighborhood next to a school...great service for ear piercings and girls items. highly recommend.

The two employees that was working tonight were not friendly at all. Ive never met a Claires employee that was as rude as the two working tonight.
