Great tattoo by Jacob. Got there as soon as opened and several came in after me for different services while Jacob drew up my idea. Whole thing took 3 hours and I left a happy customer! ( I drove an hour after researching several shops ).price was what I expected and I appreciated the time he took to make sure I was satisfied.

One of the most affordable piercing options everrrr! I have not had one bad experience. Personally, I love Noah Woods. He made by naval piercing so fun and easy. I paid $55 for the piercing a jewelry. Love this place!

Went in for a daith piercing hoping it will help with my migraines and headaches. The young man who did the piercing was professional and courteous. He did a great job explaining what was going to happen and when, and there was very little pain associated during and after the piercing.

I got two piercings here in August. Neither piercing healed despite proper care. One of the piercings was seated too far back which caused a lot of problems. My spouse even made a comment to me about the placement looking wrong after we got home. Both piercings remained inflamed and routinely developed piercing bumps for months. I eventually had to take them out.I have had these areas pierced in the past with no issues. I removed my jewelry after successfully having the piercings for several years for a surgical procedure to be completed. I waited six months to have them re-done and was looking forward to having the piercings again. I am sad that it didn’t work out. I decided to share my experience after reading another person’s review who had a similar thing happen. I am not asking for anything to be done other than to exam how the process is being completed.

Came in as a walk-in for a nose piercing and small arm tat. Walked out with a new piercing, not one but two arms tats, and new jewelry. Super professional, chill atmosphere, friendly and fast (was there less than an hour). Spent a little under $200 for everything. 10/10

Words cannot even begin to express my gratitude to there piercer Noah. I received a dermal facial piercing with him and from start to finish his politeness and professionalism have been excellent. He has followed my care when I went back in to follow up on the healing of a piercing. Not only has he followed my care but he was able to correct a long standing issue I had with another piercing that went terribly wrong a few years prior done by a different piercing shop. Very clean, the staff is always friendly and professional. Weve been 3 times for diffrent piercings and weve always had good experiences.

Called Saturday afternoon and asked if they’d be open and have a piercer on Sunday, they told me yes and that they opened at 12. Came on Sunday right at 12, the doors were locked and came back about 30 minutes later and they were still closed. Sucks cause I really wanted my nose pierced :(

We did a big piercing day here, my girlfriend got her second ear piercings, my sister got her septum pierced, My brother got his ears pierced, and my mom got her nose pierced, I however decided not to get anything pierced Im glad I made this decision, not for any reason. In particular all the piercings went great and the people were great but Im just a little baby and dont like needles going through my body and the subsequent cleaning and caretaking for those holes in my body.The piercer was great and all the staff were a lot of fun, a great time! All the piercings came out great. No issues whatsoever.

He is a clear communicator and helps bring your tattoo visions to life! The shop is very clear & all employees were kind & welcoming! Absolutely the best, I went Friday, October 6, 2023. My initial plan was just to see if the piercing could be done. After finding out that it could, this spiraled into me going inside and getting it done. I love love love my Angel fangs. I have thick lips ( Can’t tell it lol ) so there was some bleeding, but the place is clean the people are very friendly and it was an all around great experience. The piercer was very nice. This is my second piercing, my first was getting my tongue re-pierced. Im seriously considering going back and getting my canines done. Thanks so much guys!

This store is 100% recommended, it has good hygiene and care monitoring, I got a piercing in my septum and it didnt hurt at all. The girl who does the piercings in this place is completely trustworthy and careful when it comes to starting any piercing. I can say that if I wanted to open another piercing I could not do it in another shop, I only want to get a piercing in this shop because I know they are very reliable.

I had an amazing experience with Blue Luna! From the beginning of our service experience with Hannah #2 to the actual piercings I had done by Kasey. I couldn’t be happier with how clean and nice the atmosphere was in the shop, and for Kasey’s expertise in piercings and her guidance through the whole process! I would highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Casey did mine and my friends nipple piercings on 3/31. She was very nice and did the process well. But the piercing was botched. My friends piercing was too deep into the areola for one and the second one was just a little too far back but still not done right. For mine, I learned I don’t have the right anatomy for this piercing since my nipple doesn’t stick out enough to put a bar through. All piercings are anatomy dependent. We went back to get our money back. They gave my friends money back for ONE piercing. They said they wouldn’t refund me because “they had done it right” they said it was fine and I was probably getting this information from people on TikTok that didn’t know what they were talking about. They now have bumps and have to be removed. This was an awful experience and we are both left with having to take out the piercings. The people we talked to were rude about us wanting a refund when they messed both of our piercings up badly. Don’t go here. Find an APP piercer near you that does piercings right.

Kasey is amazing! I was very nervous about the piercings, but she took her time and helped me through it. She is very thorough, she takes the time to make sure the piercings are even and well spaced. Overall, the shop is very clean, good atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly.

Just went today around 1 and got 2 piercings. My wife got her lip and i I got my rook done. It didnt hurt as bad as I thought it would. Brian was gentle, sweet and funny. I recommend for anyone to go anytime no appointments necessary. Just walk right in... Tell them what u want and they will get to u in the order u came in. I miss the beautiful woman who used to work there but I really like Brian.

Move to North Carolina 4 months ago and wanted to do something different so today, I got my septum pierced by Bryan Wood. I was really nervous and undecided about which one to choose (between the horse shoe or the hoop) he is so understanding and nice. I ended up asking him to switch the hoop since I hated it. He was totally okay with it, he even was happy that I was willing to switch it. I ended up with horse shoe and loving it.Bryan Wood is so nice, patient and understanding.Jay was really attentive and welcoming as well.Definitely coming back.

I had an okay experience here at blue Luna. As soon as I walked in the building had a really bad smell. I came in to have a second and third piercing done. The lady working at the front desk was very nice! She was very helpful in helping me choose earrings most suitable for my ears. I picked out my earrings and noticed that the lady piercing my ears had taken the pair off of the display that everyone had been touching to put inside my of my ears. The only thing she did to clean them was pour alcohol over them. I decided to pick out a different pair of earrings because that was very unsanitary. I found out that none of the earrings used for piercing are sterile and to me that was not okay. A couple days later my piercings started becoming infected. It has been a couple weeks and they have constantly been infected. I don’t touch them and I have cleaned them properly every day. I’ve also noticed that they were not pierced evenly. The placement of the earrings is off and I am kind of disappoint after how much money it costs to have this done there. The people working here are very nice I just do not think I will be going back to have any more piercings done.

Everybody was very nice, the place was clean, the tools they used were in sterile packages & the artists & piercers wore gloves. My daughter got her labret pierced by Brian & he was very good with her, she said she didnt feel any of it. No tears!!

Went to Blue Luna today spontaneously with my best friend for us to get matching tattoos and her first tattoo! Was super excited but as soon as we walked into the shop, our energies were completely throw off. The two tattoo artists that “helped” couldn’t even hide how much they did not want to service us. We heard them arguing in the back about who would do the tattoos. I would have rather they just denied us service then give us the service they gave. As I stated it was my friend’s first tattoo, when I told this to the artist he did not care to give words of encouragement or see if she was comfortable. After tattooing which took about 10 minutes total for both of us, he didn’t wrap them or even explain the aftercare process. This service was totally garbage. The tattoos look good but this was suppose to be a fun experience for us and we felt like we were burdens. I’ll never go back here again and would advise y’all not too (especially POCs).

Had my triple helix done by Brian Wood today. He was awesome! So nice and extremely helpful. The tattoo shop itself was VERY clean! I watched him sterilize everything that he was using for my piercings and he explained the process and aftercare instructions thoroughly. I will definitely be back in the future!

Outstanding work from both Brian and Jay. Ive gotten two tattoos so far and its been great both times. Communication is clear and timely, and whenever theres an issue theyre honest and explain every step of the process. Cannot say enough good things about Blue Luna!

Decided on a whim to finally get my first tattoo. The store had a high rating and good reviews. Me and my friend walked in and the energy was immediately off. At first we were told there would be a wait (which is fine we didnt schedule an appointment) and heard workers arguing in the back about who would do the tattoos. It felt like we were a burden. My friend told the tattoo artist it was my first time and there were no words of encouragement or information given to me on how to care for the tattoo after it was complete. Overall, the tattoo looks nice but i will look elsewhere for my next tattoo.

This is the only place I will go to be pierced. Also the only place I want my children going! Never had a tattoo here before (YET) , but, am excited to have work done. Amazing artist! Jess is the most amazing piercer. Shes gentle and fast! LOVE Blue Luna!

The shop was really busy (on a Saturday afternoon), but they were both exceptionally nice, extremely personable, very professional and they took time to answer all my questions without rushing to the next customer. Fantastic perching for my little one!! The fantastic lady that did the little ones piercing was amazing!! Josh Floyd at Blue Luna has done the last 3 of my 5 tattoos. He’s extremely talented and just an overall delight to be around. He puts you at ease, plays great tunes, has lovely conversations with you and makes getting a tattoo an absolutely wonderful experience. You can tell him what you want and he comes up with the most intricate and beautiful designs. As far as I’m concerned you should all run, not walk, to get a tattoo from him right away! I have been there four times, all for piercings. The first time I got the daith about a year ago. A couple of months ago, I must have lost the earring in my sleep as when I got up it was gone. By the time they opened, my piercing had closed up and it had to be done again. The next time I took my granddaughter for the industriel piercing. Last week, I got the rook & tragus piercings. Excellent service each time. Each time, they have gone above and beyond to make me and my granddaughter feel as comfortable as possible. I will be going back for more piercings on the other ear as soon as these heal.

Contacted via email and received feedback on when they would be able to tattoo me which the only response they gave was “this week”. Only for me to not hear anything from them again. Few weeks later took my sister to get a piercing and mentioned the same tattoo idea to the front desk only for them to stare at me without any answers. Yea imma head out with this company.

I got my septum piercer. Everyone was so friendly. From the young lady at the front counter to my piercer. My piercer was very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would go there again

Got my right nostril pierced there back in March. The guy didnt sanitize, mark, or anything. I went in, he told me to have a seat, he pierced my nose. It ended up on the flare part of my nose, not in the crease where it should be. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. The piercing stood out on my nose like a sore! It got caught on a towel right before Christmas and it came out. I went to Golden Spiral Studios in Greensboro to have my nose redone on December 29th, and she couldnt pierce the same side because it had to heal. So, I got my left nostril pierced. Wendi (the piercer at Golden Spiral Studios) sanitized, marked, measured the thickness of my nostril, and created a made-for-me nose stud right there! A perfect piercing in the crease of my left nostril, AND I cant see it when I look down!! I will NOT be going back to Blue Luna Tattoo. Golden Spiral Studios will have ALL of my tattoo and piercing recommendations!

Im not one to make a scene, i came here twice; once with a friend...she got 4 butterflies and a word($120), 2wks later i came back i hand got 2 tattoos the same size as her butterflies and was charged ($140), I understand the experience of the artist, ink/ ink color, and time all plays a part in the cost and i am happy with the results but everyone is telling me i was ripped off, in which it does seem as that

I was so nervous as this was my first piercing (besides my ears, those where done when I was very young) I chose the daith piercing for migraines. For someone thats been on topamax for more years than I care to admit and suffering weekly if not multiple times a week I would have sold my left Tata on ebay if that would have made them go away! Seriously though, I have not even had a mild headache in a week since I had it done! If you are on the fence just do it! I am 38 years old and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Blue Luna is the only place I will go to for all my piercing & tattoo needs from now on!!! A million stars

Well I showed him ideas of what I wanted he said he couldnt do it. So I asked him if he has any better ideas all he could come up with was just two damn lines to put on my finger when I wanted a tribal symbol. Hes not a professional at all because you want people to come back this is no way to get repeat business. I will be looking else where to hopefully get this awful mistake fixed and fast. Definitely isnt worth the 50 dollars i threw out especially when I can do it with a sharpie myself. He was just lazy and didnt want to do the damn thing. Hope this place can find better artist. Ive been to alot of different tattoo artist and never had one not give me what I wanted I suggest if you want something done right go to someone who cares about their work and the happiness of their customer.

When buying jewelry the guy at the register just hogs the container of jewelry can’t even get a look at what they have weird atmosphere. do better
