JON IS THE BEST!! Unfortunately, the day I wanted my helix pierced I couldn’t make it to this shop (despite having picked it out prior) and I decided to go with a tattoo shop near my house. That was a mistake. While the piercer was very kind, my piercing ended up getting infected and having issues on more than one occasion. Jon was so accommodating regardless of the fact that I wasn’t pierced with him. First of all, he has answered my questions through their text service multiple times and with the utmost patience. Second of all, he booked me for a consultation and switched earrings for me. And lastly, months later, I had swelling and a bump (due to an accidental hit of the piercing) and he went out of his way to see me- literally on his day off. It is worth the drive and the price to go to someone who is so knowledgeable and caring. I can’t recommend Pure Imagination Arts enough!

Another reputable piercer (Ashley Darling) mentioned this place as one of 3 places in Jacksonville with implant grade jewelry and I booked a nose piercing there with some trepidation because I don’t like needles much. However, I had the best experience and highly recommend this place. The online booking was really easy. The couple running it is extremely kind and knowledgeable and the place is bright and clean. Jon was incredibly patient and explained each step and gave detailed instructions for aftercare. I love their jewelry selection and we also bought the saline wound spray from them. I will only bring my girls here if they want other piercings. I would also recommend Ashley - she is knowledgeable and direct, and nice jewelry selection and easy booking online. She’s also responsive to your texts - we used her to change out piercing jewelry for my girls. If you want gentle humor to distract you from any pain though, go to Jon! It is very evident he and his wife are passionate about what they do and want to give each customer the best experience.

I came to remove a nose bone so i could replace it with a clear piece. Jon did a great job walking me through the different options of jewelry available and informing me on my piercing itself. He removed the nose bone pain free and exchanged it for a silicone piece. They have quality jewelry for all budgets and preferences. The place looks very clean and he’s very informative. You can trust this place :)

My mum and I both got our noses pierced this evening. We were the last 2 of the evening and we felt very welcomed, not rushed at all, and Jon was overall phenomenal! I was incredibly nervous and he was great at thoroughly explaining the process to me which helped calm my nerves some. Hands down was the best experience, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is contemplating getting pierced! The shop was spotless, and he was very diligent with the sanitisation. Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jon and Georgie! I went in for a VCH, but unfortunately didnt pass the q-tip test. Jon was forthcoming and told me he didnt feel comfortable proceeding, and I appreciate that honesty beyond measure.He also refused to charge me for the visit due to anatomical disqualification, but after perusing the jewelry a bit, I decided to go for the septum which has also been on my mind to have done.From the careful details they give you regarding the process and jewelry, the sanitation and prep work, to just general banter throughout the process, I am a forever customer.Poke holes in me and take my money!!! 🥰😆

I had a piercing consultation with Jon, that I scheduled online for the very next day. Upon arriving Jon sanitized the piercing room and began to answer my questions and assess my piercing that was done out of state before I moved to this area. Jon was extremely knowledgeable and professional, answered all my questions, and helped me decide how to proceed so my piercing would heal properly. He had an extensive amount of options for me for new jewelry, all of which were excellent quality and priced correctly. I am very pleased with his treatment plan, and will be back for a new piercing ASAP. The shop was perfectly arranged, clean and sanitized, and a calm atmosphere. I also really appreciated that we were the only ones there for sanitation purposes, and the online scheduling was easy and quick. 10/10 will recommend this to everyone looking for a excellent and knowledgeable piercer.

Hands down THE BEST. I am completely obsessed with my new ear additions! (Both the blues). This shop was super clean, sterile and inviting. On top of that, Jon and his beautiful wife were beyond incredible! Personable, pleasant, informative and so sweet. This shop is where you need to go! Loved our experience! We took our 9 week old in to get her ears pierced. I first spoke to John’s wife over the phone to get more information about their studio. She was very informative and helpful. John, who did the piercing, was very knowledgeable and explained every step to us before he did it. He is very experienced with piercing little ones ears and made it look effortless. The studio is immaculate and sterile. We felt very at ease during the whole process and were very happy with our decision to go to John and have our daughter’s ears pierced versus going somewhere that uses a gun.

Jon was amazing! Had the best experience of any piercer I’ve been to in jax. He was so funny that he made me forget I was nervous (I have a low pain tolerance so I am glad he happily put up with my piercing problems and small nostrils). He is definitely my piercer from now on. 10/10 recommend!!!

I literally dont know how to explain how happy I am! Jon did my piercings and was so professional and gave me so much important information. Ive nevrr been pierced by an APP company and it definitely makes the difference. I got 3 piercings and tend to have negative reactions. Its been about 24 hours and Ive had little to no discharge, no irritation, they feel amazing and look even better. I cant wait to go back for more and will never NOT recommend them!

I got my second and third lobe piercings here and wow this place is seriously amazing! The protocols in place for covid are safe and helpful. Also, Jon did such an awesome job explaining the different stones/jewelry and the process/aftercare of the pricing. He’s such a sweet guy and keep the conversation going as he was doing the piercing. I love this place and I will 100% come back here for any other piercings I get.

His job was to pierce my granddaughters ears for Christmas. He took 4 seconds to piece thru the first ear and she wouldnt do the second. He talks incessantly about nothing and charges you for his time. I paid $280 for that appointment and now he wants more to do the other ear. He seems nice but he over charges for it. I dont think thats very nice.

Jon made the experience so much better than I expected! I rescheduled my appointment several times due to fear but I knew that I really wanted to get it done. I finally made it to my appointment (mostly because I forgot to reschedule again lol). After lots of punny jokes (of which Im a big fan), some great advice on the right jewelry, the right amount of reassurance, a dash of legal stuff, some science and sanitizing, I walked out with a brand new piercing. Jon was awesome. Im super picky about cleanliness and I found it definitely up to standards. If youre looking for a great piercing experience, Pure Imagination is my recommendation.

Jon is by far the most professional piercer I have ever met. The studio is basically spotless. He cleans and sterilizes everything, right down to the card reader that you pay with, I’ve seen him do it! He is very experienced at his craft and has worked with me every step of the way, even being a great jewelry consultant, helping me with choosing what’s right for me during the healing process. He uses high quality jewelry and is very knowledgeable with related questions. I thought when I went in and got pierced that I’d probably walk out and never see him again, but that was not the case. I love this place! They were so professional. They took ALL of the safety precautions for covid which I appreciate. Jon and Georgie were so sweet to me. Also, Jon was the only person out of all my piercers who actually took his time to go into detail of the piercing and how to take care of it. He also gave me many advice in possible situations that could happen. They even told me if I had questions about my piercings that I could always text them. Definitely you should go here. I got my Tragus piercing and I love it. When Jon did it he helped me calm my nerve and helped me breath in and out while he did it which made the pain tolerable.

This was my first time getting my nose pierced. I had only ever gotten my ears pierced and this was a completely different experience. I got it on my left nostril and I’m so glad it got it done here! The couple was so sweet and he guided me through every step of the way. I got very nervous before he pierced my nose so he was very patient and helped calm my nerves. It was painful but very worth it. They were very clean, professional, and very caring! I don’t think I’ll get any more piercings but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone getting anything pierced at all. Loved it!

Jon is not my regular piercer but he had the jewelry I needed in stock. This piercing studio is super clean, organized, and only stocks high quality jewelry. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Piercers. He took his time to make sure that my new septum jewelry was anodized the perfect shade of yellow gold. If he doesnt have what you want in stock, it can be custom ordered. If you live in the Beaches area, Jon is the piercer to go to. Even if you dont live at the Beaches, you should come here. If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Jon replaced a nose ring I had pierced elsewhere a few weeks ago that was really irritated. He informed me of so 👏🏻 many 👏🏻 things 👏🏻 that the place I had my nose pierced at didn’t. He gave me so much information on the options for nose rings and what would be best, literally changed it in 5 minutes and I felt nothing even with it being super super inflamed. Wishing I’d gone here in the first place so the bump would have been avoided, but so thankful I found them! Will definitely be bringing my kiddos here for ear piercings soon!! Highly highly recommend!! So professional, impeccably clean, and very knowledgeable.
