Listen I know Jacksonville has a lot of options for tattoo artists, but if you want one of the best artists in Jacksonville, with a shop that is clean and inviting then look no further!!! Amelia was amazing to work with and very flexible with scheduling. I had a vision of an ocean theme leg sleeve and Amelia went above and beyond my expectations! My wife and I have both been tattooed by her and I am already planning my next tattoo!!!

If I could give this place 100/5 stars I would. The overall atmosphere is so welcoming, and Amelia is so knowledgeable. She not only helps explain the process of getting a tattoo, but stresses the importance of your tattoo’s aftercare. While picking a design and placing the stencil on your skin, she takes her time to make sure the tattoo is positioned where it looks the most natural, and symmetrical. Her attention to detail, and great personality reassured me that I was in fantastic hands. I will without a doubt be coming back to get more work done here!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I have been wanting a tattoo for so long, but it is a bit out of my comfort zone, so it took a lot for me to finally book an appointment and overcome my tattoo anxiety. But, I am happy to say that it was so worth it and I have no regrets thanks to Daniella at Raptors Tattoo Studio. She was very patient, soft-spoken, and kind. She was understanding about my nerves and did everything she could to calm me down by walking me through each step of the process even though she didn’t have to. Not to mention, the shop is super cute and most importantly… sanitary!! My tattoo looks exactly like the sketch I chose beforehand, and I’m excited to see how it heals. I got a amazing tattoo from Amelia Painton tonight. My experience with the owners were great. I would definitely go here for all of my work if I didnt live so far away. The artists were friendly and great at making a tattoo that I will love for years to come. The talent that these guys have is amazing. When we come back to FL I will definitely be coming back . It was great priced and very clean. They really seem to care about the ideas and Amelia is a great teacher to her staff. We will be telling everyone about are experience. What a wonderful place to experience.

I came to Amelia based off of a recommendation from a friend of mine. I came in with two tattoos that I was not happy with and she reworked both of them into pieces of art that I am so happy to show people. Even if I don’t point them out to people, they are always in awe of how bright they are and how beautiful they are. They all are so great, talented, and really know their stuff. The tattoo shop is so nice, open, and clean as well, which is a bonus. I will continue to come back to see Amelia as long as she will do my tattoos ;). I started following Raptors Tattoo on my Facebook I loved their work and knew that I would be going to them for my next tattoo. I was able to see all the artists work and although they are all amazing I choose Amelia. I sent an inquiry about setting up an appointment my message was answered very quickly. Through that message we went over everything I wanted when I went in for my session we went over everything again Amelia made me feel so comfortable and wanted to make sure we were always on the same page. Before we even got started she showed me the needles she would be using and opened them right in front of me letting be know they were brand new and only used on me. I just cant say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend them and already planning my next Tattoo with Amelia. Its the cleanest Tattoo shop Ive ever been to! I got my first tattoo on my 30th anniversary of joining the air force (April 15). I wanted Amelia to do it because I saw the beautiful work she’s done on her husband. It was a wonderful experience and am scouring the internet for ideas for my next tattoo. I have been getting tattooed for about ten years and I’ve never been to a place like raptors. When I think of a studio the first image that comes to mind is something similar to a dive bar or hole in the wall restaurant with a “B” health code rating. When I walked into raptors it felt like I was walking into a Michelin star establishment. Plus the tattoos are super good and very fairly priced. I’ve never felt more confident when going into a tattoo experience.

Great people, service, and most importantly- perfect art. Carlos had amazing line work, and Amelia, the owner was super friendly and helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
