Wow, I had such a fantastic experience getting my Daith and Flat pierced by Rebecca! She explained each step kept me calm and at ease. The piercing process itself was fantastic. She anodized my jewelry to match my tragus on my right side. The staff at this location we worked with was Brighten, Kyrsten, and Rebecca. They were all fantastic. I so appreciated Brighten looking at my ear to determine what my anatomy could support piercing wise! I initially came in asking for my tragus on my left side done but he let me know it was too small to do unfortunately, but I was able to get a couple others instead! Kyrsten was sparkly and sweet and walked us through jewelry selection and aftercare!We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much for such an awesome experience!

Katie and her coworker were amazing at helping me decide what kind of piercing would fit best in my ear. Katie gave fantastic advice and step by step directions on how she was going to pierce my ear. Store was very clean and they had an awesome selection of jewelry to choose from. Staff were so friendly! Will come back again!

Katie tried anyway possible not to pierce my daughter’s belly button. She even tried to say the photo on my license was not me! Since I gave my daughter permission to get her belly done. We had all correct documents as we were told over the phone, so why was it such a big issue? Katie said she did not want my 14 year old to get a piercing and she don’t believe in letting minors get any piercings done and we were lucky she did it! I also accidentally hit the wrong tip amount because I did not want to tip her but she said there was no way for her to go back on the register for me to change it and she received an $18.15 cent tip she did not deserve! If you allow minors to get piercings your staff should not make your customers feel as if she is trying anyway possible to decline your services, this store is NOT customer service friendly! The gentleman who Katie showed both my id and my daughters id to which she tried denying both id’s said yeah it’s fine! Katie still made it clear she did not want to do it and we could feel her negative energy the entire time. If you offer certain services to minors your entire staff should be on board and not use their own beliefs to intimidate your paying customers! By the way Katie is the only piercer at the Great Lakes Mall location she made that clear as well saying we also are lucky she is staying over 15 mins to do my daughters belly even though I would have had myself get one done as well but she was already staying late, so I declined to do mine. I didn’t want anymore problems!

Tana pierced my septum for me! i would highly recommend them to do your piercings:) they sterilized everything in front of me, talked me through the process and it was really quick, hardly any blood. for someone who is super anxious, i felt very relaxed and calm the entire time. the other person there i forgot her name, however she was the best she explained my healing process very well and i trusted both her and tana’s advice considering they both had septum piercings themselves! would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing done. they also have really cool crystals, tarot decks and a lot more.

Ashley and every one else there were so sweet, they made it feel like a safe place like a piercing shop should be! They were amazing with communication, making sure we were comfortable, and took things at our pace. They were confident in their work and it was obvious that they enjoyed what they did! Me and my husband absolutely love it here!!!

Rebecca was great I wasn’t sure what to get and she told me many different options that my ears would be great for I ended up getting my second lobes and a conch piercing. When piercing she always made sure I was comfortable and ready. She also explained how to take care of the piercings and was there if I had any questions.

My piercer ✨Rebecca✨ was absolutely exceptional!🥰I mean this in every possible way. From the friendly, welcoming introduction/ beginning to feeling 100% COMFORTABLE with her and comfortable enough that I didnt feel uncomfortable about asking questions and just simply carrying conversation! Eyelash minute out of the blue decided to stop in and get a piercing I had only planned the return some jeans to another store in the mall but on my walk out I was caught from the corner of my eye express yourself and Rebecca and I locked eyes and that was it I highly recommend her she was so sweet patient and kind Im definitely going to be coming back to her!

I would give more than 5 if I could. Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything and helped you feel comfortable. Highly recommend! Shout out to Rebecca, she was amazing.

I got a pair of lobes pierced by Rebecca and I absolutely love them! She explained what to do for aftercare and talked me through the entire piercing process. She is very calming which made me much less nervous to get pierced. I will definitely be coming back for more and I highly recommend Rebecca for your piercing needs!

My girlfriend and I were at the mall to go to the aquarium originally and ended up finding this place after, thinking they just sold jewelry. We were wrong! After a little debating she and I decided to get our, respectively, eyebrow and verical labret done since we were planning on it eventually anyway. Marina and Rebecca were so friendly and kind and made sure we knew everything we needed to and felt comfortable and ready. Rebecca, the apprentice, did our piercings both freehand under Marinas supervision and we were both thrilled with how they turned out. It has now been 2 weeks and my lip feels fantastic and I have had no issues - the saline spray they sell there is perfect too!! If I am ever back in town I would consider getting another piercing here.

Rebecca was incredibly kind and exceeded my expectations of an Apprentice :) She was thorough with asking questions to her mentor and focused on making sure that I was happy with the end result of my piercings!! Cannot recommend this place enough!

I had a great experience! i saw they advertised they did NOT use piercing guns, which seemed like a green flag to me! the first person who greeted me and the piercer were both so sweet, patient, and answered all of my questions judgement free. also the piercing was not painful at all, super helpful that the piercer told me to breath in and out as he pierced. would definitely come back!

Me and and friend went to get matching belly piercings together, and Tanna Jayy was our piercer 😋 He was soo sweet and the super professional. 10/10 :)

Katie did a wonderful job! Honestly the least painful nose piercing I’ve ever had. She took her time, explained everything and made sure i was super comfortable. I got the other side of my nose pierced and i wanted it to be even, she did an amazing job. Also my piercing is healing rapidly and I’m very very happy!

Brighten pierced my 7 year olds lobes today... But this was an entire experience. The patience and care shown to my small human was incredible. Neither he, nor his front-end counterpart (whom I forgot her name, Im so sorry!) were pushy or rushing. They took their time explaining everything and really making the entire situation so exciting and fun for a very nervous 7 year old. Walking through the process with her while also validating her feelings was amazing to witness. Also, Brighten made her this super cute little glove animal that she decided to name Mr. Tinkles. (And she only cried tears of happiness)Thank you so much for such an incredible experience!

I was pierced for Friday the 13th by an Apprentice named Morgan. I had a vertical labret done. She did a wonderful job, and the rest of the staff training her was so nice! I love that they also carry fine body jewelry, because it can be hard to find nice, high quality jewelry most of the time. I’ll definitely return back to them when I’m ready to get my next piercing or any future jewelry purchases.

Process was quick and easy. Ashley was great, explained everything in detail. Plenty of jewelry options as well.

I had Tana do my belly button piercing and they pierced it above my belly button and it got infected even when using their saline spray.

It took me awhile to finally convince myself to get my first needle piercing and I finally went and got it done on October 13th and tana made my experience amazing and so far it is healing so good! I cant wait to come back and finally change it out!
