Lets start by saying how awesome the shop looks, so much amazing art and anime. Its super clean as well. Ash was my artist and he was really amazing. The tattoo came out amazing and everything was very low-key. Would definitely recommend!

Carla has done two tattoos for me now, and she is AMAZING!! Could not recommend her more. Plus, the entire staff at Andromeda is so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere of the shop is awesome.

Went to Andromeda for my first tattoo. What a great experience into the world of tattooing. Alex is a master of his craft. He listens to every detail, concern, and question you may have, which helps ease any anxiety. He truly cares and knows how important getting your vision right the first time is.The shop itself is extremely clean and you can tell the staff care. Everyone was extremely friendly and cognizant about the process of getting a tattoo, and making you feel comfortable. The shop has all sorts of nerdy stuff to look at while you wait, which is right down my alley. There are also snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you didn’t get a chance to eat beforehand. I highly recommend Andromeda for anyone and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Hope to see you all soon!

First time coming in and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoying. The staff is great, I was able to bring my son in the lobby and my tattoo artist Victoria did absolutely amazing on my sons tattoo and will definitely be coming back for my future tattoos.

I love this tattoo studio! I’ve had work done by multiple artists here and I already have plans to come back after just having a new piece completed yesterday.Hailey did my spooky latte and the matching Nine Pin cans in the photos.An apprentice, Ash, did my strawberry frog which is completely fresh and bloody in this photo lol.Everyone is so personable and affirming, I recommend Andromeda to everyone! Pro tip, following your favorite artists on Instagram is best because they mostly schedule out several months in advance with only a small window to book!

Alex is THE best tattoo artist, no questions asked. Hes always pleasant, always listens and is very, VERY clean and sanitary. Hes worked on my Disney sleeve for a little while now and has added pieces that have had so much more meaning to me than just Disney itself even.Its safe to say, Id never go to another shop again. And although Alex is the only one in shop that has tattooed me, I have no doubt in my mind that he wouldnt pick anyone below his professional standards to be part of his team.Enjoy my pictures, they look even better in person, these were photos I took quickly myself just to share some of his amazing work.I get compliments literally every single day.

I have gotten 5 tattoos in the past year here and I dont want to go anywhere else! My half sleeve is still a work in progress lol Ive gotten most of my work done by Hailey except for my dog portrait which was done by Katie! I am blown away every time by how professional and talented these ladies are. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable whether its your first tattoo or if you already have a bunch. At this point, the majority of my work has been done at Andromeda by Carla, who is always a joy to get to work with. She is exceedingly professional, a skilled artist, and always strives to make every piece she works on unique and striking. Her booking and design process is very accommodating, and she is prompt in responding to questions about designs and the process as a whole. I cant count the number of compliments Ive received on her work by wholly separate people on multiple occasions. Andromeda has my full, unconditional recommendation; its fully worth every second of my 45 minute commute to Ballston Spa.

I had an amazing experience getting my memorial tattoo for my best friend here!I am VERY MUCH a first impression type of person and I refuse to go back anywhere I dont feel welcome, so the fact I not only went back there 3 times PLUS Im leaving a review says how much I loved my experiences there.Victoria not only went above and beyond to come up with the perfect tattoo for me, she was extremely caring and sweet. I got both of these tattoos with Alex and loved each experience I had. They are the go to tattoo artist for my family and theyve done amazing work for all of us! They are kind and respectful, always making sure that you approve of the tattoo before starting and while working. They are super flexible with design work and ideas that you may have about the tattoo you want as well. I wanted a tattoo with my grandmas handwriting and they got it perfectly. Love the work they do and will be going to Alex for any tattoos I want in the future.

I came to Melissa requesting a peony half sleeve. She listened to my ideas of how I envisioned the tattoo with an open mind. I immediately felt comfortable with her which naturally led me to entrust her with the design and technique. Her artistic inspiration surpassed my expectations by far. Her ability to capture depth, vibrancy and realistic color grade speaks to her passion, talent, and natural abilities. This is my first big tattoo and I am extremely happy with the results.

First off, the interior of the shop is AMAZING. Absolutely gorgeous. Super clean! The artists there are amazing and are very accommodating and inclusive! The shop was the most spacious, clean, and welcoming tattoo shop that I have ever been to. All of the employees I met were friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend Alex as an artist. Alex did a cover up tattoo on me which was a very bitter sweet one. I couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome! He has such a gentle touch and absolutely makes the environment comfortable.I also had a Sailor Jerry theme done and had about 3-4 ideas and he did the most perfect mash up of all ideas! I can not wait to have more art and feel so lucky to have found him because let’s be honest, there is nothing like having the perfect artist.

I took a 6 hour round trip to get tattooed by Aileen who was absolutely awesome. Was very responsive to my messages when trying to figure out what I wanted and knocked it out of the park when it came to the tattoo. I had a great experience at the shop and everyone I encountered was extremely friendly. Would recommend this shop to anyone and would definitely make the drive for more work by them!

Was searching for a local tattoo shop and Andromeda popped up in my Facebook feed. Melissa was my tattoo artist. She exceeded my expectations! This was my first color tattoo and she incorporated all my favorite colors. The shop was bright and clean with reallly cool art on the wallls. Going back for my next piece in December. Alex Reid Diffe is an EXTRORDINARY artist. I am blown away every single time! On top of getting (In my opinion) the best work possible, Alex is also an all around great person and really makes you feel comfortable. During my last session I had a severe panic attack, it was so embarrassing, but Alex was a superhero. Was so so supportive, understanding, never once made me feel rushed or like I was being inconvenient.. Alex offered to finish or to reschedule if I couldnt go on after my incident. I have always been a huge fan, but after that I gained a whole new level of respect... and I can not wait until I can get on the books for my next session! 10 stars out of 5. Great artist. Super professional. Kind. Genuinely a good person. 100% would recommend getting work done by Alex to anyone! I DO recommend Alex any time anyone is contemplating any work. Its a long drive for me, but I gladly make it for the care and work I receive in return!!

Alexan and Victoria were amazing to work with when my husband and I recently got tattoos there. When we first walked in we were very impressed by how clean and beautiful the shop was, it smelled good, the bathroom were spotless with not one but three hand soaps to choose from… I mean come on!!! Also there are drinks and snacks for sale! We’ve never seen that in a shop before but it’s brilliant considering you typically spend a good amount of time getting a tattoo! Alexan created a gorgeous tattoo for my husband. The tattoo is everything my husband wanted and more. His lines are perfect and his artistic ability is truly amazing! Alexan even at the end did a small name tattoo for our son last minute! It was getting late but he was totally down to do it and it meant the world to my husband.Victoria did a beautiful name tattoo for my daughter and she was flexible, kind, professional and I couldn’t love it more. She spent a long time with me finding the perfect font I wanted!We drove almost two hours for our tattoos and 1000% will be back. I tried my best to be friendly about coming forward but the owner who also has questionable behavior stuff threaten to sue me for slander. I did nothing wrong other than share my story. Andromeda is the best. Alexan Reid did the linework for my tatoo that he sketched on my arm FREE-HAND with a sharpie instead of using a stencil. Im blown away by the level of artistry and mastery of many tattoo styles that Alexan has worked hard to perfect. In my opinion, Im walking around with a priceless work of art on my arm!
