Autumn did a couple cartilage piercings for me. She was very professional and kind. I was having surgery in a few weeks, so she accommodated me by putting in plastic jewelry so I wouldn’t have to remove it for surgery. She told me to come back after surgery and she would change it out for real jewelry. She is a very sweet and understanding woman. I will be going back again for more services in the future.I went back to Autumn a couple months after my piercings to get my hair cut. She did a fantastic job & I love it.

I absolutely adore Autumn and the haircut she gave me. When walking into the building I loved that I didnt have to check in or talk to anyone, I just followed the signs to her suit and she met me at the door. I have social anxiety so this was a huge bonus! She made me feel extremely comfortable and constantly checked in with me while cutting my hair to make sure I wasnt freaking out over the drastic change and I appreciate that. She truly cares about her clients and prices her services so everyone can afford it when she could easily charge so much more with her level of talent. I am for sure going back to her in the future! Autumn is such a talented piercer and cosmetologist. I’ve had multiple piercings done by her and they’ve all healed perfectly. She really takes her time to make sure you’re happy with the placement and walks you through the whole process, not to mention it’s super clean and really professional. I highly recommend going to her for everything. She’s phenomenal at custom brights for your hair too!!!

Called and got an appointment same day, and brought someone with who ended up wanting a piercing too; Autumn is incredibly flexible and sweet! when a septum didnt work out for my bf, she was completely willing to do a different piercing for him, which was so awesome (-: overall a really great experience, you can tell she really cares about her clients and is passionate in her work— could not recommend enough!

Very wonderful experience! She was very nice and very understanding! She was very meticulous about making sure the lobe piercings were even (greatly appreciate that!) She was really good about the daith piercing despite me having such a small daith. Overall very wonderful experience and honestly heavily contemplating coming back for hair services!!Edit: My earring was bleeding for almost a month, I got in contact with her and she got me in next day and changed the earring, gave new care instructions and asked me to keep her updated. About an hour later and it hurts significantly less. Overall, as great of an experience as it can be given the circumstances.

I booked my appointment with Autumn for a nose piercing a couple of weeks ago, and she did an amazing job!! The appointment was easily booked online, and I got in very quickly. It is healing very well, and I could not be happier with the experience!! Autumn, you are awesome, thank you again!!

Honestly when getting your child’s ears pierced there’s no one better. Autumn was more patient than even I was able to be with my very easily spooked kid to help get both of her ears pierced like she’s been asking me for half a year now (She was very adamant about leaving with just one after the first.) You could not be in better hands ♥️

Hair cut for me. Cut and dyes for niece and nephew. Niece got a fox tail dye on her ends. Its so cute! Nephew got a star design in his hair. Autumn is so talented and creative. From kids to adults she is awesome. I love seeing all her work including her piercings and now tooth gems! We will be customers for a very LOOONG TIME.
