I was extremely nervous to get a portrait of my dog who’s passed away. Having gotten tattoos from Damen before, I reached out. He was very friendly and respectful throughout the process. In the end, he gave me more than I could have asked for in realism, and I spent the next few days crying in awe of my best friend now memorialized on my arm. I’ll never trust anyone else with my tattoos.

First time getting tattooed here! I’ve never felt more welcome in a tattoo shop! Everyone was super sweet and caring! I had three previous tattoos from another shop covered up in one big floral piece! I couldn’t be happier!!! Their work is phenomenal! Don’t even hesitate!

My husband and I recently got tattoos done here by Anthony, but the whole crews work there is just off the charts insane! They are phenomenal! This is my piece! I wont go anywhere else ever again! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👌🩶

Went in to get a tattoo from Anthony with my SO. Not only did he exceed both of our expectations, but Damen and Becca were absolutely fantastic individuals that helped make the experience at Gold leaf not only fun but also energetic and friendly.I highly recommend even making a trip from Madison or anywhere in southern Wisconsin to get work done. They have surpassed my experiences in any shop, as well as have gained themselves and loyal and consistent client.

Damen did an amazing job. Gave him the idea idea of what I wanted and told him to add a little of his own touch. He way exceeded my expectations. Very professional and easy to talk to. Looking forward to my next tattoo with him one day.

I worked with Damen through my experience here and his artistic talent was unmatched. I sent him a few inspirational photos and he designed and tattooed a piece that was so much more beautiful and intricate than I ever imagined that it could be. I also saw Anthonys talent during my hours at the shop, which was equally as impressive. The entire dynamic of the shop provided for a low stress, entertaining atmosphere. I will forever be a returning customer and will recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

My husband passed away 2 months ago. It has been the hardest thing I have ever dealt with. I wanted a memorial portrait tattoo done and I am so glad I came to Damen. This was an amazing first experience for my sister and an amazing returning visit for myself after a five-year tattoo hiatus. Damen did an awesome job with the design my sister brought to him and really did right by the deceased family pet it was based on. Also thank you for dealing with my scheduling issues, definitely glad I made it in. Great people, great atmosphere and great tattoos. I got another tattoo today, but it was my first one at Gold Leaf. This shop was awesome. It was super clean and comfortable. Anthony and Damen are hilarious and made me feel very comfortable. This definitely won’t be the last tattoo I get done there. 7/5 for rating 😜

I went and got my first tattoo in over 15 years this week with Damen. He did a tribute piece to my dog that passed away. He was great to work with. I told him what I was looking for and let him use his creativity to to work to come up with a design. His design was phenomenal. The tattoo shop is clean & modern. I would highly recommend booking with him. Let him put his spin on things. You wont be disappointed.

I absolutely loved this place. They drew up exactly what I asked for perfectly how I wanted them on the first try. They did an amazing job on all 4 of my tattoos, made time for them as a walk in, and have been more than helpful with the aftercare and questions afterwards. Would highly recommend these guys, they are great at what they do!!!Also went back just a couple months ago and once again am beyond happy with the result. Told Damen what I wanted, he drew up an amazing original piece, got me in for a 5 hour appt for my birthday, and not only was there barely any pain but this tattoo is freaking awesome. He is the best artist around.

I have got all of my tattoos from Anthony Deleon, as has my fiancée. He is absolutely amazing. Never disappoints, he does exactly what you want and makes it original. Came in here for my first tattoo- they didn’t judge my choice of tattoo and drew up multiple designs for me to choose from for no fee at all. Only had to pay the minimum price as well which was amazing. Tattoo also took under and hour and was easy to deal with- super professional, thorough, and sweet, definitely would go there again !

Great trustworthy place. Recently got a courage the cowardly dog tattoo done by Mason. One of my favorite tattoos of many, and had a lot of fun and laughs while getting it done. Never disappointed with Gold leaf or the staff. Damen has also touched up and added to my work and was beyond pleased with that too.

Went in as a walk in and had a tattoo drawn up. Did a really good job with the design and was patient with me and the tattoo turned out great. Only thing is I was not expecting a $100 minimum and thought that was a bit much and they don’t take credit cards. But overall a good clean place with friendly skilled service.

Mason did my tattoo. He was patient and was willing to draw up many different designs. He made the whole appointment very professional and fun, while making sure I was 100% happy with the final look. I hope to come back soon!

Just had some work done here recently. Damen is an amazing artist and is super professional. The shop is very well organized and clean, very comfortable environment. Highly recommend this shop for anyone, I will definitely be going back for the rest of my tattoos.

Damen did an amazing job on the start of my full sleeve! I took in my Nana’s handprint and song lyrics in her handwriting along with my little ones footprints. He absolutely nailed it!!! Absolutely amazing experience. Damen was my artist, he created a beautiful piece of artwork for my upper arm and I’m absolutely in love. He completely freehanded it, which is what I was looking for. Very hospitable and a very nice person. Will definitely work with again for my future tattoos.

On 2/15/2019 I found this place on instagram and started chatting with Damen about a tattoo idea Ive had for a very long time. He was extremely quick to respond to me and told me to stop in the next day. At first I was hesitant because a lot of tattoo shops Ive been to in the surrounding area have a bed rep or the artists are rude. Saturday came around and stopped at the shop to talk about a cat memorial portrait I had been dreaming of. As soon as I stepped into that shop I could help but notice how clean and profession it was! Way better that the other shops in Baraboo. I was helped and welcomed immediately by Mason. Shortly after I got to speak with Damen. He listened to my ideas and gave me even better ideas without being pushy (unlike other shops...). I showed him pictures and was getting a quote and handed him a deposit that when towards my grand total. The next day I was booked! Sunday rolled around and I as soon as I was showed what he drew up for me I was BLOWN AWAY! It was so much more than I couldve ever asked for! 5 hours in the chair and these guys (damen, saltrock and mason) had me talking about my past. They were so friendly and easy to chat with. Once I got to see the final product I was speechless! Everything was spot on. If you want an amazing tattoo I highly recommend these guys! I will never go anywhere else for my tattoos again. These artists are absolutely amazing!!!

Couldnt be happier with the work Ive had done. Dont let the minimum coat scare you away. This is something that will be on your body the rest of your life, so quality should concern you more that money. Between myself and friends and family Ive sent there we have gotten over a dozen peices done with 0 complaints. If I could rate higher than 5 I would. Highly highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for whatever peices you need done.
