My daughter and I love this place. My daughter is 13 and in a wheelchair. It is getting harder for her to even get inside the store let alone shop. The displays are too close together. I really hope they consider this for wheelchair customers and even those moms with strollers.

We love,love,love this store. The staff is always super friendly. Im rating only 3 stars due to the accessibility of the store. My daughter absolutely must stop every time we are at the mall. She is 9 and is in a wheelchair. She can barely get through the store and is very limited what she can even get to. The store is always busy so that even limits more. Please with all the openings in the mall, move to a larger location. She was very happy to get her ears pierced today. The piercing counter is right in the opening of the store which is very high traffic. Just a overall poor layout.

Super expensive. Also went to get my ears pierced there and they got infected 3 separate times! One time they made them super uneven and now I have and hole on the bottom of my lobe. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Always crowded and I think they need to expand. Went into Claire’s this past time and it was buy 3, get 3 free.. not a deal like they used to be (and yes I know times have changed).. but spend roughly $40-$60 and 3 items free, no thank you! It got super busy and I walked out!

I have 3 little granddaughters and they love everything about this store! They even do make over Birthday parties here that are so sweet! This is a little girls paradise! Sometimes its a bit expensive but they always have good sales!

It was crowded, but found some items for purchase, expensive but it was worth a smile on my daughters face. Cashier was very nice and bubbly. Its definitely worth a peek inside.

Not very happy with our experience. My daughter is 5 we went there for her first ear piercing. The earrings broke after one day and we had a terrible time getting another earring in. I felt like the employees were pushy about selling us extra things after we already spent almost $60 on earrings and solution. Ear piercings are free with earring purchase.

My niece got her ears pierced here and the girls were great. She is six and she was scared but determined to get those earrings. They talked to her and explained every step.

Had my daughter get her ears pierced for the first time..,only one girl working and she was very busy but she treated us like we were the only ones in store (as she did with all of her customers).... Made the experience special for us....would recommend!
