Had my 16 month granddaughter with me and she lost the back to her earrings that had a warranty on them. The staff there wouldn’t check my phone number on my warranty and was very unhelpful. Basically if you don’t have the paper with you are out of luck. Went to Ashland town center and Bobbie was all to eager to help me. Walked out with a back to my earring. Only experience with Huntington Mall location and will not be back.

My husband bought me a wedding ring set from here. It was too big and when I tried to take it to see if I could exchange it or get it sized to fit the woman said we can’t do anything without a receipt and then immediately turned her back to me. The staff has the worst attitude and are very rude. I will never come back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone

It is a really bad place to get ur ears done so I dont wish for anyone to go there. TAT-NICE TATTOOS is a better place to go to
