My daughter and I have had multiple tattoos done by Mike at Silver ink and we have been more than satisfied with his work. Great atmosphere, and he does absolutely amazing work. If you want an amazing tattoo he is definitely the guy to go to.

Great staff. Mike was friendly and explained the process. Explained pros and cons to the design I wanted. Made sure I was happy with the placement and design before starting. Great work! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Stoped in at 4:00, didn’t leave till 8:30. Had the weirdest interaction with the artists when walked into the shop, said hello, but stared at us like we were not in there to get a tattoo. The tattoo we designed was no more than 2 inches by 2 inches and took 4.5 hours to complete. The male artists in the shop were verbally abusive to other clients and made fun of of two girls who were there getting their first tattoo. They were all inconsistent wearing gloves and with health safety. Two of the arts were kissing at one point. The tattoo turned out to have shake-y wave-y lines. Way over priced for the tattoo we got. More than $180 for garbage and wasted time. Just an overall bad experience.Quick edit, I can’t figure out how to respond to the shops reply to my year old review.You can say I wasn’t there, but I was. I added the picture of the poor job they did on this tattoo. I didn’t post it initially to spare my sister the embarrassment.Go somewhere else for your tattoo.

My mom sisters and me came to bay city ti watch jelly roll. We decided ti get tattoos. It was my first ever tatto and Michael did a excellent job. If I didnt live two hours from here Id come back for more. Maybe one day I can come here for another trip and come back here.

Great prices and amazing work. Do not let this place slide under your radar. I was trying to find a spot to get some work done on the fly and had seen this place pop up several times on Facebook. After a brief phone call to confirm availability, I was lucky enough to get in and told to talk to Mike. Everyone in the shop was nice and there is plenty of amazing artwork from Mike and the crew that made me feel confident in the piece I was going to get. I now have a tattoo that I am extremely happy with and a more than fair price. The whole experience was awesome and I plan on making this my go to for any future work.

Great place, great energy! Mike is a one of a kind guy.. if I lived in the area, he would definitely be my main squeeze in the tattoo world!! Will be making my way back😁

He did an amazing job! It was very last minute and basically a walk in and he freehanded everything and it looks so good. I’ve got so many compliments on it so far and he was very nice, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely will be coming back for my next tattoo and have recommended him to so many people! Keep up the great work :)

My experience here was amazing! I came for a small tattoo I wasn’t there long but Mikey was amazing! He’s very passionate about what he does and if you’re new to tattoos this is definitely the place to go! He gives some real advice that makes you really think and might change your mind to doing something better! That’s what a true artist is! I support that place he built it from the ground up 💪

Awesome experience. Ive been waiting months to get this tattoo. The professionalism that the owner showed me, made me feel like the tattoo was definitely worth it. He makes it feel like the other tattoo shops were doing something wrong.

THE BEST SHOP EVER!!! This is by far the best shop I’ve ever been too. Not only for the amazing tattoos I’ve gotten but also because of the amazing vibe in the shop. I feel so loved and welcomed there, Mikey and Josh have your best interest at heart and want you to really love your tattoo. Most shops are all about the money but they are truly worried about their customers!!

I’ve been to about 10 different tattoo shops around the Saginaw/midland/bay city area….. nothing compares to this one! This is by far my favorite tattoo shop, I’ve been multiple times and the experience has continuously been amazing! They are welcoming and do THE BEST work!!! They make everyone feel so comfortable! Forever loving their work, will be back for more!!

My sister and I scheduled tattoos with Michael. We had an amazing experience!!! Michael and his sister were so very nice and welcoming! We have wanted finger tattoos for years and have always had trouble with other shops assuming we didn’t know it so our research about finger tattoos and not wanting to do them because it’s not the best place to tattoo. We definitely did not feel that judgment from Silver Ink at all. He asked us if we knew about finger tattoos and told us his concerns but absolutely understood that we just wanted them and wanted to have fun. Such a great place and amazing people!!! Highly recommend!!! Please support their new business!!!
