The best experience ever! They are so kind and clean! Saw on social media! Very kind and helpful to make a decision. Tina did my piercing and did an amazing job!! She’s so kind!! Josie helped me pick my piecing and is such a fun hype woman! Me and my mom are coming back to get more piercings soon!

Went in for a quick look while in the area and got a Mid Helix piercing. As someone who has multiple piercings and all of them from tattoo shops Rowan made it fun and painless! Mariah did my piercing and she was fun and very personable!

Brought my daughter here for her 13th birthday present to get a second piercing. It was cute and clean. Everyone was very nice. Great selection of earrings. Sam, was amazing & sweet, she made sure the placement was perfect, and my daughter was very comfortable. Thank you!

Amazing experience! Pierced by nurses. They were so good with my niece. No tears from her at all. They did my triples and I didn’t even feel it. They only do ears so just be mindful of that if you want to get other piercings!

Brought my two girls in… one for first time piercing and the second for a re-do piercing! Loved the cleanliness and ease of making an appointment!!!!! Mariah and Josie were so nice and helpful and explained everything to the girls so that they were comfortable with the entire process!!! I would definitely recommend to all the mamas!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Rowan at Pinecrest. Sam did a fantastic job helping my slightly nervous daughter get her ears pierced for the first time! Highly recommend. Cute selection of earrings too. Choice to have either needle or device for your piercing.

I came in with only the inner thread of an earring—pierced elsewhere—in, and the nurse not only helped me figure out the size to secure a replacement, but she also cleaned several other piercings and and earrings for me to prevent a similar loss from happening again. Even though they were busy, they added these additional services to my appointment and even gave me juice when I was thirsty. This is a full-service, conscientious, and stylish place. I cannot recommend them enough!

Took my 4 year old here last week and had an excellent experience! I am so happy we decided to come here for her first piercing. Mariah did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and the final results turned out perfect! They also had the cutest selection of earrings to choose from.

Came here with my mom, this place was an hour behind which they said was due to only having one piercing room. Didn’t apologize or even let us know when we checked in which should have been done or we would have left. We had just waited and stood around wondering, there also is no where to sit and wait while doing so. It is also extremely expensive and overpriced. Way better off going to a tattoo shop you’d have a better experience for 1/3 of the cost. The piercing is cute but the experience was not.

I had a lobe repair by a plastic surgeon, and piercing, about 18 months ago. The piercing didn’t take and the hole closed.I saw Rowan on social media and decided to check it out.I was immediately impressed with the facility. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean with a good selection of earrings. Taylor performed my piercing, Shanya prepped. Taylor took time to understand the situation and find a good spot, away from scar tissue, for my device piercing. She did such an amazing job, my daughter decided to get her ears pieced a second time. Taylor did a great job again!Prices are very similar to a small chain jewelry store that doesn’t have licensed nurses perform the piercing. I can’t say enough good things!If you’re thinking of going, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

A group of us made appts to get our ears pierced together. For all of us, it was the first time here. The space was super clean and sterile, and so cute!! The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process along with jewelry selection. Mariah did the piercing on each of us, and she was very thorough in making sure the placement was perfect and everything aligned exactly how we wanted it. She had a great personality and was so patient with each of us. I would highly recommend Hey Rowan, from the sterile environment, to the staff, the beautiful jewelry selection, and professionalism it was a perfect experience!! We will be back!

Took my 3yr old to get her ears pierced. Sam was our main nurse and i cant remember the others name. But they were so nice and patient. And they did a great job! She didnt even cry

Sam was a great nurse piercer. She pierced my helix with lightening bolt and I love it. She was very professional and explained the whole process. The jewelry selection for both needle piercings and device are super cute.!!

Me and a few other family members made an appointment on Friday August 2nd. I scheduled a lobe piercing with the tool. Which cost me $128 plus a $10 tip so $138. It wasn’t even 24 hours later and my left earring fell out my ear. I immediately called them and they asked me if I could come in so that they could give me another earring back. I explained to them that I live an hour away and I couldn’t come today so I rescheduled for the next day which was today Sunday. I check in for my appointment and explained why I was even back. I was then asked if I wanted to purchase a different back. I literally just drove an hour back here due to my earring just falling out and you ask me if I want to purchase a different back. I feel like I will never return. The try to make or sound good because they have LPNs piercing but more training is definitely needed.

This place is awesome. I saw from a Facebook advertisement and checked it out from there. Their jewelry selection is pretty awesome, it is fairly expensive (fair warning) but it’s also not the cheap stuff you get from Amazon. There is a difference.. Also, you can make an appointment through their website and check out jewelry as well. I would definitely recommend coming here especially you have questions or if you’re hesitant to get a piercing you’ve thought about.
