The experience started off well. The environment is clean and the staff are pleasant. I participated in five sessions with more expected based on the quality of the work I was removing. I was charged an secondary fee of $513.73 outside of the session charge. Joan (client associate) attempted to forward my inquiry of the additional charge to the regional manager Bonnie. After several attmpts of calls and emails on my part, I never received a follow up from Bonnie or other associates to rectify the problem and I eventually had to follow up with my bank. Due to this issue I took my business elsewhere and I will not recommend the service to any of my associates.

I went to IOIO for a half sleeve tattoo. The artist (Danielle) was great! She captured what I envisioned perfectly. The studio was very clean, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I also love that the studio offers so many services (tattoos, tattoo removal, piercings, and microblading). I will definitely be going back.

Ive been getting tattoos from Ink On Ink Off for about a year now, and Im really into it. Danielle may be the best tribal tattoo artist Ive ever seen. Her entire body work is outstanding. Having spent so much time there, Ive seen the work of the other artists here, and it appears to be equally brilliant. I just wanted to thank you for all of your amazing body art. Its much appreciated.

Ive lived with a tattoo that Ive regretted for years. I found Ink On Ink Off through a friend who had a great experience removing a tattoo with them. I have to say that from the moment I contacted them, they have gone above and beyond for me. Even though the process of actually getting the removal done is a bit uncomfortable the IOIO staff makes me feel comfortable and treats me like family. I am more than thrilled to say that after 9 treatments my tattoo is completely gone! I even went one step further and got a tattoo with their tattoo artist Danielle! She is very talented and I wont be regretting this tattoo... its a keeper! What a cool concept! Getting a tattoo removed and a tattoo all in the same space! I will recommend Ink On Ink Off to anyone looking for these services!

I am in love with Ink On Ink Off. They are by far the best tattoo removal and tattoo altering service in the city. You may have to wait a bit before getting the desired time, but its worth it. Their team does an excellent job and I will never go anywhere else.

I would never trust another place with my tattoo removal. The office team is amazing and the doctors and kind and caring. I am so happy with the results of my foot tattoo that is completely gone with zero scarring. I know scarring is different for everyone but I could not be more pleased with my results.

IOIO is a very clean, friendly environment. From the time you walk in you feel welcomed. The receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. I felt very safe getting my tattoo (during this COVID situation). I also love the fact that you can get tattooed or them removed all in one place. Not to mention the other things they offer. I would recommend them to anyone as I have recommend to family and friends.

I love this place! It is clean, beautiful and the people are so nice! They make you feel like family. My laser hair removal experience has changed my life and my confidence. I will be getting tattoos here soon as well! Such a cool place..feels artistic yet very safe and clean!

I can’t say enough good things about this business. I first came to Ink On Ink Off for the removal of an old tattoo. It was something that I had been contemplating for a while, but I was in search of a place that I could feel confident in and would provide the best service! I was beyond pleased with the staff, the cleanliness of the place and of course the finished product!! They were up front with me about the process and set clear expectations... I would give this place a 11/10 if that were a thing!

I am a flight attendant. They call you, nevermind, TEXT you, not even 24 hours before your appt. They text you your appointment on your phone, and I am very busy so I simply forgot. I was not able to just call them back in their time frame, so they charged me $50 for missing my appointment. Mind you Ive paid them over $500 for a tattoo removal.. Ill never use their services again. The last time I was there the receptionist reprimanded me for not having a mask, but two other women walked out without masks just standing there and she didnt say a word.

I loved working with the team at IOIO!! They were always friendly, professional, and able to answer all my questions during my tattoo removal. I’m going to get a new tattoo in the near future and I’ll absolutely go back to IOIO!!

I went in for a tattoo consult with Danielle. She talked me through my visions and my tattoos came out so good! Very dainty just as I had hoped. I will def be back to see her. Highly recommended!

I have had multiple treatments at IOIO from tattoos to laser and they are always professional and unpretentious. Such a beautiful place with wonderful people. I would recommend to anyone.
