We had our ears pierced by Autumn and she was absolutely amazing even with being the only employee on shift!!! She made us feel so welcome and calmed any nerves we may have! The staff at this Claire’s location was very helpful and patient with us for my daughter’s first ear piercing. She was so anxious anticipating this long awaited rite of passage. Autumn was amazing. She took the time to give my step daughter her first piercing. She was patient, helpful, and very experienced. My step daughter wanted her mom and myself to also receive piercings so we went first and got a spider bite and auricle cartilage piercing. Exceptional experience!

Tried to make a return today and though it was 3pm in the afternoon, during open business hours, I found this very dumb sign. Waited 15 minutes and saw no one. It probably had been hanging up for hours. Terribly unprofessional.

I use to work there I recently quit they don’t like black people and you only have to watch two ear piercing and they let you pierce kids ears.
