Absolutely a 5 star experience with Nicolle! I am terrified of needles and this was the smoothest and most painless experience I have ever had. I got an upper lobe double piercing, basically no pain and great conversation with nurse Nicolle. 100% recommend!

10/10 right from the HELLONadia was a pleasant experience she was helpful & very informative. She gave great advice and options!! Then Myrna her energy was perfect she made sure everything was clean and comfy. She explained every detail plus made sure you were happy definitely will be back!! We wanted a professional place to bring our daughter for her first ear piercings! At first we werent so sure because my daughter was nervous. We went ahead with the technician and she did an excellent job. We are very happy with the results.

Its so great to have had an actual nurse do this piercing. I had previous issues with helix piercings and when i came to Rowan my piercer determined the likely cause of my previous piercings not healing. I’m confident about her expertise and her suggestions to style them were great. Loving the earrings as well! I got a flat and a mid-helix. Can’t wait until they offer forward helix and tragus.

What a great experience! I had not read that you have to buy their earrings here (for sterilization reasons) but my nurse Nicolle was super patient and helpful with me as I picked out an earring and thought about placement. The nurse was very nice and patient, but I am irritated that one of my doubles was pierced at an angle. The earing doesnt even lay flat. And, they will pierce with titanium posts despite solid gold being shown on the website, and the prices being the same.

Great experience for my child. The woman who did the piercing (Nurse B) was empathetic, explained EVERYTHING, showed us everything and (this I loved), got my childs consent and agreement (and wouldnt open the jewelry until my child said they were doing it). Very clean, as well. Its more pricy than my piercings were (90s mall pagoda!), but I worth it for the experience and the happy look on my childs face.

Myrna did a wonderful job with my daughter during her first ear piercing. She was patient and caring from beginning until end. Will definitely return for our younger daughter.

My 9 year old daughter got her ears pierced here today. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the shop is clean and everyone was so nice and supportive, the earring selection was great. I called ahead to check if she could have both ears pierced at once and it was no problem to do that. The piercing process was quick and my daughter reported it was no big deal and not too bad. Is it more expensive than some places? Yes, but it was worth it to have the care and attention to detail Rowan nurses provided.

My 18 month old daughter got her ears pierced at this location back in June, after her pediatrician recommended it. Two months had passed and one of the earrings started to lose its design, we stopped by yesterday, and were greeted by Raven, who was above and beyond, very patient, kind and attentive and without hesitation helped us with this matter; nurse Berenice changed my daughter’s ear piece, she was gentle and patient, and created a comfortable moment for my toddler. Our experience has been very positive, and we really appreciate it. Thanks Raven and Berenice ❤️.

It was definitely worth the trek and the (slightly) higher price. The time and attention that they gave to my 6yo daughter is so greatly appreciated. Nicole was calm, friendly and patient and really put my nervous little girl at ease! I will absolutely be taking all of my other daughters here for their first piercings in the future. I got my 4 month old ears pierced and it was a great experience. My nurse was very patient with her and very thorough with explaining the aftercare process. Hypoallergenic jewelry and medical grade cleanser gets 5 stars from me. I highly recommend, especially for babies.

My experience at Rowan for my 5 Month old baby was a great one. The staff is very friendly & professional and most importantly clean. The piercer was so patient with my baby girl, she marked her ears so perfectly. I’ll definitely recommend :)

I have recommended this establishment to a lot people but I wish I hadn’t. The place itself is nice and all but with the high prices you pay, you would expect good service but that is not the case. When I made my appointment, I was rescheduled because there was no piercer. I was like no worries. For my first visit, even though I had an appointment, I waited closer to 40 mins to be seen. Fast forward to about a month later, I made my second appointment, I received a call to tell me my appointment has been cancelled and has to be rescheduled because there is no piercer. Shocker.I understand emergencies happen, but to be located in such a busy area and not have a back up is just ridiculous and on top the staff is not the most polite.

I’ve taken both my daughters to Rowan for piercings and have very positive experiences both times. Clinicians are professional, warm, and efficient. Great selection of quality earrings. I highly recommend Rowan.

Piercing was great by the nurse and she was really nice and worked well around my existing scar tissue from an old piercing that grew in. Office is cute and clean. However I was disappointed by the lack of communication before. I wanted a needle piercing and flat back earring. That’s why I came here specifically. I drove 30+ mins with a newborn baby in tow. Then as I’m in the chair they tell me they can only do gun today (because needle nurse is out) and the earring she put in is NOT flatback. Flat back only works for needle. There should have been a way to specify online that I wanted needle and blacked out appointments if it wasn’t available. People shouldn’t have to drive here and waste their time to find out they can’t do needle that day. I did the gun and I’m not happy that after waiting 20 years to redo my piercing I couldn’t do it the way I wanted. Then they tried to tell me that gun was actually safer, but that’s not what Google says.

Excellent experience! I came in for a cartilage piercing and got some advice on what would work best for my ears. Piercings are very personal and specific to the anatomy of your ear so I really appreciated the advice I got. I ended up getting a snakebite on my right cartilage and I love it. Considering all my other piercings were done at the mall in like 2012…. I’m thrilled we as a society have made strides and have businesses like this. I would definitely recommend coming here for a clean, and safe environment! Myrna was amazing and I’ll be back in the future :)

I went here to get pierced and buy jewelry. I was told I could try on jewelry before I buy it. The woman explained that they “sterilize” it between people trying it on, with hand sanitizer!! Not appropriate or sterilized in any way with hand sanitizer. Won’t be going back.

I arrived for the appointment and was immediately greeted by the piercer, Josie and her trainer, Addam. Josie was warm and welcoming and walked me through my options as I selected the needle option for piercing my third lobe in each ear. Josie helped me picked my jewelry and when we were done walked me back to the piercing room which was cute and very clean. Josie walked me with the process with Addam stepping in with pointers and training tips. At the end Josie walked me through aftercare. And checked me out. The process was seamless. The piercing process was the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely be back!
