Ravens Tattoo Shop

Raven has done quite a few tattoos for me by now, and I definitely owe her a review, so here it goes. Shes an extremely talented artist and takes her work very seriously, making every effort to get it perfect for her clients. She always goes above and beyond to be sure the design, coloring, and overall look is as close to what is requested as possible. Shes very personable, and she will work with you on design ideas, no matter how wild or simple, and always strives to make everything match the ideas in every way. Raven has very reasonable rates, is very responsive when you reach out to her, taking anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or two to answer, depending on whether shes with a client at the time. She is always very pleasant to speak with while shes working her magic, to help pass the time, and every visit to her shop leaves me with satisfaction and has me asking her when her next available appointment is! I live in NW DC, and its close to an hour on the bus/train and walking to get to her, but its 100% worth it, every time!! I have tattoo shops within a 10 min walk, but my loyalty to this amazing artist will always have me coming back for more, as I have so many more pieces I want to get!! I have gotten so many compliments on my tattoos done by her, and I tell everyone to go see Raven in Bethesda because she will take care of them just like she did for me!! No matter how intricate or simple, she has been happy to create everything Ive come up with, and has a soft spot for Salvador Dali by the way! Her shop is very clean, and all her needles are single use. She will also show you every needle she uses so you can see they are fresh and still in sealed packages. Visit Raven today, you will be happy you did so! :)

Raven was fast, experienced, fun, made you feel comfortable and made sure that what you asked for was exactly what you got and more details added in. Her prices are reasonable and her shop is very comfortable. She made me and my husband feel more like family than anything. This was my first time going to her. We both got tattoos and will be going back again. She will be my new tattoo artist. Great job Raven!!!!❤️🔥😊

Raven did a stellar job on our tattoos. Got my friend and I in the day after we called, and was so professional and skilled. Don’t be deterred by the lack of big signs or flashy shop, Raven was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Walked us through every step of the process and you can tell they’re the kind of artist that genuinely loves what they do. Love my tattoo! I’ll be back.

I had an awesome experience getting my tattoo done. She knows her craft very well and is a real artist. Great at conversation as well and communication. Very clean, good music, and the finished product is better than what I asked for. The military discount was very nice too! I’m definitely coming back here.

Raven’s super cool and flexible! Service was great and friendly and I am very pleased with my tattoo. One pic is seconds after it was finished, the other is months after. Would go back again!

Where do I even start, she’s just amazing. I just got my first tattoo done and she created the exact vision I had in my head. She is so sweet and understanding, aswell as offers many benefits such as military and student discount.
