Both of my daughters got their ears pierced today while on vacation. Neither one of them felt anything. Inna is awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was super expensive and only did it with the gun , I specifically only wanted needle . We were able to book an appointment right away when we found her . She walked us through her recommendation based on our daughters ear structure and size . My husband swaddled our little one and Inna got to work like a boss . It was quick and simple . She gave us a after care solution and guidance. Our baby did not have any pain whatsoever . Its been a week and her earrings are good , didnt have any issues . I’m OBSESSED with this place. Melissa was so kind during my piercing and even helped me curate my dream ear stack! I got a rook and my lower stacked lobe pierced, and most of my other piercings replaced with cuter pieces! Randomly found this place and wow I love it!! Came in wanting to change my silver hoop to gold and found the perfect one. Everyone was super patient and helped me find the best one. I also ended up getting a second nose piercing to compliment the one I already have and I LOVE IT!

I have been to Karma plenty of times now, both for my own piercings and to accompany friends.Inna is hands down the best piercer I have ever personally seen. She has a great sense of humor, works very detailed, and her piercings are insanely fast and pain free.The shop itself is always clean, well decorated and I love that there is so much starter jewelry to choose from! The prices are very fair, too!Tip: When you make an online appointment, always follow up via text a few hours before - like the appt instructions say.

Got an industrial back in march and kept it clean like I was told I had noticed at first that the top hole was pierced to close to the edge but thought nothing of it; since it was pierced to close to the edge it caused it to rip out through my skin tried reaching out but they never answer wether it be texts or calls. My skin is now permanently ripped

Gave my friend the wrong color of piercing, and didn’t give me the piercing I wanted. The owner was getting upset with one of the employees in front of us and it was kind of uncomfortable, I wish they had those conversations in private. 3 of us got piercings and 1/3 were happy

The staff was amazing. I arrived just after my piercer arrived (I was the first appointment of the day right at opening). She made me feel extremely comfortable and safe while I was getting my nipples pierced. Very professional and thoroughly explained aftercare. The saline solution and piercing impressed my friend so much that they told me they would go to Karma for any of their future piercings!

I LOVE Karma piercings. I’ve gotten my nose pierced here as well as my ears and my family members have also gotten piercings here. I love the selection of jewelry, the safe process, and how quick it is. I’ve always been treated nicely and they always answer any questions we have about the piercings healing process etc. I recommend buying the cleaning solution spray it is very helpful for healing, I love it. Definitely come here, all the piercers are highly experienced. I will be coming back soon!

The people who manage the place randomly just leave the shop to run errands without putting times of unavailable on their website. We just paid for parking, walked a block, and the shop was closed. When we called the lady said she had to run and errand and will be back in 3 hours.Extremely unprofessional.

Easy to make appointments. I remember getting my ears pierced at claires 10 years ago. I was so horrified. That memory prevented me from getting another one but after seeing my friend getting hers done at Karma, I had to get one. The experience with Mary was nothing like claires. Mary was awesome! It was very quick and relatively painless! So happy with my new piercing!

The young lady was very helpful. She helped me choose the earrings even though the place was busy, she made me feel comfortable. Took our baby girl to get her ear pierced. It’s not easy piercing a baby girl. But Inna had the patience and experience to get the job done. We are very happy with the results. Our baby isn’t showing any signs of pain or swelling. Like nothing ever happened 😊

I am so happy I heard about Karma Beverly Hills. This little hidden gem is on Robertson in Beverly Hills. My friends spoke so highly of this store so I had to check it out. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner, she is so welcoming and friendly. She spoke so confidently when informing me about everything I need to know for treating my piercing afterwards. She made my experience comfortable. I will be going back soon for another piercing.

My husband and me are very pleased we’ve found Inna. We were looking for a place to get our baby’s ear pierced and we had a great experience overall. Inna was very nice and welcoming. Very profesional and she was loving with our 2 month old baby girl. Beautiful studio and great location. My only comment wold be Inna needs to work on her punctuality. Other than that our experience was the greatest.Thank you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have gotten 4 ear piercings here (2 lobes & 2 conch) and an eyebrow piercing here. These people know what theyre doing! The place is super clean, both piercers are very nice and honest. Definitely come here! I havent had a better experience anywhere else.

I’ve had nearly 20 piercings (all over) and hands down this was my best experience. Inna’s shop is homey but professional and incredibly stocked with jewelry options. I went in for one specific piercing and ended up leaving with four new pieces and updates on old ones. She helped me incorporate some of the old jewelry I had and I left so excited about it all. I definitely found my new shop!

Best piercing spot. its been two weeks since I pierced my nose. Inna is a wonderful master, she helped me find the right ring, told me how everything would go and what she did. she pierced my nose and I didnt even notice how it all happened, there was no pain. After the puncture, Inna told everything about caring for the puncture site, she also gave a spray to take care of the puncture site. I recommend this place, professionals work there. already thinking about getting a new piercing.

My aunt and I had gotten our ears pierced with Inna... the service was amazing. She knows exactly what she is doing, and her calming disposition really helped with the whole experience. 5 stars for professionalism, 5 stars for personality, and 5 stars for experience. I started to visit Karma Beverly Hills since August, 2022. My first visit was to put the jewelry that fell accidentally back into a new helix piercing. Even though I didnt get the piercing from Karma BH, Inna was kind enough to put the jewelry back using the perfectly sized bar, without charging me anything and provide advice on how to take care of the fresh piercing. Later on I made another few visits to change out helix or tragus piercing jewelries. Theyre all exquisite designed and fairly priced. Every time, Inna and her associates have always been friendly, patient and giving the best advice they could possibly provide, from jewelry selection to post-piercing aftercare. Karma BH is such a hidden gem and Im so glad I found them. I already recommended them to two friends and would encourage you to check it out if youre looking for the best in class piercing service in West LA.

Been to many other piercers but here at karma they gave the best customer service and attentionI booked an appointment for an eyebrow piercing and showed up 20 minutes earlier than expected on my appointment and the piercer Suzy took me in before the appointment time. Super sweet and explained the whole procedure before we got started down to after care. Then she looked at my eyebrow and said my eyebrow piercing was opened. She checked it and it sure was. So she just ended up putting a new piece of jewelry in. I’m super happy that I came here and that she told me my piercing was open and didn’t just go in with a needle. She was amazing that I even ended up getting another piercing . That right there was super painless as wellTotally 10/10 would recommend this shop and Suzy

Inna reopened my old piercing holes from 20 some years ago (those holes are almost closed). She selected me very comfortable earrings suitable for daily wear for a type of work I do (I wear headphone all day) while my piercing holes are healing. She was very knowledgeable about every aspects of piercing. Very friendly and great service. No pressure to buy anything extra. Easy to make an appointment. Highly recommend this shop for piercing service and for especially people who are piercing for the first time.

I came in to karma but didn’t book an appointment, when I walked in there was a girl working on customer but still greeted me and asked me if I had an appointment that’s when I told her no and she said to take a seat and as soon as she was done with the previous customer she said thank you for waiting and that she had an appointment Coming up but she still managed to take care of me before the appointment showed up. Got my lobes pierced, good selection of jewelry and it was so fast and pain free that she still managed to take care of the appointment right after me on time. I’m definitely coming back. Just got my nose pierced by Inna at Karma. Inna is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The piercing itself was quick and virtually painless, Inna did a great job explaining the different sizes, as well as what I would feel and when as we went along. She schooled me on aftercare, this wasnt my first piercing but good info to know, because I definitely didnt take care of my other piercings correctly and hadnt really been instructed at other places. I will definitely come back when I decide whats next!

Amazing service, Inna guided me through every step while piercing and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I got my nose pierced and it barely hurt at all. There is no point in making an appointment. I booked a 4:30 with Inna, walked in 10 min early and she seated me for 40 min then proceeded to ignore me the entire time I was waiting. Didn’t even give me paperwork to fill out or ask a single question. While I was waiting, 2 girls got up and left and said, “we can’t wait any longer, we have somewhere to be.” So, unless you like being ignored and made to wait almost an hour past your appointment time, don’t bother. Just go somewhere else. There are plenty of other piercing places in LA. I’m certain they will treat you better and honor your appointment time. So disappointing and such a complete waste of time. I was here once before and had a great experience with Suzy. I would give this 1 star but my first time there was actually good. Not coming back anymore though.

I had an appointment with Ina for my 9 month old daughter about 1 month ago. Unfortunately, she was unable to make it but Suzy was there to assist us. She was very professional and explained the entire process to us very clearly. Until this day, Suzy makes herself available to answer any questions I have regarding the upkeep/maintenance of my daughters ear piercings.

Suzy is the best! She let us take our time (even tho ppl kept showing up, sorry to those ppl that they had to wait on us), and made sure we were completely satisfied with the placement before getting the job done quickly and as painlessly as possible. 10/10 would recommend and return to Suzy for any piercing needs.

I got a total of 6 ear piercings today at Karma, and had a terrific experience. Mary was awesome and really took the time to make sure I was going to be completely satisfied with the location and arrangement of each one of the piercings. The process itself was almost painless and very clean and sterile. Couldnt recommend this place more!

Inna was so helpful when changing my rook piercing jewelry. I came in and found an opal jewelry and she actually recommended putting the opal side on the underneath part of my ear, something I never thought of. Not only that inna switched out the other side piece of the jewelry for a diamond ball and I love it!!! The store was clean and beautifully decorated which is also reflected in her work.

I got my ear lobes pierced 4 weeks ago. They are still incredibly sore and Im about to remove them.I told my friends that when I went in for piercings that the girl who pierced me didnt use a needle or a gun. She used the actual piercing stud and pressed it through my lobes. It thought it was a new thing but no one Ive talked to has heard of it being done that way.I could hear the earring crunch and rip through my ear lobe. Twice. Not cartilage. Earlobes.I called the studio today to ask, anonymously, what equipment they use to pierce ears. I was told that ears were pierced with a needle. So why wasnt I pierced with a needle?Im not sure how this place is rated as highly as it is. Just be weary. 100% do not recommend.

Where do i even begin?! not only is Inna incredibly quick clean professional & affordable, she is so fricken sweet patient & personable!! i could seriously talk to her forever as she effortlessly & tastefully pierces me up, helping me decide what and where to put along the way. not to mention, i called as last minute as one could (practically already on my way) and she happily welcomed me in, even though she hadn’t even started seeing clients yet that day. Inna is literally the best- she put 6 earrings in, replaced 4, & sent me home with sea salt & gloves (ALL FOR $80!!!). i’ve said it once and i’ll say it again- i will never go to anyone else ever again! OMG!!!!! All I can say is Inna is AMAZING!!!! I got the Daith piercing and in seconds, I mean seconds, my migraine was GONE!!! I have suffered with migraines for over 20 years and have been on several different medications and nothing has worked. I come in the shop today and in seconds, my migraine is completely gone. I can’t thank you enough Inna.

All the reviews that claim this place is unreliable: believe them! My friend and I had back to back appointments booked for ear piercings and when we arrived, no one was there. Someone from a nearby business eventually came to our aid and let us know that the owner/employees were not in town and in Wisconsin. Terribly unprofessional, as if you are unable to see clients, you should not be accepting bookings online. Not only that, but once you make a reservation, you receive a text telling *you* to remind them that you have an a reservation via text an hour before in case they need to cancel on you??? I dont really know whats going on here....Bummer. Better luck somewhere else.

The owner/worker (Ina) of this businesses is soooo sooo unreliable and unprofessional!First time I went here I called her first and she said shell be there in 15 mins and told me to wait for her. When I arrived, another client was already there waiting for her for about 30 mins...and she had a piercing appointment. Some guy came for some piercing too. We ended up waiting 2 hours for this woman to come!!!!Second time I texted and called her several times... finally I was able to reach her and book an appointment for my daughter with her, and guess what she did NOT even show up for the appointment, she didnt respond to texts neither to phone calls!!! And let me mention that I even sent her a reminder text that well be coming for the appointment. SHAME! Do not waste your time with this woman, she can not be trusted at all! And her communication equals to zero! Is she doesnt care about her own business then who should?! Horrible customer service! Never again!

Loved the place but I went to get two piercings changed and the jewelry provided ended up being super low quality :( my nose butterfly stud BROKE while I was sleeping and my tragus jewelry did as well. All within less than two months. I also got a cartilage piercing but that one is still on. Hope it doesn’t do the same as the others. Super bummed because now I’m questioning if the quality of the jewelry I bought here.

Amazing experience. They have a HUGE jewelry selection. Comparing them to the other shops in the 2 mile radius - they have hands down, the best prices. I called them and they let me do a walk in few hours ahead! 5/5 and will definitely be back here again and recommend to everyone else.

Went in the get my dermal re-pierced. This place is beautiful, clean, and unique. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable. I purchased some of her healing spray, and I absolutely love it. She’s a Scorpio and I’m Gemini and it was all love. This place is a gem.

The 5 stars are ONLY because Suzy is AMAZING! She’s pierced my 13 year olds ears before and had a great experience, I brought my 4 year old to get her lobes pierced! And as you expect a toddler cries and fuses and Suzy stood professional and calmed my daughter down, the earring slipped out of one side of the ear and my toddler began to cry And that’s when the older woman popped in and tried to help… (no one asked) she was so rude had ZERO patience with my toddler tried to force the earring that had slipped out of its place to where it made my toddler scream in pain. Goes on to say “if she doesn’t calm down we can’t do the other ear” she got so impatient she stormed off… you should have just let Suzy continue doing her job! Suzy calmed my toddler down she talked her through the second ear piercing, oh and guess what she wasn’t forcing the first piercing through she literally wiggled it gently back into place. People if you plan on bringing your children bring them to SUZY NOT the other older blonde. Suzy thank you for being wonderful and patient with my daughter, thank you for being professional and remaining calm. Again this review is based on Suzys work only ✨

I had an appointment set for today and when I walked in the lady that was supposed to pierce me ( short stocky chick with black hair) had a terrible attitude towards me and said that my appointment wasn’t scheduled. She immediately got aggressive with me and then simply ignored my presence. Extremely bizarre behavior..I’d never let anyone like that work on my body. Bad energy. I don’t recommend this place. It also looked dirty and chaotic.

The service was acceptable, but my Venmo was acting up and I accidentally paid Inna twice. after several months and several reminders, I still havent received a refund of the accidental 2nd payment. And yes I did respond to you on Venmo with a request for a refund and you declined. Update: 5/1/22 still no refund and no response to requests through Venmo.

I dont think Ive ever been ghosted by a business until today.... I scheduled an appointment online (yesterday) called to confirm the location, time, and that the business was open and was told over the phone by a lady that my appointment was scheduled for today and I was all set and that there was nothing to worry about (she even seemed a little confused as to why I would even feel the need to call and confirm).I show up to my appointment today and the door is locked, the phone no longer is being answered and 30 minutes passes before I eventually just leave.WILD. Pretty upset that I wasted my time.

I have never been to a tattoo place that had such incredible customer service not to mention the selection of jewelry to choose from. My piercing was done quick and painless and I highly recommend the numbing cream. Will definitely be back! Thank you Inna.

Karma uses single use needles for all their piercings, making the process smooth, fast, painless, and easy! The staff is always friendly, and willing to answer any questions you may have, making the whole thing super comforting. I would never go anywhere else!!

Although they’re the only place I can find open right now, I’m not desperate enough to stand in 90+ degree heat & terrible air quality for more than 45 minutes past my appointment time.Congratulations on being so busy that customer service is non existent. They wouldn’t even allow you to come in to tell them you’ve arrived for your prescheduled appointment. Barely was acknowledged & sent right back out.Bummer.

While Inna is very nice, this was the worst piercing experience I’ve ever had and I have several piercings. My first appointment was the same as the other 1 star reviews. Made an appointment online, followed instructions and confirmed one hour before. I showed up and no one was there. Called and texted with no answer. Was able to get in touch with Inna and she said didn’t have any record of the appointment and offered to make a house call (which was very nice). Ok mixups happen and I asked for her next available appointment. Made my next appointment. When I arrived she was a bit scattered and I went to choose my jewelry (two cartilage piercings and changing my tragus jewelry) Both of my cartilage piercings developed keloids (never had with any of my other piercings) and my tragus swelled. I texted Inna for help and was asked if I followed instructions. I told her yes and asked to see her so she can take a look. She told me she was out of town. I asked if she could recommend someone that I could see, complete radio silence. I had to go elsewhere and get the piercings removed until they heal as well as change my tragus piercing as my skin had started to grow over the back due to the swelling. I’m hoping I don’t end up with a scare from these keloids. Inna was expensive to begin with and as she didn’t respond or care about my issues caused from her piercings, I had to go else where and spend more money. Extremely disappointed and wish I could get a refund. Do not go here. Unfortunately, she is not as knowledgeable when it comes to what jewelry you should be pierced with and aftercare as what you would want out of your piercer. I was pierced with too small of jewelry (which also had rhinestones which no new piercing should have) and the aftercare solution is not what should be used on a new piercing. The solution does not clean the piercing properly at all. Do not recommend

Customer service is terrible, they do not listen to the client and give you whatever they consider is “best” even if you tell them you want something else or you are allergic to the material of the pieces they offer, my ear got infected and I called and left voicemails and no one responded until I finally got an appointment all for nothing because they did not have any solution for me, nobody is nice in that place so if you want the full beverly hills stuck up customer service go there.
